Management should have have assigned parking. It is frustrating when you need to park but you have to walk far with groceries. Most of the cars don't have a parking decal. Or advenir should revisit the idea

This community is located in a nice area which is close to highways, eateries and entertainment. It is one of the more affordable communities in the area and includes washer/dryer in each unit. The leasing and maintenance personnel are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Moved in 2018 the place was not totally fixed up they lied they covered up a lot of things. Was lied to about how much the rent goes up I was told $12 a year which was a lie. I was told that they give veterans discount not true. Lot floods

I really love that when Purchasing an Apartment at Walden Lakes. They make you feel comfortable. && they would answer any questions you have ... && Not but not lease, They make you feel like your home already.

If the beginning there were some things but I can say they did their best in trying to resolve the matter. One thing that have not changed and what draw me to the property is the customer service everyone is nice and pleasant even I wasn't at times. You can ask anyone of the staff members any questions and that goes from maintenance to the leasing office and they will all help. Mrs Diana is amazing and the sweetest and very transparent even when I may didn't like but always was upfront and honest with me.

I've truly enjoyed living at Advenir. There is a problem sometimes with parking, not being able to park near your door. I consider the area safe, but it is changing. This was my first apartment living and it wasn't too bad.

Don't come here if hygiene isn't important, community maintenance is needed , pay $25 for trash pick up that doesn't take place at all . Very hard to get in contact with front office for maintenance, more staff is needed

When I first decided to look for a place , I went several places but when I came to adventure the customer service at the leasing office was 100% perfect moving in was a breeze and the community is quiet and civil .

I have enjoyed living here. It is very quiet. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The pool is great and there is a fitness room. The ducks are enjoyable to watch.

Im a potential resident and the customer service I receive so far from Alex, Michael and Diana were breath taking. We need more people like them dealing with all type of different clients. They were polite, understanding to my needs and very well trained. Great Personalities all around!!!!!! The area looks clean and quiet. Love the Lake View

Before the pandemic, i enjoy the property. Its quiet and decent. It has great amenities such as playground, pool, and gym. The only downfalls is the flooding when it rains, the gates constant malfunction.

My experience for the most part has been pleasant. All maintenance issues have been handled quickly and effieciently. Parking has been adequate. There has been the occassional noisy neighbor but not consistently. The biggest issue is that although we are a gated community the gate is rarely working. Also the ducks sometimes relieve themselves on the sidewalks leading to the front door of our appartments.

Overall my experince at walden lake has been up and down i love the office staff however the buildings themselves need better up keeping as far as pressure washing and outside appearance other than that i have no complaints about walden lake. however they should be proactive the only time my building was pressure washed was when i complained about the duck matter that was left everywhere

So far this apartment has been great! I love how prompt the maintenance staff is and everyone has been very friendly. As I was moving in neighbors of mine offered to help me take things to the trash compactor since I was having some difficulty. The area in the front does get badly flooded but they always open up the back gate when you call so you can divert the flooding which is nice.

This place is close to my job, and has in unit laundry facilities. The rent isn't too bad for the appearance of the apartment. The maintenance are very nice and they don't take long to fix our work orders. The flooding gets really bad though, they need to install drainage systems around the front of the parking area close to the leasing office.

The community is well kept for the most part, as far as outside appearance. Maintenance responds within 24 hours. The downside is my master bath was full of mold at move-in and the issue was never resolved. My refrigerator leaks water every couple of days. I have put a service ticket in several times. I was told to not utilize the bottom shelf on the door. I removed all items from the bottom shelf, but I still have this recurring issue. I'm also paying for valet trash service, which I am not utilizing. The complex is not worth valet trash service in my opinion.

My wife and I have been here since 2016 and I find it to be a safe comfortable community to live in. The staff are courteous and respond well to our needs and the maintenance men are courteous and efficient.

Staff is professional, friendly, and responsive. The community could use some updating but maintenance does work to keep the place clean. When it rains, the only entrance gets flooded which can damage your car.
