It hasn't been the best nor the worst just okay. Work orders that have been submitted are closed before being resolved. Trash is always overflowing. Security gate never works properly. Insulated foam used to resolve issue with rodents was poorly executed

    I love it had know problems but this new changes should be voted on like registered the guest vehicles the trash pickup should be optional and these deep water puddles are truly ridiculous especially for the money we are pay please look into this.

      I've always loved my apartment but maintenance does not do a good job at responding. There are SEVERAL things that look bad and require MAINTENANCE but no one inspects units even if a resident has been in the unit for years.

        When I first move to this community every single tenant was very nice start from the office to the maintenance now is a disgrace for me to say I live in a community that care for their tenants no courtesy from the office to the maintenance ( Front gate broken never work properly,garbage around each building dumpster, broken gate between building 1& 2. Never close ??????????????

              Security is number one for me and the gate is always out of service. Outdoor lights are out for long time. Stray cats are all over. I have some plants in front of the apartment that are destroyed by ducks.

                Advenir is a Clean and safe apartment complex.They are very responsive to any maintenance concerns. The pool area and workout area are nice and usable. We have great neighbors and a nice staff in the office.

                  I have been living at this apartment from 2019 . I was comfortable and not having any issue until early March when the apartment above mine was rented to some new tenants I can’t sleep !! The noise is so unbearable , day or night it is the same results. Early morning , late at night it is just insane . I work long hrs weekly and sometimes I get the privilege to come home for 2 hours like today to take a nap before my next shift and the noise is so loud I can’t sleep. I spoke to the tenants twice and they are saying it’s not coming from them, But it’s hard to believe that because I’ve never had that problem living here before I believe ghost is living up there then. I cannot live like this ! Even my kids asking me what’s those loud noise ! How can I be paying my rent and can’t sleep in the comfort of my home . I reported to the office they told me they are sorry but at this point that is not enough. The noise keep frightening me out of my sleep I am not going to let anyone gives me heart attack. Management please intervene!!!

                    The management needs to be a little more professional and up to date on what they're offering the client, also make sure to respond to the issues raised about the apartment as soon as possible we got the apartment with some defects and asked the leasing office to take care of it but haven't gotten back to us yet

                      No complaints other than when we moved from Texas to Florida being told our apartment would be ready up in arrival and having stay 12 days in hotel and pay 12 days extra for UHAL really hurt. They were dealing with recent fire though so we tried think about the familys misplaced and went along with the wait. Just felt like we were pushed way aside and were left out longer than necessary. We also cleaned our own apartment was just glad to have one to move into. We do like it here.

                            The complex has changed so much. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Or Get maintenance service. I still have the alarm at my front door broken since feb 2021 and no one seems to care or help me.

                              I moved to this complex in 2016, it's was nice to live here you put in a order and the maintenance would come the following day and fixed the problem, since they been charging administrators the complex it's not the same, they do not take care of the complex it's just getting worse and worse I would not recommend any one to move to this complex

                                Living here has been hassle free. They do the best with the upkeeping of the apartments. Pool is always A1. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance do there best in getting the work orders completed in a timely fashion. They are great. Community is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Great place to live.

                                  I had bad experience over here since I moved over here it's getting better i guess it's still somethings that needs to be done far as the gate and entrance and exits and dodo they need to put a traffic light at the road of Countyline due to the traffic existing and entering the property it's really truly needed ASAP thank you please

                                    This is a great community if you're looking for a family oriented place to stay. The staff is very professional, helpful, and understanding. The maintenance staff is wonderful regarding handling any issues at a timely manner. The neighborhood is safe and very clean at all times.                                       I have been living here for a little over a month. I never expected to find the things I came across after viewing the model. In these pictures were what I found in my first week after moving here. It is inappropriate to give an apartment to a renter in that state. After moving I have written the office numerous times in regards to toilets, dishwasher, the exterior walls and stairs so gross and unkept. I am very disappointed. There are no assigned parking, first come first serve basis. If you come home and don't find a parking I have had to park a block down in another building. The pool area had dog droppings in the edge of the pool and garbage in the periphery of the area. I came here with my children, it is far from what I envisioned. With rent this steep ($1590 ) compare to a complexe 10 mins away where a friend of mine lives ($1183) for the same 2/2 it is a world of difference. Those apartments in Sorento are so clean inside and out and water included in their monthly fee. I can't say they don't come around when contacted it is just so many issues. Currently water is coming through the cracks of the floor and it is keeping the entire apartment unsanitary ( don't know where the water is coming from or what kind of water it is). I just think it is a total lack of respect for a place human beings live to be in those conditions. Please refer to the pictures to have a clearer perspective on what I am making an attempt to explain. UPDATE SHOOTING THIS PAST WEEK OMG what else could go wrong! We received a notice regarding the gates that have never once closed since our arrival here that they needed everyone's car's number in order to start closing the gates on august the 3rd. Today is august 15th this is incredible, I am realizing more and more that it is not being handled for the well-being of the people who live here. It is extremely frustrating to live under such conditions! BEWARE!!! UPDATE ROACHES FIRST WEEK WE MOVED IN THEY WERE BABY ROACHES AND NOW THEY ARE FULLY GROWN. twice in two weeks our refrigerator stopped working and got replaced by an old dysfunctional fridge. We lost all of our food twice. I called for over a week to ask if I would be given a compensation for lost groceries they rudely declined and said that they are not responsible for giving out vouchers! I WISH I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW WHEN I WAS MOVING HERE. I most definitely would make a different choice.

                                      What property doesn't have problems. It's an ok place to reside. Pretty quite. Maintenance is slow to respond unless you keep on them. They work on trying to keep the people clean and the security gate is broken every other week.

                                            It's ok. No major complaints. I just wish the appliances were a bit more updated or at least changed after several work orders for the same issue. Washer and dryer could use an upgrade as well but no big deal. No complaints. Simply suggestions.

                                              Within the first couple of months my car window was broken and although there is supposed to be security on the property there wasn't and the office said they couldn't do anything. Maintenance request take more than a month to complete.
