The community is beautiful and clean. But if you're married and one of you have an eviction. You can't get the apartment which is crazy to me. You're not even trying to look at these people making the money. You looking at evictions. And that's sad and bad for business

    I don't not wish to give a report of my experience living here at Walden lakes. I do appreciate the respect of privacy given in regard to living circumstances. There's a lot that could be worked on by staff and with the assistance of tenants here to make the place better.

      Apartment took a long time to respond to to the matter, I had to send several times. My new appliance was delivered a month after. They left the old appliance in front of my apartment without even making me aware.

          This community is too expensive for the size of the apartment and lack of storage space. Now you don't have the privacy of a patio and because there is no screen, you can't open the patio screen to enjoy the fresh air without strange cats running into your apartment.

            The Audacity

            This apartment complex is by far the worst out here still operating. They cancel your maintenance requests they charge for everything. I take my own trash out but get charged 40 a month for trash valet. I finally move out sign papers stating that and you would think it would be over no they try to charge me for a month when I'm already moved out. These people are thieves STAY AWAY. The worst

                The issue is with maintenance and maintaing the property poor service.The management team changes every few months, when it rains the property floods really bad and their are a lot of sinkholes throughout the property.

                  There is I came to this apartment apartment been problem after the problem. I never lived somewhere that no one in the office care about the community or the residence at all. I work from home so I'm always here to check to see if anyone will come by to see all the issues I complain about, but nobody is solving my issues at all

                    Was good until 2025. Kids run around and terrorize The neighborhood. They are hurting the animals, doing graffiti, checking car doors, knocking on apartment doors and running, and breaking into vacant apartments. No supervision from parents.

                    Great experience I love the maintenance and office team they really get the job done. My apartment is very spacious with High ceilings due to me being on the third floor. I would greatly recommend someone to stay here.

                      May look like a nice community at first glance, but buyer beware

                      The positive reviews stem from initial interactions when applying to rent an apartment here. Of course they are "nice" when they want you to rent an apartment. However, once the dust settles you see the truth. The Leasing Team is slow to respond or unresponsive to your requests. The Apartments are old and dilapidated. The grounds are unkempt. I must say they have given the community a facelift with new paint, HOWEVER, the grounds and landscaping are neglected as you can see from the attached image... they will keep the entrance and model apartment nice with seasonal flowers, plants and staged decor but do not be fooled. A good look around will reveal potholes, a parking lot prone to major flooding, neglected flower beds, trashed grounds, broken playground equipment (swings broken for years, literally), yet they built a "soccer cage" no one uses. They created an apartment life team to give the elusion they care about residents and their quality of life, but they genuinely do not. You will see positive reviews about the apartment life team. They are nice people, but keep in mind they are separate from the Leasing Team, and they do not manage the property. They ask for these reviews after events knowing people will give a good review after they've fed them cookies and given them flowers. This is a way of boosting the apartment's low review scores because they would be well below a 4 out 5 on google without those positive reviews. The people "in charge" will ignore your calls and emails. They will sit in the office and refuse to answer though they are not busy. If they happen to answer they will say they'll address things, but don't. The same goes for in person visits...their focus is to get you in, not keep up the community nor keep you happy. Nothing gets done around here until you repeatedly complain. It's sad really, because you pay thousands of dollars to not live comfortably. Buyer beware, what you see is not what you will get. It's all a front.

                        So far the apartment is decent. A few broken things that need attention. But the area seems safe so far nothing too concerning. The office team is nice and cordial and attentive, the maintenance team is just slow. The gate in the front I wish was fixed.

                            It has its issues but isn't totally terrible. I moved in a month ago and still don't have access to my mailbox. I've been getting the run around. Maintenance calls take some time to be taken care of. There are better places for similar price range.

                              I will never live here again let alone tell someone that they should. Avenir has not been a good place to live. Lots of hidden fees they have towed my car. Random gates always closed. Can't even go to the gym whenever you want etc; no pool. Could keep going. Worst apartments ever

                                          Don't do it. I've been treated like trash since October 2024 when we first moved in we did not have hot water for at least three weeks. They were not prompt and getting this fixed for us and after they got it fixed every other maintenance request after it was canceled.. I'm guessing they spent too much money with helping us with the water heater to help us with anything else. Also, don't be fooled by the photos of the gym and the pool. We have no access to those amenities.
