It's nice here and pretty quiet here. The three things I wish that could be fixed is the price to replace your gate card is extremely to high and the trash cans fills up extremely to fast and last the front gates stay broken. Thanks you.

The only good thing about this community is that it is located close to the turnpike. Parking is horrible, landscaping is unkept, old amenities, and just overall not worth the rent amount. Not happy here. Looking to move as soon as lease is up. Car burglaries are also extremely popular in this community and trash can be found all over the parking lot. It is pet friendly, however the pet poop clean up stations have not had poop bags in them in over a year. Entry gate never works and it is not uncommon for the gate calling box to be inoperable. Carpet is cheap and needs to be removed and there is always something going on with the plumbing system causing floods w/in the apartments. Overall on a scale of 1-5, I would rate everything about this community a 1.5.

Great place to stay clean and friendly new appliances and staff are respectful and willing to help. I recommend this community to friends and family. It is a great place. I have noisy neighbors but that is not the owners fault lol

My name is Zandra Reaves. I've been living at Advenir @Walden Lakes Apts. 1 yr. I moved into a nice community clean apt. The interaction with the staff is always professional and courtesy. I recommend to all my family and friends. I would like to live here until I buy my own house. Thank you.

Management staff overall is awesome. Steven is a extremely professional, polite, helpful and pleasant. Truly an asset to this company and community. Maintenance work is always done on time and done well. Maintenance staff takes pride in their work. Overall excellent Community

Everything is good no complain since I've stay there the community is always cleane and quiet and I didn't hear anything can make the community unsafe for sure this place I will recommend it to my friend and family

parking is not assigned so you may have to walk a good distance, Area does flood and they're are no elevators so be mindful of that stairs are your only options. No protection from rain. Most apartments just get painted over to cover damage made by previous owner

If I ever have an issue, it gets fixed! When it rains the entrance is awful but over all, LOVE my place! Home is what you make it and my apartment is HOME! Jean, is the BEST maintenance man and will fix your issue! Thank you team.

We have been looking for an apartment for the last several months and was bout to give up until we found Advenir at Walden Lake. We went there and was able to actually view the apartment we were gonna be living in. Also another thing that got us was this beautiful lake view

Anything the tenant may have completes about the maintenance guys are on it ASAP and also does an amazing job on whatever it may be. So THANKS for asking. No complaint here. Continue the great work y'all doing.

The community is quiet . The staff is friendly and they help me with any issues right away . Steve and the other staff members made the process of me transferring to another unit very smooth . I am very pleased and grateful for everyone's help .

The staff is helpful and the units are nicely sized and recently updated with new counters cabinets and flooring. I feel safe here and have always found the neighbors to be friendly. It's helpful that there is a car washing station within the community.

I have lived in this community for over a year and in that time I have been very pleased with my apartment, staff and maintenance crew. Its a great place to live with a family. Close to the highway to get to Dade or Broward

The community is great I've never had a problem. Management and the maintenance team are wonderful public transportation and shopping is very convenient.I would recommend this community to family and friends.

So far, my experience has been pleasant. My neighbors are quiet and when a request to maintenance is made they come promptly. My only recommendation for someone is to throughly walk through the apartment to make sure every painting and fixture is up to par to your liking.

Very strict on policies, however they are consistent and prompt so it's fair. They will help you if you communicate. I love the location and the property has been fine for me and my 2 children so far. It's unrealistic to expect to have no issues but be mindful that nothing is perfect. When I first moved in, it was rather difficult for me adjusting to living here after selling my home but over the months I must say things have gotten better with each month so kudos to the current staff as of today!

The community upkeeps need improvement trash picks up areas are very dirty. And the outside building need paint the price you pay are not cheap not sure they look like we in the hood. The move in to the apartments my restrooms where moldy tiles.

My husband and I feel safe we are both retired. We get along well with the neighbors If we have problems maintenance is great Everybody at the office is very helpful and we are close to our family and friends

The staff is courteous, but there's a lot of ongoing issue. Like trash not being picked up on a consistent basis. The front gate is constantly not working. We need a lot of upgrades and things to be changed with this property.

Neighbors above and surrounding can be a bit noisy . I dont feel that dwelling is thick enough to create privacy when it comes to soundproofing. Cleaning of stair cases should happen more often. Also most important is that security gate should have a lift gate on all sides. This will prevent cars not allowed to sneak in behind another car. The security gate needs lots of work. I've seen cars speeding in the parking lot and I fear having to wake up to a crashed car.

never about the customer, every day the other tennants have their pet doing their business in front or behind your apartment not not pick up after their animals, we complain about it numerous times , stil nothing done. why should i live with dog poop when i don't own a dog.

Great experience I love how quiet it is here . Overall I think the management team is awesome . Especially Orchid. They are every welcoming I would definitely recommend to family and friends . Although the gate needs a guard.

It was nice and comfortable too live in the beginning but the last year has been uncomfortable. The gate always broken, garbage on the grounds. When it rains the Ground is flooded and very bad driving conditions. I pay too much money too be living in so conditions. And the playground got the kids are unsatisfying.
