It's been a roller coaster I rather things get fixed then not asap . And the pool hasn't been open for 2 -3 years . That's really sucks . Maintenance let's just say I prefer the supervisor /manager to help fix my issues

    It's a very nice community to live in, my only problem is why I have to pay so much for the garage. No assigned parking and the rent is very expensive. On many occasions, I come in from work very late at night and can't even find parking close to my apartment.

      They told me to come at 10am. We arrived 10 minutes early and couldn't park because the spots were blocked by golf carts. When we finally got to park, the leasing team were not ready for us. One ignored us while the other was on the phone checking messages. When they finally got to us, the gentleman showed us a layout of an apartment and told us the fee. We asked why online it was different and he laughed and said someone made a mistake and then tried to pressure us to pick a move in date. When we asked about the extra fees he brushed off out questions and said we can get renters insurance on our own. Still did not explain what the extra fees were. So we left. And if anyone I know says they are looking at this property, I will make sure they find something else. This level of unprofessionalism is unforgivable.

            Don't ever move here that's my advice the charge you for everything parking and they will tow your car even if your a resident they tell you how long you can have guess for no cameras the towing is 24 hours now they take forever with maintenance and appliances take forever to get when they break

              My experience at the apartment started out great until I started to have issues with things in my unit that needed to be fixed by maintenance and start speaking up about things that concern me. Once I started to speak up and make claims about damages or issues within the apartment and issues with the maintenance staff, my vehicle was towed for backing in the day after everything was resolved. I have been backing my vehicle in here at this community since I moved here every night when I get off work and never have they told my vehicle ever until I started to make claims this community will retaliate on you and enforce the rules when you complain about things. Once I shine the light on the retaliation, they made a mass email memo to all tenants that the rules are now being enforced 24/7 to make things look fair. Overall, my experience living here has been horrible and I will not be renewing my lease. It's giving Lakeview Terrace Movie vibes. I have about 3 1/2 months left here. I will not be renewing this 12 month lease.

              I have never had any issues while living here and it's a great neighborhood very quiet. I love my unit I'm in. I don't have any complaints. I love love love my apartment. It's a great community to live in

                The overall community is good there are a few things that needs to be addressed. Overall I am satisfied. Maintained well I think the stairwells and other areas should be cleaned and pressure washed as a routine for the upkeep of the apartment and the appliances need to be upgraded as well

                  Warning dont move here

                  This place is a hellhoe for 2,000 a month nothing works and everything is old.I have a a nurse come to home treatment they towed her place is the worst place in miami gardens facts ..u been warned!!!!!

                    Don't move here, you will regret it all they want is your money! They have a tow company to come and take your car to get money out of you, there's big roaches and rats here. The maintenance people do not fix your issues, and the staff full of it!!!!!

                      Very old apartment, they decided to renovate the outside, but not the inside for the price I pay. There should be a microwave. The bathrooms are old. It gets muddy very quickly. The AC always leaks maintenance. Show up 30+ days after you report something or not at all. They want your money but do not fix anything in the area. Ducks poop everywhere The roads are terrible so many potholes have lost so many tires because of the terrible potholes.

                            I have placed several work orders and have submitted a formal complaint prior to that about the poor condition of this apartment. Only 3 things were corrected on the work order ?? when I had a whole lot of issues. I am about to resubmit more work orders now. This carpet is not up to par when moving in it had spots in both rooms they sent a carpet cleaner person and the same spots reappeared which means it's soiled? the outlets keep going out ? the main bathroom in my room shower is peeling like crazy ? the stove is DISGUSTING and has been since I moved in!!! Base boards are missing since my move in and every time it rains it floods right by the door!!! I pay too much to stay here and I always pay on time!!! I have NO SCREENS on not one of my windows so I can't lift my windows to get fresh air. I am completely disappointed in my living state!!!

                                Maintenance is terrible. The individuals over the activities that the complex host are amazing people. The amount you pay in rent do not match the quality of the apartment. Maintenance team is lazy and will do bare minimum.

The concerns of the tenants is neglected or push to the side if it's not a priority to them which is unfair to a paying tenant. Sad.
