office staff never calls you back or answers the phone, office is always closed even on open hours as posted in the door. Every time I've put in a work order it has not been fixed properly. I have to reissue the work order and sometimes it never gets addressed at all.

A really nice community. Staff that are in charge of office are very helpful and attentive . Really close to neighborhood stores like Walmart and Publix. And schools are close to home as well. would recommend to a friend or family member.

Problemas para conseguir parqueo

Llego de trabajar todas las noches muy tarde y no tengo donde parquear, a ver si chequean los carros que hay demasiados carros por apartamentos no que solo eran dos por apt. O se parquean mal. Me ha tocado dejar mi carro en el parqueo de Walmart . Las de la oficina uno va a hable y lo dejan a uno esperando o le inventan cualquier historia y uno pierde el día . Háganse un cursito de tratar bien a los residentes . Con los de mantenimiento no tengo ninguna objeción por ejemplo con los dos que he hablado siempre están dispuestos a ayudarme y solucionar .
