Me encanta vivir aqu? es un lugar tranquilo,excelente atenci?n de los trabajadores, la escuela donde van los ni?os segura a mi hijo le guata mucho, su ubicaci?n cerca de todo hospital walmart la playa est? a 5 minutos.

Nice,comfortable,really happy to live here, the staff is great too, neighbors are kind, amenities are always in good shape, maintenance and office staff are always with good attitude and willing to help you.

A great place to live I'm happy since I m live here I like quiet this place is very quiet and I like the services only when I renew I think I'm going to lose my apartment the asking me everything is the same with the first time rent

So far so good I really like the property and everything is close by. the place looks clean and there is alot of space in the apartment and outside as well. I enjoy the gym and to past time in the pool

Great family community and great staff! The schools in the area are rated A+ schools in collier county. Love that the community offers 2 pools and exercise area. Many places to shop and eat around our area.

Near a lot of good places. Quick at responding and completing and request we have. Rent is good, nothing compared to places around. They are Apartments, noise is to be expected not a big deal for me. I love it here. Do not want to leave as I feel safe here

Great community. In the middle of everywhere. Buildings are well taken care of. maintenance and the office staff is nice and very efficient. Do not have any complains. Very happy here. Other residents should keep areas clean.

Nice place to live.The apartments are beautiful, The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful friendly and nice that is close to everything!

It is a quiet community, with a lot of Latino people. It has a good service team and the manager always provides solutions to problems. Nice pool and several children in the parks for them to play. It also has a gym.

This place is an excellent place to live. The office staff are very responsive to my needs and the maintenance staff are the cream of the crop. I think that Summer Lakes is a superb place to live and it is a privilege to live here!

My community is safe and ideal for families. It is strategically located close to everything. This makes it very convenient for any emergencies which may arise. You can get to and from the airport in 20 minutes or less. Shopping is next door. You can't beat that.

I have been a resident of summer lakes for 3 years ! The leasing staff and maintenance staff are extremely productive, professional and efficient in their jobs . Whenever l have an issue or concern l am able to get a response in a timely manner ! Thank you for all that you ALL do !!

Great Community and Location
Great location! Next to a lot of places to not only visit but work and eat! Central of everything. Great location, great community , good rent & great staff! Happy here! A lot of amenities & well taken care of. Much parking and good neighbors. No one bothers you. Safe!

Love it here
The whole staff is generous. I met them all (I think) while around the community. Always saying his and working so much specially under this heat! The community always looks well and it stays well kept by maintenance. The office staff always keep us informed of everything by email. Location is amazing! Around major stores and nice beaches.

Amazing Staff and Handymen
My experience at first was difficult from 2021-2022 (beginning) , they never wanted to help and only helped who every they knew. They had favortism, the girl that is now manager, came and it changed and she was so nice, professional and firm. The new team now always helps and shows new ways and other ways of doing things in case one thing does not work. Everyone is now very patient and they are doing a lot of events which is fun for my family. The maintenance technician Luis, is always very quick to naswer any calls and is very respectful and attentive. Is very professional and makes you undertsand what he is doing throught they way. Honestly, i was scared to move in to a low income community, but they do not treat you like low income residents here, they treat you like humans, i love it. People who complain do not understand how they are all working and complain when they do not get saomething their way.
