Have had a good experience with the community so far. Neighborhoods are kid friendly. Neighbors are welcoming and kid friendly. Community actives are great kids enjoy it. Very inclusive overall, would recommend to a friend or family.

Estoy muy contenta con mi renta. Son muy espacioso los apartamentos se vive con tranquilidad y mucha limpieza y la localidad. S?per c?ntrica. En verdad estoy feliz con mi vivienda se los recomiendo a un 100#

En una residencia muy tranquilidad y limpia; adem?s de contar con seguridad. Tiene acceso a escuelas y parques muy buenos, ?reas comerciales, adem?s de un acceso directo a la autopista, y centros comerciales

Great community. Neighbors are very nice,and it's a very safe community. The maintenance team is the best. The office team are incredible. I barely see kids in the streets inside the apartment. I love it here.

No tengo nada que decir al respecto solo porque esa esfera no tengo nada que decir desde que llegue a este pa?s no me he rentado en otro lugar. Y espero continuar hasta que pueda tener plan 8 en este mismo comdominio

Good ???? nice reasonable prices in my case as a single mom I pray ?? for continue live here Because is affordable for me, the only thing is the internet services is not good at all but definitely I recommend this place to anyone

It's OK I enjoy living here My kids like it I like the neighborhood are my neighbors nice to me only a problem witness especially now I have a issue about my apartment do you want to keep me out on a days and she said I have four kids sometime my kids leave the room not cleaning but I have to work I'm a single mom I don't home all the time hopefully they can let me stay here till I Turn off find somewhere to leave

Summer lake es un buen lugar para vivir, las ?reas comunes est?n muy limpias, no se ve desperdicio en los parques, el personal que atiende en la oficina es muy amable y los departamentos son espaciosos. Me gusta que he enviado correos para la oficina y la comunidad en general y todos han sido contestados, es decir que son eficientes para la atenci?n de la comunidad. La ubicaci?n del complejo es privilegiada y el acceso a los diferentes edificios es bastante f?cil.

A localiza??o ? ?tima. Condom?nio limpo. O apartamento ? muito grande e bonito. Os vizinhos s?o animados e educados. Children play without fear. The environment is very pleasant. Morat has been very good here.

I think living is great is a nice community that personal is very efficient the only problem is the parking lot my opinion is very assigned at parking for is unit and only two car for unit and all the residents have to acepte if the wan living in that place we need to respect that rules

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Since we been here everything has been calm and we have never had a problem while living here in this community. We are very grateful for being able to live here

Apartment is spacious, the community is good.. great commute to many stores, restaurants, schools etc. The community has two great pool, gym with updated equipment, three playgrounds.Very recommended.

Me encanta este vencindario porque tengo todo cerca la escuela de los ni?os , el banco la tienda para las compras y el parque e vivido aqu? por muchos a?os y me parece muy tranquilo .. Recomendado ????

I have been a resident since 2016. Management has changed over at least three times. I keep hoping for better. The prices in the Naples area has skyrocketed and we are limited on options. For the space closet size that this apartment offers it is definitely worth being here

Muy satisfecha desde ?l momento que firme ?l primer contrato, los peque?os problemas que he tenido han sido resultados en ?l tiempo estimado. Muy seguro vivir en este condominio.Realmente recomiendo vivir en summer lake.

Good community, good neighbors haven't had any issues since I moved in almost going to 9 years definitely recommend to friends and family, plus price for rent is good compared to other areas around here in Naples

I love this place , is always clean , the maintenance pleople are always on point , always trying to help in our needs . It's a beautiful place and has quite few parks for the kids . Besides my neighbor above me I have no complaints.

Horrible staff. They terrorize residents. They need more maintenance workers because they really do not have enough time on their hands and are having bandaid jobs. The carpets are disgusting and they have cockroach infestation's in all the buildings additionally they have no budgeting and no money to make this place nice or to fix old floors

Mi experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria en esta comunidad, la recomiendo ampliamente. Excelente Ubicaci?n, muy cerca de todos lo servicios como automercados, bancos, estaciones de gasolina, comercios, ?reas sociales,cuenta con lavander?a y gym, los apartamentos son c?modos.

I have been here seven years and have had no problems staff has been really nice I really enjoy living here. The staff is always helped me out when I needed help they answer my questions. They are always doing things for the children which I think is really nice.
