Currently have the most rude neighbors. Upstairs seems to have 3 families living in one unit, one lady wears a Richmond Property blue shirt. Constantly noisy and when asked to be quiet they want to argue. Other neighbors have a small mo-ped that just SITS in the closes spot to the units which does not allow those who could actually benefit from that spot.

Helpful staff , maintenance is on point to get things fixed, neighbors quiet , neighbors are pleasant , apartment is spacious which is great, the only thing I do not like is seeing Walmart buggies everywhere but maintenance are usually rounding them up

I love living here in summer lakes, I don't see me leaving anytime soon. The staff is very nice but overall the best person to see in the office is mirtha! She is amazing super nice and makes sure what you need is done correctly.

I have lived at summer lakes apartments for over 5 years. For the first time I can say I had the worst experience with management. I walk in to the office and asked to speak with the property manager to complain for the 5th time about my chaotic neighbors and one of the new girls Johana told me that the property manager was busy crying in her office. I said there must be someone else I can speak to and she said yes the assistant property manager is in their too. The one person that was available to help me evidently did not want to speak to me, and the rest of management was huddled up in a tear fest. I can see how summer lakes residents are able to party at all hours. On a side note when is are these buildings getting pressure washed. Im embarrassed to bring company over. Thank you!

My family and I have almost been here for two years. We love it for the most part had some differences with our neighbors(which happens everywhere you go) for the first few months but now everything is great!!! I like the fact it is close to everything we need, has nice pools!!! The management wasn't the best when I first moved in here but the new manager and her staff are wonderful!!! Love the location!!! Overall my family and I are very satisfied!!!

I have lived here for 10yrs now, I have everything within minutes, Walmart, Target, hospitals, doctors offices, they have added more busses for the people that don't drive, close to beaches and restaurants as well.

For the first five years there were no issues but as management continued to change and staff overturn increased things begin to go down. Promises and commitments made in the beginning were no longer met nor kept. Some staff was more professional and people friendly than others. Going into the office is a grudging experience because you never know what attitude you would be met with. I love my apartment and the location which is why I remain.

My experience is very good, I feel satisfied to be part of this community, when I have requested some maintenance in the office, this has been addressed quickly and effectively. The only thing that does not seem right to me, is that some neighbors are allowed to make barbecues on the sidewalks or corridors of the apartments. also we have to withstand the smoke that enters the room and if you leave the clothes is impregnated with the smell of smoke. I think it's dangerous. I do not know if that is allowed

Me siento bien en esta comunidad, lo unico malo que veo es que nos obligan a tener cable e Internet que no sirven para nada. Y deben limpiar las escaleras y las alfombras con m?s frecuencia, por lo dem?s todo bien.

Office Staff is Friendly, kind and very helpful at all times, always offers Air filters when you go to the office, they take care of all issues on a timley matter, The common area's and community is always kept well, it is always cleaned daily and there is always something being maintain if its pressure washing painting, ect. Maintenance staff always comes to repair any issues in a timley matter.

Come to this neighborhood to meet a wide variety of people ranging from drug dealers to disrespectful delinquents. You come to pick up your mail to find it has been stolen as well as your mailbox lock-picked. They provide hand-me-down soda machines monthly after they are beaten by bats for fun. As you are sleeping you will hear the constant banging and hammering on walls of your neighbors. And a --------- bus that played overly loud music weekly and also feeds children after expiration-date food. This "apartment" complex also includes many gangs and children getting high. Also every building includes high quality art of -----' made by vandals. And if your lucky like me you will get the exclusive opportunity to have multiple gun shots go though your apartment while gangs try to kill your next door neighbor. And if you have children like i do remember this, the bullying is so bad at the bus stop a ---------------------------- due to it. Summer Lakes is an absolute disaster, the leasing office are the 2017 Rudest People of the Year Winners. You would think they get commission for being rude.

I'm currently renting the, been renting over a year now, not the best place To rent. You get what you pay for. When I renewal my lease I'm supposed to get my carpet clean when I ask the Big bird lady about cleaning my carpet because I renewal my lease she said I sign my lease agreement late but it was never explain to I had to renewal my lease at a certain time frame to get my carpet clean.. They full of ---- I'm ready move out when my lease is up.. Them ------- that work in the office have no customer service skills..
