Its been great so far. Cant complain about the place we live at, at least the new management its following the community rules and have improve overall. The only down side its the lack of care of the playground areas for the kids. Also because of some neighbors abusing the loud music and barbecue in the pool areas we all have to pay to have them close for days/weeks even months.

I like this community it is well kept and an amazing affordable cost for those who don't have the means to afford a 2,000 dollars one bedroom it helps us all out, and you could always get on the waiting list

I have been having issues with opening my windows for several months. I have put in multiple verbal request in regards to this matter. I also logged into the portal and put in a request. I received an email indicating that my windows have been repaired. No one ever came, and windows have not been fixed. I've lived in this unit for over 17 yrs. Last time I spoke to the manager, she told that the windows should not be opened!

Good staff, very helpful. Nice community near a lot of nice places and close to a lot of beaches. Nice location, a lot of apartments and good customer service from office and maintenance technicians. Surprised that everything is communicated via letters and email. Good for when out of town to be kept updated.

Moved in not so long ago, happy with my stay here and my apartment. I have received great service from everyone in the community. Everyone is very helpful. The move in was nice , easy and stress free. They have been nothing but helpful. I have never moved in to a community with a very helpful and attentive staff. The community is really pretty and very well kept. Love the surroundings, everything is close and near by.

Mantenimiento siempre son rápidos y hacen las órdenes de trabajo muy bien. No tengo quejas, la comunidad es bonita y tranquila. La oficina siempre nos mantienen informados de todo y siempre resuelven nuestros problemas. Los vecinos deben escuchar a la oficina y leer su arrendamiento porque aveces no hacen las cosas bien y se molestan con la oficina y los trabajadores. Muy buen lugar que es cerca de muchas cosas y tiendas de shopping.

I'm really sometimes was ok sometimes was not okay This is our last year in this community after 19 years. Is a good community with good school around and good supermarket and banks I understand that is not easy to work with different kinds of peoples but in general everything is okay

Love it here

Great community, great staff and great neighbors. Community management staff has changed a lot since I’ve been here, team at moment is very nice, professional and helpful. They treat us with such kindness and attention. All my issues in apartment always get resolved in blink of eye, used to take a long time, but I can tell the hard work from maintenance team and office. Gaby is always helpful and answers to all questions with patience and understanding. Community always kept clean and nice. Happy here! Great location near a lot of restaurants and shoppings. Cannot find any better place to live at.

Comunidad excelente

La jefa es muy buena con los residentes, ella de verdad se importa por ellos y nos explica del todo cuando tenemos una pregunta. Gabriella siemre esta dispuesta a ayudarnos y nos deja claro que si ella no esta disponible podemos contar con todas las ninas en la oficina. Son todas muy carismaticas y muy profesional. Mucho a cambiado, y se ve que para lo mejor. Muchos de los residentes estan felices y los que no, son porque no hacen las cosas que son corectas. Todos del mantenimiento soy muy atentos y hacen muy bien su trabajo, estoy bien contento en la comunidad y llevo 6 anos y aunque mucho a cambiado, me siento en casa. Muy buena localidad.

Amazing!

Great community, great location and great staff. I hate moveing around, it can be quote stressfull. However, Zuri and the whole leasing office staff were very attentive and very professional. They called me daily to provide an update on my application and the apartment, i felt safe knowing i was mocing into a community where the staff was always there to help. They showed me around and answered all my questions. Rent is great! & the location, is amazing. I am very happy that i get to call this my home.

Horrible the staff is CONSTANTLY CHANGING!!! You can never get someone to fix anything.. they use 7 day notices for every AND anything!!! The ONLY ONLY good thing is the rent!! And that has went up!!!

Cockroach infestd apartments

I lived there for almost 17 years,the first 4 years was nice,different managed however years following the management changed hands 3 times,poor apartment repairs,never changed my rug,was told when i moved out they would it would be my outta pocket, maintenance was horrible, the cockroaches were disgusting, one time i complained and i got an eviction notification on my door because Gabriella did not like my tone when i complained of the cockroaches, it was disrespectful and the cockroaches kept coming,

For a little over 3 years my fire alarms were not fixed. I kept taking them down since it kept going off.. for years. I got in trouble for taking them down but the wires were bad and when it was up, it kept randomly go off. I try to tell them fix it before putting them back up. Never happened. They'd put it up and that's it. A couple weeks ago I was told to move out on 02/28/23 because I kept taking down the ALARMS!
