The location is Great! I have lived in Summer Lakes since 2010. I have also work for the community too! The changes I have seen have been good and bad. The community is I feel safe , I have never had an issue. My three kids loved to be outside at the 2 pools they offer along with the 2 gyms.

There should be better communication with the administrative sample or to know when the personnel changes, because we live there and we don't know about it; and put the grills back please and open the pools and restrooms on the weekends

I really like this community because it has a very nice appearance, the maintenance are great, the apartments are bigger enough and the prices are very good. It's like a Latin community which is perfect because I'm living with my mom. Overall everything id perfect for me. Thank you.

Since I've moved in at summer lakes back in 2019 so far I have enjoyed these apartments. The ladies in the office are very nice. The maintenance are very quick and fast. I haven't had a problem since I moved here.

Very pleasant, except the shopping Walmart carts all over the community. I always see people walking around pushing one of those carts into the community it gets me upset because this should not be happening.

The apartment is a good size but everything in my apartment is not in good shape needs some TLC and the staff are very rude this apartment are not well kept and if you call the office to request maintenance always take forever

Great value for the area. Clean safe apartment with very friendly office and maintenance staff. Apartments are very spacious for the amount of rent. Well manicured landscaping and two very nice pools and playgrounds

I am happy in here, the place is wonderful for live, I love my neighbors, the neighborhood is clean, the apartment is comfortable meet my need but need new appliances. The manager have to pay more attention to the tenants be conscious, human and compassionate to the people in the middle of the pandemic

Summer Lakes location makes it very convenient for me, there for to love., management work very hard to keep the community tidy, I feel the underlining issue are the inconsiderate tenants - for example they drag the Walmart carts onto the property, they leave their trash bags in front of the dumpster rather than placing it inside. Pure laziness. If the residents showed more respect for the community in which they live in - I'm confident Summer Lakes will have a 5 star rating as it should have. The lady's at the office are personable & helpful. Great upgrade on the gym. I especially want to thank Mirtha. She's always in a wonderful-warm mood, and makes the office visit easy to endure & comprehendible unique to your circumstances. I hope the tenants improve their natural way of being, & having more consideration for all the work the maintenance crew put into keeping the community pleasant & tidy.

I wrote a long rant on Friday which, though the rant was what I honestly felt towards management, I had tried to delete my review only to find out it wouldn't delete. I don't know what happened between Friday night and tonight to where I could actually delete that last review, but I'm glad I was able to delete it as I felt bad about writing it almost right after, though again that's how I truly felt. Sorry for any feelings my last review may have evoked. Whether I live here come next year or not, I could not have thought of any other place to live other than here these past few years.

Summer Lakes is an apartment complex in Naples, Florida. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from the nearest beach, five minutes from the hospital, and many surrounding shopping centers. I have enjoyed thoroughly living in this comfortable apartment for almost one year now. I would most definitely recommend Summer Lakes.

The first 4 years were good but after that it wasn't a nice place to live anymore. Office stuff can be rude, maintenance barely comes to fix things. I been here over 11 years they refuse to change my carpets despite the fact that I've been here for over eleven years and my daughter tested positive for dust mites which is found in carpets espically that old. the fact that I've been here for over eleven years. They still didn't want to fix it after i told them my daughter's health is at risk. After I told the office staff about the situation they refuse to change it and told me only way to change it if i pay $1500. By law its supposed to be every 5 years. Not only that things in the apartment are starting to fall apart since its been over 11 years. They never came to fix both sinks and i called them 3x. They didn't finish fixing the wall or closets. Maintenance only fix half then told me they will come back to finish the rest. they never came back. The internet is so slow and bad service for what they chargerd. This will be my last year here.
