Office staff and maintenance staff is great. Community itself is not bad. My only disappointment with this community is their cable and internet service provider, they advertise high speed internet and their actual speed is more comparable to DSL, internet and cable service is down on a daily basis and every time I call Moombeam directly their answer is "we're working on upgrading our server" and that has been their answer every time. If you're ok with crappy service from your cable and internet company then pay no attention to this rating. Again I'm happy with the service from the office staff but very upset with the cable and internet service they provide and the worst part is I can't have another company like Comcast provide me service since I'm not allowed to get any other company.

The person below is horribly wrong, I lived in this community since I was 8 and now im 17. Never have I experienced one problem and the staff is very helpful and friendly and are always there when you need them. The youth in the neighborhood are very nice kids and they always play outside with their friends. It is a well connected community and growing up here was the best thing that happend to me. They have 2 very beautiful, well cleaned pools, 2 amazing functional gyms, and much more. I love this place and will always respect it.

Terrible place, drugs are everywhere. Walk out the house boom your smell marijuana, police are here every day there's crime here every week not safe for kids unless you want them growing up as druggies it's gonna happen. I advise anyone looking to rent here not to get away from this place it's terrible maintenance is terrible office staff has the worst attitude towards the residents and are not experienced at all. They require you to purchase cable in order to have internet you can't just buy one separately the always have bs charges just no worst place to live in naples.

Hola, quiero dejar saber a los cuatro vientos que los jefes de este condominium son los peores, no te ayudan, no les importan los anos que lleves viviendo aqui, ni que hayas sido siempre responsable con tus pagos, por ejemplo: cogi un perro de 10 libras despues de estar viviendo aqui hace cuatro anos, en aquel entonces ellos cobraban $500.00, y hace aproximadamente un ano lo subieron a un total de $1000.00, yo les pague los primros $500.00, pero despues he tenido dificultades para poderle pagar los otros $500.00, y ellos no les importa, son como unos NAZISSSS, especialmente la jefa principal cuyo nombre es Ingrid, que dios tenga misericiordia de ella, porque no le interesas ni como inquilino, ni como ser humano, los dejo con este tan malo review, pero es que no puedo decirles otra cosa, estoy bien descontenta, despues de estar viviendo hace 4 anos aqui, Dios los bendiga.

Just wanted to start off by saying this place is the worst and i`ve lived in miami so that statement is pretty much saying alot.The units are in terrible shape,every monday morning the garbage conpactor is packed full so theres trash laying all over the place.Kids pull the fire alarm systems at 2 and 3 in the morning so be ready to be evacuating the building every once in a while.The staff...oh man the staff is the worst of the worst,they treat you like a convicted fellon and they all cower behind the "manager" Ingrid,she should be sent to flip hamburgers at mcdonalds that way she wont have to interact with anybody since she obviously hates it so much.The best thing for this place would be to fire her and i guarantee you it will get better.She is rude,unprofessional,she avoids you constantly yet she makes sure you get a letter in front of your door step everrytime you forgot something.The maintance dont fix anything ive spent 1 month calling about the stove and never got anyone to come take a look at it i had to end up fixing it myself.THEY WILL TOW YOUR VISITORS CAR even if the visitor has only been there for a few hours,no warnings or anything and the parking spots arent even marked.Every building smells like weed so good luck going out for a run and making it back home without getting lost.The community is actually the only good thing about this place,everyone pretty much keeps to themselfs.Please do yourself a favor and dont move in to this place theres a bunch of much better complexes around.

This is the most horrible place to live, they treat people so bad, the office staff is so but so unprofesional, the property manager is very very rude. They are racist and mean, there is no security in this community every where is dirty unsafe. They thretened the people that lives there to kick them out. my cousin works for wink news I can promise you wink news will show up there pretty soon.sorry my English how can you have people like this running the community .most terrible rude office staff, plus they always leave early they put a sign till 5:00 they are never there. also the cable and tv they have control of it and its never working and they wont give you credit. someone has to do something about it. you can not take your child to the parks unfortunaly there are condoms in the play ground.

Apartments are spacious and great location but the staff is the most unprofessional and rude people I have never seen in my life. The place has trash everywhere, the pools are always dirty, there is people smoking weed everywhere at any time. Is not a safe place to live. The monthly rent is not as cheap as the way the place is managed. The ladies at the office treats you like if you are living for free or like if they are doing you a favor, they are very rude. I recommend you to look somewhere else. Richmond property management please try to be more selective when you hire your office staff for this apartments complex, no one here lives for free so try to hire people with good manners and at least better customer service training. The manager is a complete ----- and that shouldnt be a proper attitude for management. I will upload pictures on my next post to show you guys around.

Absolute, complete, utter ----. Please, do yourself a favor and save your money and go find somewhere less horrible to live in. The place is truly a hole of crap. The apartments inside are spacious, but let me tell you how the negatives outweigh the positives. There is litter everywhere, druggies smoking in front of your children, no security, ------ appliances, even shittier staff, etc. The neighbors are extremely loud. You can hear everything going on outside if you live on the first floor. The bathrooms are extremely noises when you turn the light on. Maintenence staff tries, but they fail. Oh and if they "offer" washing machine and dryer, yeah righhht. I was "offered" 3 years ago and was put on a never ending wait list only to have to resort to walking all the way to their expensive ------ laundry mat that they have. Which has 5 washing machines but of which one 2 work right now, one of the broken ones ruined my clothes btw. So guys. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I wouldn't be typing this right now if I didn't feel the need to warn somebody. There are better places to move to that cost as much as this --------. Trust me, you just have to look around. Good luck.

I really like the community and the apartments are very big and nice.The only thing that the community should improve is their management office, they shouldn't be so rude and they should be more efficient at what they do.Besides that I really like my place.

The community is pleasant enough and the size of the apartments are adequate. However if there is anything wrong in your apartment, be prepared to have about 2 more follow up visits because they don't always have the know-how to make repairs. And the maintenance staff don't speak English so your problems will not be fully understood and it can be very frustrating to get something fixed. That is really the only downfall to the community. But the office staff are pleasant.

The location is good. North Naples has good school district. The manager is rude, uneducated. unprofessional. Martha, is one of their stuff. She thinks she is above the law. She refused to answer questions. I do not know why Martha still working at summer lakes. Worst place to live....run run run

Very, very uncooperative and rude staff. First, I'm confused to why a particular staff member works there. She seemed irritated at my questions, didn't seem to like repeating herself and even started answers off with "as I said before..." in a very rude way. If you work in a leasing office, there is NOTHING wrong with people asking questions, they're signing a YEAR lease. If you're going to get annoyed at every question asked, you should really reconsider your job. The following day, after speaking to that woman, I went in to fill in an application, with a different staff member. We had all our documents, money and everything prepared. Right off the bat they weren't helpful. We had to keep trying to push the process forward and everything was against us, from mixed information, to their printer not working, to our incomes exceeding (even though this was very clearly miscalculated by them). The first day we were told the max deposit was "one full months rent", the second day it changed to "two months rent". This place is just plain unprofessional, everything from the mixed information they give you, to the way they talk to you. Office staff members play a big role in people feeling welcome or unwelcome. They're the first representation potential renters see. I'm sorry, but these are not the kind of women who should be representing an apartment complex. I for one was completely turned off and after reading these comments, I'm clearly not the only one. Plus, what low income housing complex asks a $1,000 for a pet? $500 deposit AND a $500 pet fee? Give me a break! That's just taking advantage of people.

I have lived here since the property opened in the area. My apartment is set up to meet the needs of my family and does so very well when it comes to space. The amenities are great and my neighbors are good. It is in a great school area which is a bonus and the convience of Walmart close by.

I've been living in this community for 3 years, I am satisfied with the area but very disagree with the increasing on the rent every year because even those apartments have a good size living area they do not have balcony or lanai, in case of any emergency there is only one entrance and exit.

Community is quiet. Community rules are enforced by office staff and make it a nice place to live. One downside is that the option for cable and Internet falls with only one company, Moonbeam. The Internet drops out periodically and is constantly having to be reset. But that is the only issue that I have found so far.

I was found these apartments online, from the first visit I made I was in love. The staff was so kind and helpful it really did make a difference from all the other low income communities I had visited. They help me to the right apartment for me and my son, everything inside the apartment was clean and in great condition.

I moved into Summer Lakes in March of 2014, I am now resigning my lease at Summer Lakes for another year which I am highly look forward too. I am appalled at all the negative reviews that have been placed against such a wonderful community which I can honestly say has been a pleasure living in. To start off, management team has demonstrated to have Superior Customer Service skills as well as extremely helpful and not to mention very kind and friendly. Moving in was a breeze, a very quick and easy process. I live in a two bed apartment which was rented out to me in perfect condition, everything is updated and working properly. I am very grateful to their high priority to attending tenet work orders. When placing a call to the front office to have so much as a light bulb changed they have came within the same business day and made sure to take care of my request. The amenities are always in good working shape and the pools are ALWAYS clean. I would hate to see someone miss out on a great opportunity to become a resident at this community due to such ridicules negative reviews, but please take the time to come in and take a look for yourself. I'm sure you will be glad you did, I know I couldn't be happier and for that I thank Summer Lakes for valuing my monthly rent payments and allowing me to get so much for my hard earned money.
