So far so good, quiet, comfortable and not too expensive. Conveniently located, is a circle k into Wendy's right up the road. In about 10 minutes from the beach. Out of season. Of course. That same drive can take you 25 minutes during seasoner.

Very helpful, parking issues have been resolved and its a very quiet place with few sour apples. Other than that its very peaceful place to live. Any maintenance request i submit are usually handled same day or with 24 hours.

Lymestone has nice apartments. I have a one bedroom,spacious with nice amenities. Close to many things, Publix, fast food restaurants and Interstate 95. I appreciate being able to rent here,neighbors are respectful to me.

Follow through is a problem, many different managers, check with police department to see what is happening in any community you are thinking of for your new residence. Check out a residence during the day and at night.

Management team and maintenance are always on top of any issues inside home. They respond quickly to any needs you may have. Friendly neighbors and nice pool. Overall, a great place to live. Caring staff.

Overall the actual space inside is nice. All appliances worked well, other than a noisy dishwasher. Maintenance is exceptional and usually have problems fixed as soon as possible. Office does not respond to emails, you have to talk in person. Community (other residents) are the worst I have experienced at any apartment ( I have lived in 5 different complexes in 3 different towns). Office did not respond accordingly to my complaints regarding noisy/bad neighbors. Tons of smokers live here and often makes bad smells in the apartment.

The move in process could have been much smoother. We constantly had to follow-up. After moving in, we then had to deal with the staff updating the portal because we were charged incorrectly for rent and fees. Once we got it situated with the office it has been okay since then. Hopefully things will remain smooth during our time here.

I feel very safe and secure here. It has a warmth to it. The staff is very responsive and the maintenance team is on point. The units are clean and modern. The amenities are convenient and appreciated.

The worst of the worst #JDavis

After my 2 month experience this plex needs to be shut down. I started talking to the complex and welcomed by Jalen. I was given a threat if I should up to pay on Oct 8. The application fees are 139.90 each. I came and got my apartment. I signed with Tyrome Davis that threaten me to sign or he would never do business again with me. Moving forward, our apartment was filthy . The walls, kitchen, back porch….. list goes on. I didn’t have a working dishwasher for two months. No bulbs in needed areas and no resolution when I called. I was constantly hung up on and given false promises. The premise is hardly managed. You are charged for garbage disposal, which isn’t explained. You are charged for pest control, which said would happen, but doesn’t.. I changed my own AC filter and was disgusted. The pool has floating trash all over. The workout room is the most laughable awful place. Tv doesn’t work, lock on the door doesn’t work and a pathetic attempt to supply and advertise this subreddit. The vending machines do not work, the laundry does not work. My wife and I are now getting sick from mold. See pictures. My screen is broken, my ice machine doesn’t work, water pressure is barely flowing. Dirt on every wall and fixture. The mold problem is now getting my wife and I sick. I will say the Maintenance is amazing! They do their job but are immediately pushed by management. Lastly, on Dec 9, 2025 I was assaulted, intimidated and screamed in my face at the office by the manager Tyrome Davis. I would not wish the complex on my worst enemy. More photos to come!

I asked about kid friendly and was assured by office that there were hiking paths, a pond to fish or canoe in. Was told weight room was being remodeled. After moving in found out none of that was true.

It's a nice little community. The walls are pretty sound proof. Minus the ceilings you can hear people above you but over all it's a vozy place to live I am satisfied. It's very spacious there are many amenities available.

My apartment has been a great place to live overall. The staff is respectful, helpful, and always professional, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with, creating a welcoming sense of community. While there is occasionally some noise, it's nothing out of the ordinary?just part of apartment living. This community sucks. We only renewed because I am pregnant and due two weeks after our lease ends. It wasn't feasible for us to up and move. Nobody every responds to phone calls, voicemails, and especially emails.

This is the worst property management I've ever had to deal with and as a property manager myself, I would be sick, knowing how I treat the residence in this apartment complex. The staff is incompetent. Nothing is done to standard. They don't take pride in their job and you can clearly tell about how the entire facility looks on a daily basis not to mention for the last five months I have notified the office multiple times that there is water underneath my floor ever since my mold issue that still hasn't been taken care of and all they can do is close out the work order. The property manager needs to be fired immediately and the maintenance staff also needs to be let go and people actually know how to repair and fix things hired on this apartment complex could be nice if anyone gave a crap.

Limestone ranch is a superb apartment complex located in a beautiful country setting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and will bend over backwards to meet your needs another important quality of the staff is that they are very flexible. It is the best complex I have ever come upon

I really love the whole community, we have friendly neighbors which is great! I also love the swimming pool it's always very clean! I love our apartment, the size of the kitchen is probably my favorite part I love cooking in there we have tons of counter space!
