We used to like the place but it has turned not so good from the management staff side. The are very greedy, not compassionate, and very uncaring. The apartments are really small and the rent extremely high for the kind of apartments. The appliances are old, there is not enough room in the kitchen cabinets, is always bugs in the inside and unless you requested they don't spray inside ever. I clean the pantry weekly and in a matter of days the little spiders and bugs come back. The porch is very small and unless you have one of the front apartments the back apartments all you see is woods, trees and people taking their dogs to do their thing. The apartment is always full of spider webs and is no parking assigned so sometimes you have to walk a lot to your apartment from your vehicle. If you need a garage or carport they extra charge you $100. for it. I do not recommend these apartments at all for the rent you have to pay. The exterior looks nice but when you see the apartments OH BOY!!! is so much different.

I've been living here since 2013. I have moved out then came right back. I have to say this is the best apartment to live in. The maintenance staff where to begin with them, within minutes of putting in a service request they are right on it and get the job done and get it done right. Bill is definitely the MVP. The office staff, they are very understanding and work with you on every situation you bring to them. Kim is the MVP! Jackie just started with us not to long ago and she is a total sweetheart. The only downfall to the apartment complex is parking. Whenever a problem comes about such as noise or not getting a long with your neighbors they resolve the issue. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I definitely recommend it!

Let me start by saying I don't ever write reviews. I don't believe anyone actually reads these or cares. But if this review can help at least 1 person not go through the hell that is Lymestone, I know I made a difference. I'm going to start with the biggest issue. While staying here I experienced Hurricane Irma. The town was told to evacuate which is exactly what I did. I was 6 months pregnant so I had my friend go back to my apartment and see how it was after I had been informed that the power was back on. It had been off for 7 days. My friend gets down there and immediately FaceTimes me. The scene was unbelievable. The floor was still wet, there was mold all over everything, and he said it was almost impossible to even breathe. He tried to salvage what he could for me and I immediately started putting in my insurance claim. My friend sent me pictures and videos of the damage so I could send in all the proper evidence. Before he left he dropped off the keys in the mailbox of the complex because the apartment was uninhabitable. 3 months later I am being informed that I have an eviction pending from Lymestone. They claimed that when the sheriff came to "Evict" me, there was no mold. Probably because they had gone in and cleaned it all out. I now have my insurance company holding all of my funds because Lymestone keeps telling me and my insurance company that there was never any mold. So here I am, raising a baby, needing money that is rightfully owed to me, so i can stay a float and raise a child all while Lymestone is doing it's best to screw me. You would think that after hearing about a CHILD some sort of human emotions would come over you to stop screwing over a CHILD. But no, they're hell bent on screwing everyone. So once you get passed all that, you get so many other great things to look forward to. Like the neighborhood kids playing ding dong ditch on you all day everyday. It's all fun and games the 1st few times but it gets rather old when it happens 20 times a day everyday. You can talk to the front desk about it but you'll be meet with attitude and nothing will come of it. You'll constantly hear the domestic arguments from the drug dealing neighbors right next to you and above you. Have fun walking around the complex while trying to avoid all the dog poop that is never picked up or the poison ivy that is everywhere. Enjoy paying for "Pest control" while your apartment is constantly infested with ants. Only way to handle the bugs is by getting your own bug repellent. Really hope you don't work late into the night! If you do then you'll LOVE trying to find parking! Thanks to all the drug dealers and their drugged up friends, there are never any spots. I'm attaching a link to the YouTube video my friend uploaded with all the mold that was in my apartment. Bottom line, avoid this apartment like the plague. Seriously, you'd be more safe accepting a drink from Bill Cosby, trusting Casey Anthony with your kid, or going to a Premier Movie Opening with Harvey Weinstein.

I'll cut to the points. - Parking is terrible. - Noise is frequent. - Walls are paper thin. - Close to nothing. - Poorly landscaped and maintained. - Office staff is just plain lazy and doesn't care. It's just a paycheck to them. The only good thing is the Maintenance staff. They are fast and do a high quality job. Also very polite.

i live in limestone since 2008 to 2009 at first living there was ok but after 6 months my daughter was getting sick all the time she problem breathing so taking her to the hospital where we had to get her a breahting machine we didn't know why but after cleaning her room we found mold in the close and in the window. we brought it to their attention Maintenance came in the next day and spray white paint over it after 2 weeks my daughter was still getting sick and guess what came back so we move her out of that room gave her the master it was towards the end of the lease but we couldn't afforded to move out and because we couldn't afforded it so i sign a second year lease but they Assured me that they will take care of the mold problem well guest what not even one month in it came back and they did what normally they do make excuses so i move out and my daughter life was more important the sad thing is that they never offer my another apartment so I'm leaving now with a 6,000 hospital bill and they put a 2,500 judgement against me for breaking the lease isn't that hilarious i wish i had more story like you and me because i think we can build a case against them for negligence

Lymestone ranch is the most terrible apartment complex ever! I would not recommend living at lymestone to anyone. First of all, the walls are paper thin here and any noise what so ever coming from the hallways will disturb you. People here are inconsiderate of others slamming the doors and it shakes the entire apartment. Every single night we had to call the courtesy officer to Report noise at 2 in the morning. We reported this so many times and also went down to the office multiple times to report it. On one occasion the courtesy officer told me to go ask them to be quiet myself...(Excuse me then what is your job exactly!?). I called one time to report the noise to the manager and a staff member told me she would call me back and I still to this day have never received a phone call back. The staff is very unprofessional Excluding maintenance, they are the only people here that seem to care.

The noise is so bad here. I'm a prior marine and I lived in the barracks and I would recommend that over these apartments. The management staff is a joke and often makes fun of customers(I have heard them when I was in the lobby). The only good this is the workers because they fix things very quickly. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. The doors slam so hard because they need the release lever at the top but lack it so your whole apartment vibrates. I'm currently breaking my lease because it's worth 1800 not to live here! Stay away!

I live here with my fiance, have since 4-1-15 and the honest truth about Lymestone is this: Beautiful on the outside. Some apartments are beautiful on the inside as well. However ours is outdated and looks junky. Prices are on the higher side. Staff is friendly. Pool is dirty more days than it is clean. There Internet service options are limited to AT&T only and it's very very slow, 6.0 is the highest speed available. If you work from home I do not recommend this complex. Also the biggest reason we want to get out of here is the parking. There is simply not enough parking, cars get towed very often. We usually have to park in visitor or we have to block each others car in one spot because the spaces completely fill up after 8pm. My car has been keyed on both sides in the parking lot. I believe it is because of the parking situation. I wouldn't recommend moving here if you own a vehicle. You could probably live here if you just own a scooter or bike. On the positive side it is very peaceful and I feel safe here. I walk my dog a night and do laundry at night as well. It is definitely a safe and quiet place. The laundry facility is extremely small. 4 of each machine, so make sure you have a washer and dryer prior to moving in. 1.5 our of 5 bc of the horrible Internet and the lack of available parking. I chose this apartment online bc we moved from out of state and I wish I hadn't.

I have been a resident here for five years. This is a wonderful place to call home. Well kept property and incredibly caring management and maintenance staff that keep this community desirable and peaceful. Any concern or problem is always handled expeditiously by the manager. There are occasional planned community activities and breakfast on the go where on your way to work, you can choose fresh hot coffee and a variety of yummy breakfast items. Lovely 2 bedroom floorplan with a nice screened in lanai. Cozy and yet spacious unit. Keep up the good work and care. Thank you so much for taking care of me as a longtime resident. Jolene

I would definitely not recommend Lyme Stone Ranch (LSR) apartments, for a number of reasons. There is a terrible mold problem in my apartment. I have been sick since I moved in and then last week I had to take my dog to the vet because she had a skin condition and her hair was falling out. The vet said it was likely due to the mold and the fact that the dog was sleeping on the carpet which probably had mold in it. He told me to have her sleep on the bed or couch, and with that and the help of antibiotics and medicated shampoo, she is much, much better. Also, the parking at LSR is horrendous. I was told by the office staff that they know they do not have enough parking spaces for everyone but there is nothing they can do about it because they cannot "produce" any more spaces. There are cars parked on all the curbs and anywhere they can find a spot. I don't go out after 5:00 pm (when people get home from work) or on the weekends, because if I do I will likely not find a parking space when I return. The apartments do not have washers and dryers in them, and the laundry room LSR provides (for 200+ apartments) has only four washers and four dryers, and at least one or two [of both] do not work the majority of the time. The location of these apartments is great, but that does not make up for the MANY, MANY negatives. And, after all of this, I have learned that the rent is going up!

SO much potential in this place, the outside and inside appearance of the place is actually very nice. Too many problems though for me to allow myself to recommend this place. Good luck finding a parking spot remotely close to your apartment after 6pm. The only internet available is the speed of smell, and you HAVE to settle with direct TV, which is expensive and hardly works with Florida's constant rainstorms. I noticed little bits of mold in the spare bedroom, nothing as bad as some of the other reviews I read, but mold is mold and should be dealt with. Office staff is very, lets say "sneaky". Very friendly Face to face, but don't really care for any problems you might encounter and bring to their attention. In fact id almost recommend asking maintenance crew for anything you may need, as they seem to give a $@$@ and are very friendly. You can hear every step your neighbors make (which is expected in an apartment). my neighbor was able to get away with yelling profanity outside my door because my room mate was up and down the steps packing his car to go to drill (hes in military), or he could hear my toilet flush, shower etc. Nothing of which that made it okay to yell profain language and deliver loud knocks from underneath me (their roof) at late hours. We never got into it with this guy, we just expected office to do their job to avoid any tension. If you dont like noise, dont be in an apartment in the first place, especially these with the paper thin walls. Nothing was done, so cross your fingers you wont live above them! My final walk through with the place wasn't terrible(as I was led to believe face to face). I was told my deposit would be deducted a few minor charges for a few knicks and some blinds I never replaced (which was expected) but that id be mailed the remaining amount as the place looked pretty good. Days later I get my statement BY EMAIL (no call or hardcopy)for my "few minor charges out of my deposit" to find out I now owe them 700 bucks because they want brand new carpet! They must be doing pretty well if 700 dollars is a "minor charge". I wouldnt be as pissed if they wouldve confronted me about this in the walkthrough, but decided to inform me by email rather than in the walkthrough. SNEAKY Very disappointed, very unhappy. Not to mention, disrespected (lied to my face) Im not one to take the time to write a review, but this place has to much potential to be run down by poor management. Goodluck, be careful.

I moved in 3-6 months ago and I have to say this community has one MAJOR flaw in my opinion. The buildings are new and in great condition. I love my actual apartment. I have good neighbors. Parking can be a little tight at times, but I've never not been able to park in front of my building. The biggest problem that I have with this community is the horrible lack of choice regarding TV & internet providers. If you choose to live here, take note that you are forced into Directv (which does not work during storms) & you are forced to have AT&T DSL at a max speed of 6mbps. If you live here you can not opt for Bright House Networks instead. This may not seem like a big deal, but in this hyper connected world we live in this has become a deal breaker for me. So unless this changes by the end of my lease (end of the year) I'm leaving. It sucks too because I really love my apt, the office staff, my neighbors, my community as a whole, but I can't go another lease being forced into these terrible TV & internet services.

I've lived at Lyme Stone Ranch for almost a year now. It's the cleanest apartment complex I've ever seen. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance men Bill and Paul go above and beyond to get the job done and done right the first time. The parking lot is well lit and there are security officers on the premises. There are also car ports and garages to rent which is really nice. The office staff at Lyme Stone Ranch , Kim, Keith, and Ed are the nicest and most professional people and do an outstanding job taking care of the residents here. If you have any concerns they take care of the problem right away. There is a pool on the grounds and is very clean, laundry room is clean, and gym is well maintained . Pets are allowed here and there are poop stations through out complex where pet owners can get a bag to pick up after their furry friend and dispose of it at the receptacles located at the pet stations. The pet stations are maintained and stocked on regular basis . You couldn't ask for a cleaner or safer place to live. The staff at Lyme Stone Ranch ( Kim, Keith, Ed, Bill, and Paul) really work hard and care about the residents here. Almost forgot once a month they do something really nice for the residents here: breakfast, pizza party, pool party, ice cream social, etc. So residents can meet other residents and hang out and have fun. It's a great place to live !!!

I currently live at lymestone ranch apartments and truly want to warn potential renters!! I used to like old owners Jason and Linda!! The new ones are trashy don't seem to keep themselves clean let alone the place, hot tub at the pool breaks down all the time, every time recent I have gone to the pool it's been extremely dirty like it hasn't been clean, I actually drive all way down a1a to swim at a friends pool before I walk across street here. My mother lives here and has had kids knock door and run, she has had condoms opened left on door handle, told apartments they made no big deal about it . I had a man following me they did nothing until the man was arrested they finally put lights up , my air constantly breaks down they have to come fix it , I got paid on the 5th and rent due by the 3rd day every month they charge almost 200 late fee and I am a single mother who works two jobs !! I told them would be late new guy told me he doesn't know what else to tell me , people are getting evicted left and right, I know four people that have left recently since new people have taking over..they are raising 2 bedroom apartments to 850!!! Which I have found beach side condos for that price.. I can't wait till my lease is up in couple months I will be running fast out of here, I wouldn't recommended this place to my worst enemy or dog !!

Lived here for 1 year, decided not to renew because of change in roommates. There were only two big issues we had here. The first being the parking. We lived in the building furthest back. The entire back half of the complex would be filled up by the time I got home if I worked late. People would park their huge trucks on the corner median where it was clearly marked no parking because it was a fire truck zone which is a safety hazard (and just annoying). The second problem being the internet. The complex has some sort of contract with AT&T, restricting us to use only their internet service. I'm not sure if it was just the location or if AT&T chose to only have the one service, but the internet speed was insanely low. I can't remember the exact speed, but I know my phone was faster. Having 3 twenty-somethings in one apartment with internet as slow as a turtle just doesn't work in the technological age. Other than that there were very few problems. Our A/C crapped out once or twice but was fixed immediately. There are a lot of kids. Loud, obnoxious kids.. not really the apartment's fault. On the plus side, both office management and maintenance were very friendly and helped immediately with any problems. Very close to I-95. Loved the layout of the apartments. Online rent payment. Nice landscaping and a walkway through the whole grounds made for a nice little walk with our dog. And lets not forget not only a pool but also a hot tub, you don't see that in too many apartments. All in all it was a nice place to live, if you can forget about the parking situation and you don't use much internet.

very nice
we lived in these apartments from 2006-2008. I loved it there, Linda was always very nice and the maintenance guys were always friendly and courteous. The only reason we moved out was because we have 4 kids and wanted to purchase our own house so they can have more room and a yard. I recenlty visited a friend that now lives there and her apartment was just as nice as ours was 4 years ago. Loved it there and would highly recommend it.

Affordable Apartments
I have lived here for over a year, and even moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom unit. Any issues I have ever had have been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction by Linda and Jason. They are always friendly and are quick to ask if there is anything they can do for my family. Maintenance has always been quick at handling issues, and they are friendly and accomodating as well. Any negative issues here have been from the ungrateful people that live here and disrespect others...not the management. I see maintenance cleaning trash up everyday, and it shows. A few of the children that live here need some serious discipline, but that is no fault of the complex. I have never seen mold in my apartment, and it was fresh and clean with new paint and carpet upon move-in. Parking can be congested at the far end of the complex, but there are other available spots to park a little further away. I have had to walk with my groceries a little farther occasionally, but exercise never hurt anyone. If you are looking for an affordable place to live with a pool, hot-tub and fitness room, this is a good choice.

Apartments are very well built. Prices are reasonable, spacious, and well maintained by Management. Staff is friendly and down to earth, very responsive. The apartments are modern and well thought-out. Location is perfect close to I95 and close to the beaches, and shopping. HAVE TO REVIEW LYMESTONE AGAIN !!!
In my previous review, I said Maintenance was a call away, this weekend, they proved my statement. My refrigerator DIED :-( And this my thank you e-mail to them.. Thank you for the replacement of my refrigerator! My first was clean in "brand new condition", and so is this one; again, the Maintenance Super Heroes, left me comfortable and totally pleased!!! I have always preferred apartment living, for the obvious reason of appliance replacements, and I have hit the jackpot, with Lyme Stone Ranch. I have always admired the landscape and building maintenance, since, a while ago, late in the evening, I drove to the site. The office was closed, so next day, I was here, promptly, AlanaiElentari

Nice, Clean Place to Live
We lived here for almost 3 years and it was great! Management- super nice. Any problems were tended to immediately. The down-side would be the parking - but with a little patience, even that is worked out. Keep up the good work, Lymestone!
