Just moved in last week, and I'm glad I choose this apartment. It's very comfortable, clean and chill to live in.. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The staff are approachable and nice. Found a place with good ambiance to relax after work..

We moved in recently and have a few minor issues occur. However the staff has been so helpful and prompt when fixing these problems. They are so kind and it is so nice to be able to trust the maintenance workers in my home when I am not there.

There are roaches and ants upon move in. The people who live here have nothing good to say. And apparently my re t is several hundred more then others in same unit. Also no where to park because some cars never move and people from other buildings park in front of mine. Also people park in no parking zones and dont get towed. I have had to park in visitor parking both days I have lived here so far

The manager has been helpful at times and not so helpful at other times. No question she is a company lady. We took the apartment knowing it needed work including replacing kitchen cabinets. We could have waited but we took it about 20 days before the cabinets will be installed. You would think that would buy us a little extra help but it didn't. As an example we have been asking for mail keys tat work for 5 days. We were told the key machine was not working properly. Well that's cool but we still can't get our mail. I know that's not a major issue but it is annoying.

Everything has been great. Tiffany, the apartment manager is so attentive to details and helps with anything we need. The maintenance staff is always around and friendly. Any work request I have requested have been completed so much sooner than I expected.

Back in 2018 when I moved in, the community was great. Parking wasn't an issue, neighbors were decent, and the office staff was helpful. Fast forward to 3 years later, everything is gone to the trash. Parking is horrendous here, neighbors are the worst you can expect (needles laying around outside), bugs EVERYWHERE. I cannot wait until my lease is over.

The office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and upbeat. They made me feel welcomed and valued. Tiffany and Taylor are top notch and I can feel how much they care about the community. Bill, Ramon and Ron are a great maintenance team and clearly value their work. Great experience!

Great location, maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful. The community itself could use some work as well as the parking issues. I understand the office staff can only control so much but a little more effort for your residence goes a long way

I love the apartment itself but I've had too many problems here. Bugs, mold/mildew, not being able to park my one vehicle when I come home from work at night, towing my friends vehicles. I'm disappointed I moved into this neighborhood.

I find it absolutely obnoxious I'm required to give a comment. Maintenance is great and professional. I do not trust this survey nor it's use in the management of this complex. There are people including children risking their lives walking home at night. EVERYONE KNOWS THE ISSUE.

So here we go. First let me start off with I am a resident at Lyme Stone Ranch Apartments which is owned by Advenir Living. I’ve lived here for just about a year and let me say this place has gone to ----. I won’t say all of the management here is terrible but it’s definitely far from stellar, especially this in-personable new one we have, I think I’d rather deal with the Asst who always goes above and beyond as everyone knows what’s occurring here is utterly wrong. We as YOUR residents/tenants all whom pay at least $1000+ to live here should NEVER have to worry about the place you live at towing your vehicles because YOU ALL REFUSE to assign parking or create new parking areas when there’s at least two HUGE under developed areas on the property YOU Advenir Living own. To have to ask yourself daily “do I go to work today n chance getting towed or stay home so less stress” cause if u pick option 1, u have to stay awake all night causing sleep deprivation over the place you pay rent to tow your car; SHANE ON YOU. This -------- of less than 4 months ago painting “no parking zone” lines and putting up signs ONLY because the City of New Smyrna Beach Fire Department’s fire Marshall cited you because of the violations found. Why not make sure all the garages aren’t used as storage and are used for parking as they should be because we all know that was one of the Marshalls violations also. Now please ------- explain to me the oh so MIGHTY and POWERFUL corporate asses at your company find it acceptable to sit and have your resident’s vehicles towed because you want to rent out Apts to the NSB Lineman class, whom might I add all bring cars, they sneak their girlfriends in whom also bring cars which takes all the spots for us who pay rent monthly. Many of us work evening time or at night and come home at 11p-12a or later to have to circle the parking lot to never find parking except for these new fire zones you all created thinking it’s going to keep the fire Marshall off your backs but guess again, when I say we all here have had it I mean every word of that. When you complain to the leasing office you get told “there’s nothing we can do you shouldn’t park there” (this ones even better) get told to “well go park at Walmart or the gas station”. Those are businesses which is private property and we can’t go parking 20-30 cars over night at a store, not to mention Walmart is a mile maybe little over a mile away which means we’d have to walk said mile+ back to the apartment; I’d like to know how good the ---- you all smoke is because the fact anyone would think that’s ok for a tenant or do or be advised to do is disgusting. Property Managers are supposed to be going to bat for us residents with issues and concerns at the complex, Instead they choose to not answer the phone EVER but they sure can call you daily basis when they want something or your rent is late which I might add is harassment. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM AND RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX, you own the complex and property, why don’t you all get your heads out of one another’s asses n just assign ------- parking? We all said we wanted that months ago. Painted yellow lines in a day for “no parking” how hard is it to get us stickers and paint a number in a spot, what’s it a days work?! So please as we all here that live at Lymestone Ranch Apts are DYING to know this answer. For a company that did NOTHING during the pandemic to assist any of your renters who were affected except send emails and post letters telling us rent is due the first, how are we supposed to pay the rent if we’re being towed in a regular basis because of an issue that could and should have been solved months ago but you all just want to act like this problem doesn’t exist. So this towing costs us over $100 because you all are sneaky asses and can’t ever admit to any wrong doing done on your part. I won’t add the tow company because I don’t want cars towed in revenge cause he’s the scumbag that would, but I don’t care if the new cop whom works for Volusia Sheriff's Office parks in a “no parking zone” daily and not once has been cited, towed or ticketed. The last time I checked cop or not he is not above the law and when that car is here he’s a resident not an officer. So Advenir Living and Lyme Stone Ranch Apartments, how are we going to handle this? We demand answers, we demand you do something instead of painting a ------- yellow line and than poof all work regards to parking stopped and our cars get towed. After this last time I personally am not going to back down from you or this nasty tow company who will realize karmas we can be even bigger ones. I’m also 95% sure that not being able to park where you reside is a violation of the tenants rights but I’ll have to check my book on that. This fight is far far from over and I can not wait to until you see the lengths we’re willing to go to stop you from not only this violation of our safety but also to our lively hoods and jeopardization of our sources of income. WFTV Channel 9 help us put an end to this fiasco

Apartment location is key. Everything else is meh. And parking is a HUGE issue. The only fix is you being forced into a carport at $70 or garage $120. And they are on a waitlist. That's really the down fall to this community.

I moved into a fresh new apartment on the first floor that is in a quiet area. It has all the conveniences needed for a busy working person including a pool and gym. The maintenance service takes pride in their work and responds within a day. I highly recommend Lymestone Ranch.

Apartment was very clean and move-in ready. There are plenty of parking spaces, you just may be farther than you would like to walk. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and storage. It was a super easy application and really fast approval/denial process as well. The deposit was really low, obviously depends on your credit, but that definitely was a main factor of moving in. The patio is a great feature too and I love the updated blinds.

Lymestone Ranch is clean and friendly. Our neighbors came out and asked if we needed help when we were moving in. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of counter space. We haven't gotten a chance to use the pool yet but it always looks clean and we'll taking care of.

There is not enough parking places for all of the renters here! Do not rent from this complex if you plan on having a place to park. Many residents got towed this past weekend. It cost $160 to get your vehicle out. What kind of company treats their residents like this?! I understand it is illegal to park in a fire lane but there is nowhere for people to park!! Very dissatisfied renter.

Ground floor apartment was a must for us and was available. Have asked staff to speak with neighbor regarding slamming of his door which shakes my whole apartment. Was told they couldn't do that. Have tried to get pest control on a regular monthly basis and found that is not possible. Have asked for handicapped parking spaces and found that is not possible. Asked for handicapped bars in tubs or shower stalls. Told that is not possible. Pest control and parking, even regular parking, are the two major detriments of these apartments.

Worst parking layout ever. They don’t have enough parking spots for the people that stay in the complex with no alternative place to park. I’m a current resident they have towed my car multiple times because it wasn’t parked in a spot. How am I supposed to park in a spot that non existent? If you get home everyday after 7:30pm I can assure you that you will be getting towed.
