Clean place, appliances aren't very great. Counters aren't level and neither is my stove stop. But it's a cute apartment. People are fine, but parking is awful. And if you have children, be considerate and live on the first level. I'm on the second floor and there's a large family with a lot of kids that live above me on the third floor and it's been a bad experience.

Parking issue needs to be addressed and stick to the rules. Other than that everything has been ok. It's very quiet for the most part. There is a lot of nosey people that are here. Overall everything is good besides the parking issues

Of about 2 years here I really loved it until maybe slowly over this passed year especially in recent months there's been a large decline in overall quality/conditions. Seems to be alot of short term rentals with alot of younger people sharing apartments aka higher occupancy of each apartment this resulted in alot more noise issues and multiple cars per apartment leaves hardly any parking.

Upgrades needed to tile floors and new appliances. Parking problems -need assigned parking spaces so resident can come home in the evening and not have to search for a parking space. Prune large trees so the cars are not stained when having to park under them.

Nice quiet. Staff very nice. Maintenance people are awesome. Everyone pretty much stays to there self. Pool is always clean. Only problem is parking at night when sports are full. People start parking in areas that make it unsafe to drive or get put of parking spots

We have been very satisfied with our experience at Lymestone Ranch. Staff of professional, maintenance is prompt. The pool is always clean and the facilities are nice. Having the grills and the pond for walking and entertaining is great.

Friendly office staff. Was willing to work with us for moving. Overall great. Got to the small problems we had quickly. Easy laundry set up. Beautiful pool area with grills and chairs. Spacious office area.

It's beautiful, friendly and near shopping and groceries, as well as a bus stop down the street. Maintenance is wonderful and attentive. A recurring issue is that dog owners are leaving feces in the grass. The complex provides poop bags. I'll walk to the mail box and breathe in at least 3 piles near the sidewalk. And walking around the beautiful lake is also perilous, as you're gauranteed to pass at least 6 piles. I've been lucky to only have stepped in one so far, but very gross. Not sure what's going on there! Pandemic apathy?

The only bad thing you have no parking that and one of the ladies in the office is no help at all you've lost quite a few good people in the office I just hope you get more good people to come into the office cuz you have a lady in there now that doesn't help anybody

When I first moved in the office was very quick to get back to me. After 3 months and a change of staff, absolutely no response and threats of towing because there isn't enough parking spaces for tenants.

Great maintenance staff, friendly, responds to maintenance request in a timely manner, Manager of apartment complex friendly and professional , grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. We fell safe even at night when we walk our dog.

Hate this place the rent is more then a 3-4 bedroom house THE PARKING SUCKS I WORK LATE AT NIGHT AND WHEN I GET HOME IF THATS WHAT WE IT OVER PRICED BUILDINGS LITTLE OVER A 1000 sq ft Ok back to the parking I pay for my garage 100+ extra a month to stor my stuff in it I can't even park in front of it because the garage next to me calls the cops and tonight had my daughters car towed and that cost 160 to get it out so I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy to live here and all they will tell me is well you can't park in front of your garage someone might need to get there car to take there child to the hospital that's what the ambulance is for just saying I WANT OUT OF HERE BECAUSE OF THIS BI**H had no problems the first two years we were here until this bit*h moved in very unhappy with the staff for having some kids move in for a few months and taking up all the parking they need to rethink that

The apartment is wonderful - office staff is very responsive. There isn't a lot of loud people in the community. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Plenty of dog walking areas. Also the parking area is well lit, maintained and clean.

The staff is more than a staff!!! they really care about your needs.....Repairs are made fast!!! It's quiet and a safe place to live. Close to everything but far enough away yo have quiet and comfy living.

We stopped by today 9/11/20 to check out the Lyme Stone Ranch Apartments as a potential place of residence when we move to New Smyrna Beach in the Spring. Anari Gordon from the front office took a great deal of time to not only tell us about the community at Lyme Stone Ranch, but she also took the time to show us an apartment as well as around the complex. Anari was very knowledgeable and included all of the details required to lease an apartment in this complex. Her love of her job was evident in the smile she greeted us with and her willingness to answer all of our questions!!!

I like this area and Lymestone Ranch is a nice place to live! We use the pool and grilling area frequently, it is convenient. We are close to shopping centers. We are 10 minutes from beachside. 20 minutes from Daytona Beach, 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and 45 minutes from Orlando.

Great place to live quiet only down fall is parking .unless u pay .I think each apt should have a set parking at least one space and if u have more then one car then u gotta look else where .The staff here is very helpful and things do get taking care of awesome especially Jackie and Enzo

My wife and I have been living here for well over 10 years and we have always had positive experiences with Lymestone Ranch Apartments. We enjoy the location as well as the pool and grill areas. The staff is excellent with Enzo being a great addition to the team. We especially appreciate Bill, the head of the maintenance team. He is always professional when handling requests and is extremely proficient as well. We have known him for as long as we have lived here and we treat him like family as he does us.

My boyfriend and I were looking to upgrade to a larger apartment in a beautiful complex with friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic maintenance man. We found all of this and more at Lymestone Ranch. On our move in day, we did our walk through and the apartment was in impeccable condition, it has incredible space utilization and is in a quiet area. There is a beautiful clean pool for residents to enjoy and side walks for morning or evening walks. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and there is lovely foliage all over the complex. We can't wait to get settled in our new beautiful home with all of the amenities that we were looking for and more. Thank you Lymestone Ranch!

Apartment not clean, bug free or last renters stuff gone on move in day. Not happy already. Sucks spending so much time and money to clean before even being able to use your new space. This is the worst move in experience we have had to date.
