Love my new apartment and the community. Its so close to route44 gor easy access to NSB and I95. The neighbors are freindly and plenty of parking spots for you and guests. I would recommend living here

I have had a great time here! Friendly people, great staff, beautiful scenery I have an Australian Shepherd and he is happy and safe here, and he borderline a celebrity here w people! Lol. Definitely will be renewing when time!!!

If you work late there will be nowhere to park when you get back. The master bedrooms are very hot I was told that that's how the apartments are built and there's nothing they can do about it. Also the electricity constantly goes off here for no reason really. My apartment had roaches when I moved in and it's been such a task for them to take care of it.

Staff was nice at first but now it is really hard to get a hold of them. Even when I stop by at the office, they are hardly there. When I call the office, no one answer the phone. It is so hard to get a hold of the staff.

The community so far is just that. In the few days that I have been here, people have been very friendly. Neighbors on the weekends have small gatherings and it is an overall pleasant experience. I haven't had the time to go explore some of the amenities fully, but they look nice and I plan to do so in the coming days.

The community has been great as we all know parking was a issue for awhile but has gotten better people do clean up after their dogs there is not a lot of noise issues I like the food trucks they have come in every so often all in all I really enjoy the apartment

When I move here I loved it . I liked being out of the down town but close to everything. The parking is not good this has not been solved. We have a problem with dogs barking all day. Also people do not pick up after there dogs

The staff is extremely nice, however the apartment is full of bugs (spiders, different types of ants and roaches). Nothing is sealed well and the moving in process was a disaster. My apt was not ready for me to move into at all. They use vendors, so they do not do all the carpet shampooing, or cleaning. However, the apartment was extremely gross at the time of move in- pet hair, dirty AC filter, mold in dishwasher, spiders hanging from the walls and making webs on the doors. As well as ants coming in from the doorway and roaches crawling into the outlets. I had to rent a storage unit because I could not place my belongings into the apartment I already signed my lease for. My needs were not accommodated. So I do think I should be reimbursed. They also did not properly notify me or my boyfriend who is on the lease about the delayed move in. They had my number wrong in their system, keep in mind, I called and left voicemails several times before signing the lease and left emails with my correct number. They emailed me except the emails did not go through until 5pm that night. That mistake was inexcusable because they could have called my boyfriend to let him know the move in would be delayed but did not. I could not move in until after 6pm that night and got a call from a staff members personal phone because another member forgot to call me. I had to sleep in the living room because the carpet was still wet and when I woke up, my bedroom smelt like a swamp, so I had to get it reshampooed the same day. The maintenance manager was extremely helpful in making sure my carpet was cleaned properly in a good timely manner. If we can get rid of the bugs, then the apartment would be very nice. It was a very frustrating process and IF the problems resolve then the apartment would be nice. There is a very clear issue with communication but when you talk to the office manager, she is very kind and does her best. Other than the move in hiccup, I cannot complain about her or the maintenance team, because I actually had Ron ask how my move in was (a day later) and he kindly introduced himself to my family and I when I moved in.

parking has gotten worse, bug problem used to be fixed easily now it seems to not be fixed since we switched to other company . I find our maintence staff great and a part of my community (they always treat me like the only person in the complex )

We love living here and hope to be here for awhile.besides the parking,we have no pool is great to have access to when you dont feel like going to the smyrna beach is expensive so the rates right now arent too bad

We knew we wouldn't be here long just waiting for house to be built. Overall, It's been just ok. Highly priced for mediocre living. A lot of roaches even after tremendous cleaning and pest control. The appliances need to be updated as well

My main complaint is the roach infestation in my apartment. I recently had a treatment, so I'm hoping the problem will be resolved in the next few weeks. I know it takes time. Also, the kitchen cabinets could be in better shape. I have several that don't close all the way, as well as a couple crooked drawers. But these are minor problems compared to the roaches.

I moved to Lymestone Ranch in 2016, but to another apartment. Later I changed apartments. Lymestone has always been a nice place to live. If there was an issue or problem, the staff has worked to resolve it.

Please don't move here. It looks pretty from the outside, but the apartments are run down and appliances are old. Definitely not enough parking because you have multiple families/friends living together to be able to afford living here.

I just moved in and the apartment is very nice just the only problem was on my move in date they was still painting one of the bathtubs so it wasn't completely ready in my move in day but we got to work around that. So besides that I'm very content on my new apartment! It's very nice and spacey with a lot of closet room too!

It's not a bad place to live. Most everyone is very friendly and the staff is awesome. Just a few people who I feel never lived in a apartment doesn't know the concept of being a little considerate. Seems like better doors need to be put in so no slamming doors.

Parking has been a nightmare since day one. The apartment itself has a mold issue, and should not be have been rented. Now that it has started coming through the paint we see why our kids have stayed sick since we moved in. They have also went up in the rent since we moved in, and the new apartments are not worth what the rate will be when our lease is up. Will be moving out as soon as we find a place due to the mold issue. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. The bug issue cannot be resolved due to the exterminator only doing the bare minimum, which isn't a reflection of him, but what they are contracted to do.

Mediocre at best. Previous management was decent. New team lacks respect and care for tenants. Very rude and unprofessional property manager. Physical property is well maintained. Rental pay portal is garbage. Often doesn't work properly. No resolution to fix their system. Parking is horrible. Gym is old. You raise rent but you offer nothing additional in return just the same poor service levels.

I really like living in this place because it is safe, clean, quiet and the green areas are well maintained, the maintenance service is fast and friendly. The staff working in the office is very friendly. I'm going to stay here one more year.
