We just moved to Florida from Pennsylvania. Lymestone Ranch was available in the area we were looking for. We moved with our pets. The place is relatively quiet and there is a pool and fitness center.

Wonderful low key place to live except the parking. Grounds are nice . For the most part people are friendly and stay to them selves. Have had issues with people scratching and I have had someone hit my van and just drive away. I reported it to the office but didn't see the license plate number.

Very nice very quiet , friendly, parking has improved. I think we should have assigned parking spaces. It's difficult to find parking between 8p and 10p. 3 nights in a row , I had to park 3 apartment buildings away from my apartment.

The complex and staff are top notch. The apartments are spacious modern and very nice, while I was searching for a new place , Lymestone Ranch had everything I needed covered. I'm really glad to live here and couldn't think or even find a more suitable place. I share my unit with a friend and the way it's layed out we don't need to run into each other often the apartments are that big. I'm glad I'm here!

I was in desperate need of a place to live in such short notice. Chris delivered professional and efficient service. Not only did he get me moved in within 3 days, he had everything emailed to me which was highly convenient since I have two children under the age of 5. The whole office went above and beyond for my family and I. I was quite stressed and they delivered and made it as painless as possible for me. Which is highly appreciated.

Management has improved a lot , customer service is excellent ! Very kind staff. The building needs improvement to look more appealing , inside the apartment , painting is old , change fixtures in the bathrooms , they're old.

It's a decent apartment, at a reasonable rate, with a great location. With that being said, parking here is an absolute joke, and nothing to my knowledge is actively being done to fix it. We have also had several issues with bugs (roaches) and at this point have resorted to go and buy our own chemicals to try to kill them because the bug company the apartment complex uses apparently only sprays a "birth control" to try to fix the problem.

When we walked in Brianna took good care of us. She kept in contact with us and lead us through it all the apartments where very clean and the place is so quiet. That staff are amazing and the people there are very welcoming.

We are very pleased with our new home, Everyone is friendly, both staff and maintenance. The complex is close to a shopping center that has many stores plus a urgent care and a hospital. I enjoy seeing my neighbors walking their dogs.

I am Dissatisfied with the grills being out of order for 8 months, I really enjoyed u@ing them, As well as the palm ?? trees against our deck need to be trimmed. I think the kids running around isn't good. I don't want to see them get hit by a car.

Parking is always an issue but staff is working on it. Since I have been here the office staff has been a thoroughfare of people coming and going. Would like to see a team that lasts for a while. Like I mentioned be g ore the parking is not an easy issue to deal with or it would have been resolves by now.

Used to be a very nice place. Upkeep and amenities have deteriorated. Police here alot. Neighbors and people living here are inconsiderate. ( Noisy, speeding thru the parking lot, loud obnoxious vehicles)

My biggest issue I have is with management and corporate The biggest mistake that has been made at LSR Apts. Firing the best maintenance person you've ever had after firing Bill you hire a total peace of crap in Roman what a waste it's a shame when corporate lets this happen it shows how much you know of your team worse think and can't be restored what shame I heard it was because he made to much money well I don't buy that as he was worth every dime he was paid and more as he was on the ball and knew his profession best of all it's just a shame to treat a great employee as Bill was treated Knowing this was a waste of time to Wright this but I've needed to get this off my mine for sometime PS There is a bigger issue arising in this community and that being a couple of groups of kids and teens running in what could be consider gangs that need to be controlled before someone gets hurt which will happen if this is not controlled now personally I blame the parents as Sussie or Johnny would do that well as we all know yes they will Sorry for being so long but all of this needs to be in the open Now let's get something done instead of talking about Again Regards David J. Very quiet complex; however there are some issues on which Management is working. First, there is no propane supplied to the grills in the pool area. Secondly, there is no playground or other facility for the kids other than the pool. Third, there is limited parking but it is getting better since Management started enforcing the rules. Maintenance is superb in response time and completion.

The staff is great and very prompt with resolving issues that I've had. I really like the community, pool and gym. I would recommend this complex to my friends. The only concern would be the parking, at night after 6 the spots are full and usually have to park in the visitor area while others park in no parking areas.

Floors are brand new. Kitchen is nice/pantry and cabinets are nice. Decent sized closet. Saw some bugs crawling around and then noticed a lot of hidden open holes in the apartment. Waiting for management to provide pest control. Stove top uneven waiting for management to fix it/or instal a new one. Bathroom sink is a little dirty. Shower head here sucked so we ordered a new one. Overall it's a great apartment for your moneys worth besides the parking situation. Very hard to find parking especially if your coming home from work late at night. It's been a week since waiting for maintenance/management to do something about the bugs and uneven stove top burners. Once they fix these issues I'd rate them more stars.
