The Good: Our overall experience has been nice. The floor plans are great and the staff is top notch. We currently have spectrum for phone, internet, and cable and I must say it's great. They offer plans and speeds to suit. Management seems to stay on top of the beautification of the community. I Can't say enough good things about maintenance, they are fantastic. The Bad: The parking situation is dismal and seems to be getting worse. It's a shame to be paying what I think is a premium for rent to get home From work and have to park at the other end of the property and sometimes on occasion, have to sit and wait for a spot to open. Overall it's been nice but the parking needs to get regulated in a bad way. People come and they go so it's hard to know who and who doesn't live here but I expect that a huge part of the parking issue. The landscaping could use a little work.

The maintenance team has always been good. Had a snafu when I first tried the automated maybe ta and I was charged a late fee, despite my explaining it to them... money was in the bank....parking is HORRIBLE.... not feeling secure at night...arguments in parking lot. Appliances are getting old and not of good quality.

Outstanding and above average! The move in process was made easy by the wonderful and positively energetic office staff. My apartment was sooo sooo sooo clean!!! All of my appliances and rooms were spotless and if I had to move anywhere else I am afraid that it would not be as clean!

This complex is fabulous now that Enzo is the property manager. It is absolutely amazing how much one person can change the look and feel. The staff was always courteous but they have upped their game in terms of professionalism and customer service. The overall property is cleaner and the tenor of the parking lot and residents has improved.

First I want to say that the property is safe and well maintained. Lyme Stone Ranch is the best than any other apartment living I've experienced. I'm happy to be part of this community . The Ed and Jackie are always helpful, Enzo always has a smile on his face that brightens up my day, he really cares for the property and the residents. Bill, Gabe and Troy are here for the people who live here, I never had a problem with them, they normally get my problem fixed within hours. The staff enjoys what they do and always treat residents with the upmost respect. We have 24 hour maintenance and a New Smyrna Beach police officer who lives onsite and is our patrol officer.

I have lived at Lyme Stone Ranch for over one year and can honestly say that this place is one of the best places I have ever lived in. The whole staff is amazing, office and maintenance, grounds are cleaned daily, they just painted the property, there is new signage installed throughout the property and the leasing office is always so clean. I have had a couple of issues that I ended up speaking to the property manager about, and Enzo was empathetic and quick to make sure my problems were taken care of. My family and I feel like Lyme Stone is our home. I highly recommend this place!

* NO PARKING unless you pay for it. I pay for a canopy and a gargae which is about 1/8 of a mile away from my apartment! Over Priced on rent. They charge extra for everything. I pay $1,400 a month, and I don't even know what "MY" rent really is??? My wife takes care of most of this. The maintenance people are good!

Friendly and Very Helpful staff.... Jackie made me feel right at home just moments after arriving at the property. My new apartment was clean and ready on time. Jackie took her time and explained a lot about the property features and rules. So far all my new neighbors have greeted me with a smile and a hello. I have visited a few times waiting for availability. I know this community well. I've been through at night and early in the mornings. The only cops I've seen there are residents themselves. Love the neighborhood and location. Everyone is very friendly so are some of the residents I met. They were quick to tell me they plan to stay for life. Looking forward to making this my home soon.

This place is absolutely ----. Terrible staff, no parking. So overpriced for the little you get. Lots of criminal activity going on where there are lots of children living here. This place is not recommended.

Overall, the apartment complex is nice. The pool, grills and business center are very nice. The fitness is very outdated. Location is great 5.8 miles from the beach. Maintenance staff is awesome and very friendly. Rent is TOO high.

Lymestone has an amazing staff! Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. The maintenance is great too, quick to respond with any issue! The community overall is a good one. Apartments are big and modern. Safe neighborhood and nice pool. Oh and we barely hear our upstairs neighbors, the buildings are very well built for that!

I don't usually write reviews but I decided to write one because the apartment staff tried to blame me for the mold at their building. They claimed it's because I didn't run my AC with 30-40 degree weather outside. Everytime I called they would just come paint over it & the mold would come back within days. My next door neighbor had the same issue & they told her the same thing. I lost a lot of shoes, bags, clothes, etc. When I showed the items to them they told me to just clean it & refused to compensate me for any of it. The apartment smelled so bad. When I finally get out I had to literally wash everything. Please, save yourself the trouble & stay AWAY!
