karen and the rest of the office staff as well as the maintenance team are great. i have been a resident for many years and have numerous different units and they are always willing to help me with any issues and are very kind, patient, understanding and accommodating i feel safe and welcomed in the community and the amenities are great as well. i am very happy living here

Mira Flores apt homes are a good place to live. Near all the shopping stores, Palm Beach Gardens mall, supermarkets and I95. Located between Jupiter and West Palm Beach a great central location. Also close to the Palm Beaches. Close to most medical doctors. Buses are close by at the Palm Beach Mall and across the street as well. I lived here so far for over 20 years --retired but still do a little work on my own and staying healthy and active.

The touring and move in experience was easy. There were a few mistakes with move in fees and 1st month’s rent but after settling that, I believe everything is squared away. Maintenance request for closet lighting was addressed quickly. No issues or complaints.

Great location. Beautiful grounds staffs. Quiet at this time. However, there are roaches crawling up my unit from below. We sprayed insect control before we moved in and had to again but every other day there's one crawling up from below unit since we moved.

The facility is always quick at responding, however it is still up in the air about to use the portal or use the app. I have asked and never received an answer. As stated prior I entered in the app a service request but never got a response then I entered in the portal and recieved an acknowledgement. My old request 4 months ago is still listed as "Open " in the app. The next issue was at lease end I renewed my lease and failed to sign all 3 documents ( I signed the 2 that was sent to me). fast forward 5 days later my direct draw payment was cancelled and 2 days after that I received a failure to pay and start eviction notice was sent. Really? Really? I explained that no-one told me I didnt sign all of the documents. The office claimed they had no idea. It was Graystar that failed and I never received an apology or nothing.. My third issue was that at my wife came and visited for 2 weeks with our dog . Someone called the office stating we were playing outside in the parking lot with our dog at 2 am . For one our dog is 100% blind and has to be carried everywhere. We also contacted the office the night prior and reported kids being noisy . I was asked to pay a pet deposit for an undocumented dog? It seems that this facility percieves to be about the feeling of being at home with friends , But its still nothing but business... Im not a complainer I just remember who does me right in this world .. Having never Rented in life I didn't know what to expect now I do.Its not a comunity its just a business of housing people for profit..

We have had issues with the mailbox key and lock not working for a quit a long time.i just recently already made a work order out and they never fixed it right.i don't understand why it is so hard to is either too tight almost snapping off the key or lose enough for a big is not acceptable.

Community is dated, and management likes to remind you of it, ground are kept up somewhat. It is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Management needs to ensure pest control is a priority and regularly pressure wash the outside of main apt doors.

I just moved 2 weeks ago and I am very uncomfortable with the noises from the upstairs apartment, they do not stop moving and dragging stuff, I can even hear the bathroom faucet. One night at 3am they were doing noises. It is very annoying

Mira Flores is a great location for those wanting to be close to downtown PBG in a quiet area. The condition of the property and individual units is lacking and leaves much to be desired. Non-functional electrical outlets, damaged mailboxes, leaking roofs, dripping faucets and fixtures, damaged walls, and an overall patchwork of quick fixes and poor craftsmanship are ever-present and compounded with the fact that maintenance items are slow to be addressed or are outright ignored.

Outdated inside & out. Landscaping is mowing period. No mulch applied to trees/bushes in 3 years. No ice makers? No ceiling fans? No assigned parking? Not even a hot tub on site!!! Tennis court is a joke. No organized activities planned.
