Mira Flores is a lovely community with a professional staff. I would recommend living here to anyone. Mira Flores has excellent facilities, a tennis court, 2 pools, and a gym. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever experienced. I am alway impressed by the professionalism of the staff at Mira Flores. I love living here.

Clean apartment in a nice area of palm beach gardens. Complex is overall very quiet and seems safe even returning home at night. Close to everything we need. Very close to the beach. Maintenance staff has been exceptionally responsive to our issues.

This community is warm and welcoming. Feels like coming home always and I would highly recommend the community to others. It is unfortunate that the upkeep of the grounds and buildings have dwindled so much in the last couple of years.

The community is preserved well and the staff is excellent. The activities organized by the staff are fun and a welcome break from the monotony of life. The staff is helpful and Karen hook has been extremely helpful.

The office staff is very helpful and always very responsive. The maintenance staff does the best they can with their limited staff. They need a porter to keep the grounds cleaner, especially after the lawn care company leaves it a mess. The maintenance we have does a great job.

I have had an ongoing problem with our air conditioner. We have been serviced 6 times and it seem to be a serious problem with the unit. The maintenance man told us twice that he would talk to his supervisor for a “part” to fix the problem. To no avail. Tonight we are sitting in a temperature of 80 degrees., which is set at 72. This is unacceptable. I intend to pass this information to social media unless we can finally have complete satisfaction. 3414 Primrose Ct. Apt. 201.

The location is excellent but the services have declined and condition of the property has also declined significantly during the pandemic. The security at night is a problem as people drive in to discard furniture and mattresses. People who dont live here go through the trash late at night.

Better all around maintenance of grounds should be inspected. The grounds seem to need fertilization and better aeration with removal of leaves. Massive overgrowth in back of property. There should be a annual cleaning of air conditioning vents where it would pass particles that might be harmful to oneself.

Spent 3 years here and paid on time every month and had water intrusion from the apartment above and you can still see the outline of the pipes. Bug infestation. Horrible black mold in shower. Air conditioning breaks down multiple times

My only issue is with the lawn maintenance people. They always trim around my patio and debris and clippings are blown all over my patio and they don't come to blow off, same with the hallways, they are filled with debris, it would be nice if they could run throw with a blower.

Living at Mira Flores Apartments has been an overall very good experience. I really like the location and proximity to the mall, stores, and the beach. I'm also not too far from Jupiter and North Palm Beach.

The Maintenance Team here is fantastic! They're always prompt and understanding of social distancing. They're quick about fixing the problem and if they can't, will give good details on what needs to be done and how long it'll take. And they always say hi to my kitties when they're here. Fantastic service!

Wonderful experience with the other tenants and the apartment complexs personnel. Great location. So close to various dining areas and other places for all kinds of shopping. The beach is down the street in the Tequesta, Jupiter and Juno areas.

Excellent place to live. Luxury apartments right next to whole foods and downtown. a lake for scenic views and peaceful environment its a nice community, great location easy access to 95 and shopping within walking distance. Walls are thin so you definitely hear your neighbors

Mira Flores is a lovely, peaceful place to live. The property is lovely with the lake and trees and walkways. I love walking my dog and the community ensures that dog owners are responsible. The variety of wading birds is awesome and is a value added feature of living here. The units are creatively laid out and not the usual boring square design. My unit is full of light and the flow is great. There are amenities to suit most needs such as pools, tennis court and dog park. There is extra storage and covered parking available which is very helpful. The location is excellent for shopping of all kinds and Palm Beach Gardens has excellent zoning so that all roads are pleasant in appearance and not commercial. Altogether Mira Flores offers a lot of pleasant and easy living.

While I've had some problems - Spiders, Worms, a stuffed vent, Aesthetics, it really feels like home here. I like that my apartment overlooks a wide backyard, there's not too much noise above me, and the room here has, pretty much, everything I need at the moment without overwhelming me. Best of all, the fan system works excellently, the floors are, mostly, furnished, I really like it for what it is right now.

Beautiful community with lots of wildlife and a friendly staff. It is near great shopping centers and the beach. The staff is attentive to resident needs. Service requests get completed quickly. Community is kept nice and clean.

My time at Mira Flores has been okay. The unit, office staff and location are great however, maintenance is a drawback. Often times when a work order is submitted the job is not completed. Calls to the office are needed to follow up on a work order.

Good place to live. The location is most excellent, with quick access highway to I-95, The Gardens Mall, and Downtown @ The Gardens. The scenery in and around the community is well kept and very beautiful.

This was the first apartment complex I loved in Florida. Other complexes had some serious negative qualities that sort of came with the territory and had to be accepted. With Mira Flores, I get everything I want and a great location, too! The pool is gorgeous, the gym is well stocked, the maintenance team always responds to requests in a flash, and the front office staff cant be beat. This complex has some of the best views of any complex in the area and I have enjoyed my time here immensely and plan to stay here until Im ready to buy a house one day. Will definitely be renewing my lease when it is up next year!

It took longer than necessary to get access back to the gym and pool especially when other facilities that are owned by Greystar have had access to their amenities a lot sooner than us. Maintenance has always been an issue but now seems to have their act together.Still waiting on the grills and yes I am aware that there is a pandemic. I always want to air on the side of caution but this just seems like laziness on managements part.
