The worst apt to live is mira flores. Oopppsssss Why people rent there? the answer is :they do not know that before the rent. The apt is not good at all, after 3months lived there. my clothes get stink because the mold of the apt. And you know what they charge you For that, F***** mold. ike many people said. they are many frog, and spider. the pool it's look like spring brake in MTV, you can see condom around the pool wawwwwww. I have been live in mira flores for 6 months, i cannot wait to get my self out on that s*** Because the apt is not Good, the maintenance are very rude, The apt have mold, and the are very big frog. the neighbors are very noisy. Do not take a chance

my children are really afraid because the bigest frog and spider living in mira flores. frog and spider are the nicest neigbors. because They stay next to ur windows, doors. the neigbors are very noisy. you cannot sleep at night .when you go to the pool, they are many people, music like mtv spring break sometimes ur find condoms in the pool. they are mold in the wall make your clothes stink. oopsssssss. mira flores is the Worst apt do not take a chance like i did.

don't rent Mira flores

I have been living in mira flores for 11 months, im going to move out next week i cannot wait. Because the neighbors are very noisy, there are very, very big frog and spider in the complex, everytime they stay next to my door. The landlord doesnt care about the tenant. IF you have a problem stay away from them, specialy Ramon. mold everywhere in the apt your clothes got stink. wawwwww that's the worst apt ever ever. Only one thing i love about the area it is close to the mall that's7. I would not recommend Mira flores for any reason.

do not wast your money at mira flores. All good reviews had been posted by the employee. iam going to move next month, i cannot wait to move out. OH boy i do not recommend this apt for any reason. many people who moved out they complaint for the same reason. noisy neighbors, dog and human in the pool at the same time. oh man ! that sucks. Landlord doesn't care for the tenant

onely if you want to live in hell

I lived at mira flores for 2 years, and that was a visit to Hell. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to live in Hell. Actually, i dont know how to start my review. Management does not care about tenant's problem at all. There has been a mold problem, and each time we contact the landlord, they never did anything about it.As a result all our clothes, bed sheet,got messed up... Please do not rent at Mira Flores in order not to go through the same hard time i went while i was living there... I am so glad that i moved out...

The worst place to rent

Oh my God The mira flores is the worst place to rent, after on week lived there. i saw something wrong in all my clothes and stink . My husband asked me what happend? because we just washed the clothes. my children always got a cold because the house is stink. after that i saw all the wall got mold. We called the maintenance , and they said it's because the AC was off. I said everyday day and every night the AC was Open. OH boy i cannot beleive it we bought new funiture. my funiture look like a garbage. i cannot wait 1 year to get out. i moved out after 10 monts. You know what? they charged us for the mold. I DONT RECOMMEND MIRA FLORES APT 1) the neighbors are very noisy 2) our funiture, clothes, maittres, bed sheet stink as hell with the mold 3) they are many, many big frogs. 4) the area is not safe at night 5) the house is not good for children. Management has Greatly Improved!

We have lived here for two years and since the new manager came in, she has made so many wonderful improvements to Mira Flores! It was painted last month, the bridges were replaced, the clubhouse has been remodeled, monthly resident functions, upgrades are now available for the inside of the apartments and just an all around better staff in the office and maintenance. We are very happy we chose Mira Flores for our home!

Great Place!

I have lived here for 2 months now and love it. I am living in one of the townhomes-so I am not too sure about the apartments. The grounds are kept up nice and the units are fairly well maintained. It is nice and quiet and close to almost everything. I am very pleased with my move here.

Don't spend your money here

The model apt shown to me was spotless, looked like a very nice place to live. Unfortunately, upon move-in, the apartment actually leased to me was in poor condition. The walls had been painted before I moved in, and the painters did a horrible job. The thresholds in all of the doorways were just loose planks of wood with the price sticker still on them. The carpet was disgusting; dark brown stains in random places, and yellow stains like a pet had peed everywhere were in both bedrooms. I had the carpet cleaned the next day, and almost immediately there was a flea hatch (presumably from the moisture/heat of the carpet cleaning) that lasted about 2 weeks. One of the windowsills was also covered in a sticky yellow substance that I could NOT get clean no matter what I tried. The refrigerator was leaking water everywhere, and that had to be repaired ASAP. The dryer/dryer vent were FILTHY and covered in lint. Definitely a fire hazard, and I believe an adjacent building in the complex sustained severe fire damage due to a dirty dryer vent that caught fire. The tile grout in the apt was also very dirty, and the towel rack ripped out of the wall the first time I hung a towel on it. I also paid for an unattached covered parking spot. Unfortunately, I got 5 big dents (down to the sheet metal) on my brand new car within a month of move in. I ended up moving to a new spot, but it was obvious that there were some real low-lifes in this complex that had no respect for anyone's property. The utility bills were not bad except for electricity. For my 2 bed 2 bath apt in the wintertime, electricity was about $60 a month. When the a/c was turned on in the summer time, the bill SKYROCKETED to about $160 a month. And that was keeping the temp from 78-80 when I was at home, and turning the A/C OFF during the day. I do not recommend this apt unless you absolutely cannot afford a slightly higher monthly rent.

WORST APARTMENT EVER

I've been here six months... upon moving in one of my toilets was leaking, since then the apartments have been broken into 4 times, my utility room has flooded over a $2.50 part from an acient washing machine, my roof has leaked, $900 of boxes have been stolen off my front porch, my air conditining has been broken four times in the last month(obviously jerry-rigging and not fixing the problem). I'm tired of calling them for help,just FIX the problem "El CHEAPOS!" Do NOT live here, all you will get is aggravated!!!

exceptional management team

The local management started to have Meet and Greet events. during the last event, I was stuck in my apartment while my wife worked. after I called the local office, Jeremy picked me up using the golf cart and transported me to the event. that was above and beyond the call of duty having moved in in December, I complained that the bathrooms needed to be upgraded to meet my physical disability needs. after some non-responsive feedback, I contacted regional management for the owners. within a few days we were scheduled to have my needs addressed succefully My wife and I are very pleased with the location, amenities, and management. we recommend it to all

Unhappy

Moving out early but still have 2 months rent to pay because unhappy there. Rent increase was too high and spoke to the office and Ramon was no healp , the manager said shed work with us and hed let us know but no of course he did not. He does not wish to help anyone but look good to manager and new tenants. The apartment have bad mold smell, carpets crap and smell like cat or dog pee and the AC never works right. Your bill can go from $100-$200 in electric in one month if ac not working but maintenance dont care wont give new unit until old one dies. They dont tell you all your hidden fees when you move in like water sewer garbage and a billing fee can add up to $60 a month extra. For such unkept places they want too much money.. beware

MY NEIGHBORS APT GOY BROKE INTO YESTERDAY. NOT SAFE

I figured this would be a nice complex to live in especially since its right next to the downtown at the gardens and the gardens mall. The staff here is not very helpful. That isn't even what bothers us though. Our neighbors place was broken in to yesterday and not too long before that there was a posting on the mailboxes telling the tenents to make sure they lock their doors because another persons apt was broke in to somewhere else in the complex. Also.. one day we went to take a dip in the pool and after my husband got in the pool we saw a sign saying DO NOT ENTER pool is contaminated!!! It only said it on the one side and we didnt see it till after be got in! Thank God nothing happened to him but thats pretty grose! Then we went to the other pool and that one said the same thing... They never empty the trash at the pools you cannot even lay there because all you smell is trash. There are little punks that run around here.. I wonder if their parents know where they are. They are like 10-14 years old and out at like 10-11 pm just wandering the area.. you can only wonder what their up to! Lately there has been a lot of strangers around that I have never seen before and I am really not happy about it. I will not be signing another lease here. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. And honestly I am not one to go on here and post things.. usually i just read what others post but I really wish someone would have posted what I have mentioned before we signed our lease here. I dont want anyone to make the same mistake. Good Luck

Over priced for what you get

I cant believe how much they want for rent for these places. For starters the interiors are garbage and so badly repaired before you move in, the paint and patch job a 5 year old could do better. The landscape is nicew if you dont stand in dog crap . it seems some people feel they dont need to pick up after there dogs. one guy with 2 big dogs lets them crap infront of you and walk on, I felt sorry for his dog the first few times as it has 3 legs but after a while come on dude. There have been dogs in the pool, which is unfair for people with kids. Somedays you cant go to the pool cause its like mtv spring break between the music and kids. And if you have a problem stay away from Ramone in the office he will act like he cares but dosent give a crap about helping you. Its a shame the last office crew were actually nice.

Mira Flores has the worst management I have ever witnessed. They are liers and manipulaters that only act politely until they have your money and the contract is signed. They don't even bother answering the phone 90 percent of the time. The quality of the neighborhood is subpar and adding horable management, I give this neighborhood 1 star (I would give it a zero if it was possible).

BAD!

Nice area, ok apartments but noisy.. BUT, management is THE WORST EVER!!! they're RUDE. very unprofessional. the manger would always sit outside the office door on her cordless phone and smoke. One day i had to wait for her to finish her cigarette and conversation to be able to ask her a question. it's not cheap, grass is always high, walls are SUPER thin, if you live near the north fence, expect homeless, crack heads to be on your side of the fence. my washer flooded the utility room. they came 8 days later just to look at it. then came back 4 days more after that and somewhat fixed it. it had a small leak. i moved out! couldn't take the mess!

An Honest Review

I've been at Mira Flores for almost two years now. This review is honest and somewhat opinonated of my experience. The apartments themselves are fine- you get what you pay for. I always thought that they were small, but compared to some of the other nearby apartments, this one was the best for the price. The fitness center and the pool near the clubhouse were great... hands down, no complaints. If anyone says they moved into a dirty apartment- I find that doubtful. All of the apartments are thoroughly cleaned prior to moving in. As for my complaints... there is a rather long list. 1. First and foremost, the management is poor. Really poor. They don't care about you. They're more interested in company guidelines than the welfare of their residents. When you first tour the property, each of them are great and wonderful- of course, they're trying to sell you on the property. But watch out- if you make one wrong move, the property manager has a problem with you. And if she has a problem with you, the whole office has a problem with you- and good luck getting a friendly smile or a nice gesture for the rest of your days on the property. Also, the entire staff team is incompetant. They don't provide you with copies of your lease, and they make you sign unnecessary paperwork. They are never in the office to answer phone calls, and forget leaving a message- they never check them. 2. And if you're looking for security in an apartment, this is not the place. People get cars and first floor apartments broken into around here ALL THE TIME. Its rediculous. Palm Beach Gardens Police Department practically lives here... and yet, in the two years I've been here, there has never been an effort to increase security or try something new. 3. Dogs bark at all hours of the night- it doesn't matter what night either. And no one keeps their animals on a leash, or even bothers to clean up after a pet... disguisting. 4. They allow anyone and everyone to rent apartments here. Criminals live everywhere- they're more worried about credit checks than criminal background checks. Shady if you ask me. People wash their cars in the parking lots, have parties beneath your windows... you name it, I'm sure Mira Flores has the problem. 5. As with most apartment complexes- maintenance NEVER shows up. They spend all day driving around on golf carts. We even had to fix a few things ourselves. Good luck if you're renting here, you'll need it with the women in thise office. But if you're looking for a cheap, but quality, apartment- this may be it for you.

Would not rent in Mira Flores

I would not recommend renting in Mira Flores. Since day 1 I there have been constant problems with the office staff. I have seen at least 5 different people come and go and no one seems to know anything there. I've lived any several apartment complexs and this one is by far the worst. I have also heard that Mira Flores is becoming Section 8 Housing for low income households. While this is a nice gesture it also goes to show what kind of state they are in (Desperate).

They really don't care about you...

Upon moving in the carpet had cat vomit and other unknown stains. If you're wondering how i know it was cat vomit stains... i had to move the stove to take care of an ant problem, and there were 18 cat toys underneath it. Great job cleaning before i moved in wouldn't you say. Security is a joke, the neighborhood next to the apartments is full of drugs, thieves, and assorted teenage delinquents. My apartment was broken into, my vehicle was attempted, and anything you keep on your porch would be considered fair game (they went through my bike packs threw everything on the ground and stole a dollar in quarters). The management has done nothing about additional security lighting. all i got from th eoffice was "i'm sorry to hear that." The courtesy officer that they advertise is a joke because i've never seen him patrol once and the crimes are getting more frequent.

You get what you pay for...

Its cheap so I wasn't expecting 5 star living. The only complaints with the apartment itself is that the windows are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside and the staff is terrible. I went away on vacation and when I returned the toilet had leaked and flooded my apartment. The first thing they asked was "well, what did you do to the toilet" I was on vacation you morons...to make a long story short after nearly a month of going in and out of the office to get the carpet cleaned, someone finally came out and put a fan in to dry it, then sprayed the apartment with some fruity stuff to cover the odor. They never did properly clean the carpet and I have been meaning to call the health department but unfortunately I don't ever have a free minute. overall the place isn't that bad, but they staff are completely incompetent

Would never recommend this place

I have lived at several Equity owned properities and this has to be the worst expierence I have ever had. Not to bore you with the details I will say that they have the most unprofessional office staff, low class workers. The apartments are not very well keep, when I moved in it was dirty and the carpet was worn and dirty. We have had several incidents of appliances breaking and it takes multiple calls to the office to get any satisfaction. I would not reccomend this property to anyone and as soon as my lease runs out I will be looking for a new place to live
