since greystar took over they have neglected thing like landscaping cleaness in pool area and parking lots no one goes and check on the sub contractors work and things that they are liable for i worked for a company in nj log ago and if this was n in nj everyone of the maintaince group would be let go and replaced with workers who know what to do!!!

Quiet, safe, well maintained and great office staff. Love the location and the well groomed grounds. Very private and peaceful. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very fast to correct any issues that arrive.

I have worked the duration of this pandemic with the public. The office here is out of touch with anything resembling customer service. Yes, I understand these are trying times and a lot of measures need to be put in place to safeguard both employees and residents but this office is just spending all there effort to completely distance themselves and needed maintenance from their long time residents. If you work nights, this is not the place you want to live. Day time here is very busy and not much chance of you getting to get the sleep you need to be rested for your shift.

Overall, its been a wonderful experience living here! I have had a few maintenance issues. The grounds are well taken care. Im surprised that during phase 1 you didnt open up the pools, they have locks on them. That has been disappointing.

Excellent living area. Close to shopping and entertainment. Clean grounds and friendly neighbors. Management staff is reliable, courteous, professional and communicative. The amenities are always in pristine condition. I feel extremely safe here and Im always confident that my concerns are immediately addressed.

A beautiful, peaceful place with two pools and a lake that attracts birds. Lovely grounds. Feels like a neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Apartments are well designed and updated. Patios add connection to outdoors and additional living space. We are very happy here!

I have overall been very happy here. Cassie the manager has been very good about handling any concern I have. I feel very safe here and would recommend the community to people. I feel the office while busy is takes any concern seriously and resolves any issues.

Cheap appliances, cheap fixtures, doesn't fix floor damage prior to move in, cheap flooring. Cheap paint and its easy to scuff. The amenities and grounds are great though. Renovated apts are overpriced.

Nice property with many amenities. Office staff professional and courteous. Soundproofing could be better. Maintenance is hit or miss. Sometimes very good, sometimes do no work and close out ticket as done.

Karen is in the sales office omg the best!! Karen is very professional, the sweetest person you could find anywhere! She is always on top of her game!! Keeping up with residents making sure they are comfortable and safe in their new resident!! Shes working around the clock to keep all her residents informed and on schedule. Shes just an overall awesome employee and a good heart

I really love living here! The location of this community is so convenient. When I first moved here, the leasing agent Karen was so friendly. I knew it was going to be my home when I was finished with the tour. The office staff including Lethea and the new manager Cassandra are amazing. This community does a good job of resident events and making it feel like home. I would suggest this community to all my friends. The new renovations they are doing are totally worth it. I feel like my money is well spent. Please keep up the good work!

Glad to be gone,place wasnt bad when Lincoln owned now new manager who never met and heard never around,staff nothing special ,maint was ok but better in past before sale,now painting the place pea soup green had car break ins when i lived there so beware ..location good but comes w/ a price.

Is there a negative star? I was a prior resident. Things went smoothly at first but then all hell broke loose, sadly very unprofessional and unethical. Even though I planned on moving out at the end of my lease, I received a letter 90 days before the end of the lease term that they would no longer renew my lease for the following year. When inquiring why, the manager stated it was due to the fact that I left a prior negative review on Google of the staff management and regional for Mira Flores. Now that I am out I could not be happier or more free! I have regained my sanity and peace back, and I will speak freelee and use my rights of freedom of speech! Be cautious of this place and with several special in their eyes and favored tenants over others! Makes you wonder what goes on behind closed doors!? but I can say with much pride, Karma actually ALWAYS wins, I sleep very well at night! Good ridden ?????

The location attracted us first to Mira Flores; walking distance to Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens and Legacy Place! The grounds are spacious and well kept with an abundant variety of wild life! The units have laundry rooms with storage area; bedrooms with walk-in closets and kitchens with generous counter space and cupboards! To top it all....the price is right!!!

I love the communities because they're INSANELY nice for the price. When looking for a two-bedroom apartment to move into, I didn't think I could move into such a beautiful place and stay in my budget! The lake is gorgeous, the people are friendly, the staff is always helpful, and my apartment really feels like home. I fully plan on renewing my lease at the end of the term, and I to stay here for years to come!
