This place is a great community to live, the area is amazing, we are close to shopping, dinning, entertainment, etc. People from administrative and maintenance are really helpful and all the time cordially. After 10 years living here I highly recommend.

Quiet and pretty well maintained apartment community. Had to ask maintenance to come fix a few things like the washer when I moved in. Maintenance is relatively quick with responding to work orders. Dog park is nice to have but is half filled with dirt which makes my dog dirty and the gates don’t close properly. The AC unit/thermostat is old and kind of loud but works. Management has been nice so far.

I have only lived here for 2 weeks but the issues I have encountered were minor and addressed uneducated by the office and maintenance. The maintenance men are lovely and helpful, which is something very important to me because I live alone and rarely Can fix things myself.

I enjoy living here I'm on my second year. Gym could use some upgrades. Basketball hoop is too high by like 4 inches no reason for that and it's such a unique offerring it should be right. Weights need some additional dumbells and really could use a new squat/bench press machine this one is ancient. Overall really nice

Facilities are great apartment living very quiet and nice people. Friendly office staff made renting an apt easy no hassle. I am extremely pleased with my decision to move to Mira Flores thanks again for making my life easier during these times!

We love living at Mira Flores. The staff is always prompt to respond to us and with its excellent maintenance team the property is kept in excellent condition. Thus far we are very happy living at Mira Flores.

I’ve been extremely happy living at Mira Flores. However, ever since renovations began, I’ve felt the looming pressure of the market trying to force us out. We have been faithful tenants and active members of the community. My AC is not running at optimum efficiency and I feel like this is being ignored - despite the 43% increase in rent year over year.

Overall my experience has been bad. When moving in the apartment was filthy and covered in ants. I had to put in two requests to have them clean the place. It was obviously not checked by management before we moved in and if it was I don’t know how they are managers. Also, when I had to self install the internet there was no jack in the wall. I had to call at&t to have them come out and install one which was they aren’t contracted to do. The at&t guy said it’s the responsibility of the apartment complex but luckily he installed one. Someone had covered up every place where a jack would go and took out wires. When I called the front desk before calling at&t asking where the jacks are they said every apartment is different. How do they not know?!?!? And when I asked if they could send maintenance to look for it they said they wouldn’t be able to do it. So we would have been screwed if the at&t guy hadn’t installed it. This was and is unacceptable. We are paying too much money to stay in an apartment complex where the management acts this way.

Only here a week (August 24 move in). Appliance issues all resolved. Nice neighbors, friendly, competent staff. Easy disposal of moving boxes. Access to shopping ideal. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to those new to South Florida.

The staff here is absolutely amazing!! They really go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Can’t say enough good things about the office staff and the maintenance staff as well. My family has lived here for 5 years now and we feel safe. The location of the community is also very convenient right across from Whole Foods and downtown gardens and walking distance from the mall, yet it is very quiet and peaceful with a walking trail around the lake.

Low water pressure, bugs, dogs barking non stop, dirty needles in the lawn, maintenance workers you can't understand. Threatened to tow my car because my reg. sticker fell off. Few pick up after their dog. Maybe I was expecting too much but I definitely wasn't expecting this. This complex is the equivalent of a 3 star hotel with the face and rates of a 5 start hotel.

Mira Flores is a beautiful and quite community to live in. I love how helpful everyone is at the leasing office and I love how fast maintenance issues are resolved. I am satisfied with living in this amazing community!

Like the apartment, have enjoyed living here but to raise the rent $700 all at once is outrageous especially since there have been no upgrades, carpet is old and nasty, I've actually had to pay to have it cleaned 3 times in 2 years, closet doors broken and maintenance has not fixed with several requests...

As I said,overall I have been here for a long time ,and staff and maintenance have always been very professional and courteous....have always been a fan of my neighborhood, area,beaches,proximity to highways,stores,sence of community and my neighbors are all great.,as time goes on decorating and maintenence is always necessary thats just the way .overall have no complaints. It's home.:)

Wonderful Management staff is wonderful and great improvement with the maintenance services. Very timely and efficient response with easy access through the online request - most of the work is completed within 24 hours and to the utmost satisfaction. The community and residents are nice and safe. The Garbage dispose services have improved remarkably with cleanliness and less cluttering around the trash areas- very important during COVID times.Managment staff is friendly and available to assist promptly.

Great place to live. Location is close to everything you need plus beach is ten minutes away. The grounds are kept up nicely and the amenities include a pool, a gym and inside basketball court, I would recommend this community to friends

I love living here. The staff is very friendly and the landscape and amenities are kept beautifully. I feel very safe and the location is great. My last maintenance experience was great and I really appreciate him coming out.

My experience with the staff who helped me secure an apartment was great! I didn't have a lot of wiggle room as I had left it to the last minute and they worked with me and found me an apartment quickly. I really like the layout of the apartment.

More and newer amenities would be great. Needs better upkeep of the grounds. Lawn, dead palm Fronds, dead fish in pond, garbage is really bad..never clean and people throw it everywhere. Residents have to help maintain. Pool bathrooms are gross.
