We love this community and have lived here for 5 years! The maintenance crew is always available the same day to fix anything in the apartment. We love that everything is accessible on-line, like paying rent and requesting maintenance. We love all the community events that take place , including the food trucks, free pizza , and brunches. Our kids enjoy the park and our dog loves the dog park!

Finding a safe community where I could run and walk my dogs in the evening was high on my priority list, and I am so happy I chose Mira Flores. The location is amazing, and the apartments are beautiful and well designed. The staff have exceeded my expectations as well. My apartment is facing a heavily wooded area, and I originally had an issue with Mosquitoes on my patio. I contacted them with a question on when/if they treated for mosquitoes, and they had someone come out the next day to treat the perimeter around my apartment. I have never lived below anyone, and am noticing some noise when my neighbors upstairs walk heavily; I cannot hear voices/tvs/music, however.

Excellent office staff! Move-in was easy, simple and friendly! No "pushing" you into anything like other places do at times. Community is quiet, seemingly respectful, well maintained and diverse! Apartments are SUPER clean and "new-looking" on move in! Great activities regularly and a caring staff! Awesome pools and grounds! Maintenance pretty cool as well and gets the job done.

Mira Flores has been excellent. Just moved from NC to PBG and the staff has been so kind and very helpful to make my move smooth sailing. Any problems have had have been fixed quickly by maintenance, which is a huge change from my last apartment! Love it here so far!!

Mira flores has been the best place to live for me in years. I have no problems living here in regards to security. The maintenance staff is very quick. Once you put in a work order, they come to fix the problem the same day

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance (and even the residents themselves) are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Love the resident socials, too.

To the person who said they have lived here for nine month's and have No problems. Where's your head at. Mira Flores is the worst place I have ever lived. I'm still waiting for thing's to be fixed. I'm here 10 month's. We were lied to at move in. Office staff hasn't a clue. The matnance guy's r good with what they have to work with. Fire hydrant leaks, bottle's every where, No parking, UHauls here every other day. What a turnover. Then want to raise rent. The company could care less, all about money, not their residents. My advice would be to run like the wind if thinking about MIRA FLORES. P.S. there is No restrictions on breeds. Pit bulls. German Shepard's, you name it. And that's one of the reasons we moved here, PET RESTRICTIONS. NONE HERE.

To keep it short, considering that amount of negative reviews already pointing to the obvious issues of this property, they are money hungry. They simply do not care once you are hooked on a lease. Maintenance is an absolute joke. EVERY WEEK, and I am writing this without a hint of exaggeration, i had to get my light bulbs replaced in my kitchen and dining area. And it was not due to over usage, as we were barely home. We had to spend days with no light in our kitchen because they took that long to replace them after calling and calling and putting in tickets for replacement. Also, beware, once you give that deposit and your lease is up, you will never see it again. They will make sure of that. They will replace an entire apartment if they need to in order to keep your money. Stay away. And like this, several other issues other people have already addressed.

The worst place you could ever rent from. The staff have know clue how to help you with even simple things (like going to pay my monthly rent and quoting me the wrong price and then sending me a late notice and 50$ late fee the following week after they gave me the wrong price). I lived there for almost three years and that's how they treat you (never late by the way). Security is a huge, huge issue there. Had my car broken into, had stuff stolen off my porch 2 times. They have a cop that drives around once every couple weeks that would prefer to talk to the attractive females then to look out for crime (serious no joke). Every single time my lease was (3times) up the renewl lease went at least 75$. That's how the treat people who pay on time and follow there rules. The worst part is our last few months there they tried to get us to pay for new carpet and they where holding our security deposit hostage. I had to call the area manager to let her know I that we are not paying to replace your carpet for wear and tear. They also did absolutely nothing to try and find someone to rent out or apartment for the last two months but as soon as our lease was up they found someone. Terrible would never ever recommend anyway to live there.

I signed a lease with Mira Flores in Palm Beach Gardens Florida in Oct of 2014 for 7 months for a 1 bedroom for $1390 a month. When my lease was ready to expire they sent me an option for a 1 year renewal with an increase of $100 a month to $1490 a month. I repeatedly asked if they had anything less expensive which they continuously denied. Meanwhile they had on their own website my exact apartment and others that were the identical apartment as mine for $1250-1270 a month. I screen shot it and repeatedly confronted them and they said they were not available. I think what they do is at least unethical and probably illegal. I wonder if the Real Estate board and the Florida license board would agree.

Horrible staff. The treatment suddenly changes when they hear you are leaving from the community. They don't even send you prompt notice on when your rent exceeds etc,., When you ask for that, it becomes suddenly your responsibility on following up things which you don't have any clue on. Their online rent paying system is a joke. It won't calculate your credit in that. I've lived for one year there. There were 4 times the drainage flooding issues came and I had to spend at least 2 weeks in a hotel when they were fixing it. They simple say it is due to neighbors. So? That flooding issue spoiled my computer, numerous shoes and many more. They never paid serious attention towards it. I don't recommend this place at all.

I think people write these horrible reviews and don't even live here. I have lived here for 9 months now and haven't had a single problem. I live near the tennis courts. Nobody bothers me at all, my neighbors aren't loud and I don't understand what kind of "crime" there is. I was born and raised in palm beach gardens and the only crime there is, is when you go south near northlake where it turns into lake park. I always work with Lamar in the leasing office and he is soooo cool and laid back. Always helps you and way possible. Maintenance has only had to come to my apartment once because my dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes well, he fixed it in about 5 minutes and was a clean cut guy that was very professional. If you are going to rent anywhere in the gardens of jupiter area i would definitely suggest here. the rent is reasonable and its very safe. I'm a young woman and I walk my dog at night with no issues what so ever. 3 sheriff officers live in the neighborhood as well. So, to everyone writing bad reviews... maybe the issue isn't miraflores... maybe it's YOU! I'll keep living here for the next 5 years until I settle down and buy a house.

My mother has been living here for two years and she has had a problem with rats in both apartments she has rented. It's completely disgusting.First time they took a long time to solve the problem, and in the end they didn't even solve it, we caught the rat. Now she's experiencing the same thing after she moved to a different apartment. I really believe this place is infested with rats. And now, her lease is up next month and they want to raise her rent, they shouldn't raise anything if they have rats in their community! Disgusting. I told her to move out.

This place is a dump! I moved in here and have had nothing but a horrible experience since! Lot's of break-in's! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE, I have seen her YELL at her residents while coming in to pay rent or talk to Gina. (the only respectable person in the office) If you have a chance to look around for another apartment in your time frame, I'd definitely recommend Gardens East! Although not as updated; Much bigger and less expensive. There are also lots of dead animals that I have seen in the lake!

I've lived at Mira Flores for a year and a half and must say I've experienced nothing but positive things. The maintenance staff completes issues within 24 hours and the office staff is pleasant. My renewal rate did increase but I think you will find that at any apartment community. It's unfortunate that only unhappy people leave bad reviews but majority of the residents here are very satisfied (at least the neighbors I've spoken to). We recently have had some criminal activity but nothing endangering lifes and office was good enough to send letters out. I also spoke to a police officer who told me that Mira Flores hired them to patrol the area on a regular basis which puts my heart at ease. I like to walk my pet around the lake at night and never had any issues, but it's good to know there are police in the area just in case. I couldn't be in a better location and would recommend to friends and family with a big two thumbs up.

The office staff and management team are rude with attitudes as many have indicated. Maintenance is inconsistent. Crime is terrible. Backs up to another problematic development so perhaps much of the crime comes from them. Unsavory characters living here so not very high class quality people. Breeze ways and storage halls are never swept. The main complaint is really the rudeness of the office staff. They really don't care about you! Nice location however. Do some serious thinking and research before moving here. Unable to answer last question as I have not compared this place to others but will soon. I put in average rating thinking other places might be similar. If I knew I could find a more caring and nicer office staff and management I would move but who knows..maybe other places are worse..

The leasing office is not only a joke but rude as can be with an attitude. Nidia is queen bee and acts as ruler and judge. She was extremely rude to me and questioned me as if I was a peasant. When I told her I was staying with my mother and I'm handling the malfunctioning alarm issue she proceeded to tell me I am not on the lease and she does not have to talk to me. She was very rude and impossible to talk to. The lady I spoke to in the front was nice and helpful but as soon as she went to the back to counsel with Nidia "her royal highness" I heard her demand, "Who is he? Send him in!" And as soon as I get to the door she demands again "Who are you?!" Thats when I gave up and left after explaining to her it doesn't matter who I am being rude to someone is just plain wrong.

I am currently a resident at Mira Flores and its by far the worst choice I have ever made in my life. Please for whoever reads this review the intent of it is to keep you from making the same mistake I made. My husband and I moved in without really reading reviews/ etc. we recently lived not to far and weren't satisfied with how outdated our old apartment was. When we came to tour Mira Flores the sales person really did a good job hooking us in!!!! The model apartment looked amazing, we were sold on the "amenities". We moved a couple of months ago and right when I walked in the door I knew I made the biggest mistake! The apartment wasn't deep cleaned like management promised it would be. There was a hole in the cabinet that had masking tape covering it. Bathrooms had stains everywhere! I was so upset. However, I didn't want to allow this experience to completely ruin my excitement of moving into a new place. So I deep cleaned myself!! As days went by I started noticing how cheap the quality of the apartment was. For example the formica counter tours and the pseudo wood floors. Rent isn't that cheap as everyone is making out to be and for all the extra fees we pay a month I would expect the quality of the apartment to be much better! I am prob the cleanest person you will ever come across andbi noticed aunts everywhere!!! So disgusting addressed with office and pretty much they can't do anything about it! For the worst part..... Safety . One would assume that there would be no criminal activity because it's in palm beach gardens where crime rate is relatively low! But no crime rate is actually high. My car was broken into and it was parked right in front of my place!!!! Recently we received a news letter that said there reported break ins ( pleural) within the last week. We made me upset is that the news letter pretty much said s"@& happens just make sure you get insurance ob your stuff and lick your belongings!!!!!! Wth? Instead of addressing the issue, adding security or getting Pbg police officers to do continuous rounds they tell us to get insurance! I can't believe it I'm trying to get out of my contract. I don't feel safe in my own home and it's the worst feeling. Another thing that concerns me is the maintenance guys have access to the apartments and several times they have entered to fix things that I have complained about even though I put no access without me present. There are always kids who ride there bike from outside the community and hop the fence to use the pool. There are always people wondering around at night! This place is awful!!!!!!!! Please please stay away from here as a current resident I'm trying to be a good Samaritan and save you from the misery that I am currently living in!!!!!!!!! Don't let them fool you when they are selling you this place!!! Happy apartment hunting!!!

Not bad but could be better.
I only lived here for 9 months during my senior year of college, but living in Mira Flores was truly not as bad as the reviews say. They are under new management and it appears that they are making a lot of improvements on the appearance of the complex, such as redoing the roads, the pools, and recently they started sending people in every few months to inspect the AC, plumbing and alarm systems within the apartments. It is true that parking is not really available. You can pay an extra fee every month to get a covered parking spot, but it really isn't necessary. As a college student, I was lucky enough to leave and return when many of the residents were at work, so I almost always got a parking spot in front of my building. However, come home anytime after 9 PM and you will have difficulty finding anything close. Despite occasional problems finding a parking spot, not once did I feel like I was unsafe walking there at night. As for everything else, the staff were generally very responsive and quick to fulfill requests, and the online bill pay is very simple and effective. They redid the clubhouse but the fitness center is still small and has old equipment. I never used either pool, but at some point both were closed down for construction. However, I loved the jogging path that goes around the community. I have to give Mira Flores that. I had a lakefront apartment and there was a lot of wildlife (many kinds of birds, turtles, etc.) that were pleasant to watch as I went for a walk or jog. Almost EVERYONE in my building had a dog, so if you don't like dogs, Mira Flores probably isn't the place for you. I'm guessing it's one of the only apartment complexes in the area that allows pets. I don't know what everyone was talking about with the mold, as I never had a problem with that. The carpets stain VERY easily, so either clean it constantly and clean it well, or be prepared to sacrifice some of your deposit money for a damage claim. I moved out two weeks ago and just received my letter which stated there were damages (and we cleaned that apartment well before we left, and had no noticeable damages) but I had read previous reviews that said they are quick to take your deposit money for little things.... I guess that is true. All in all, I enjoyed my year in Mira Flores. It is in a great area and is good for students and maybe couples just starting out. I wouldn't want to live there my whole life, but I wouldn't mind if I had to stay there a few more years. I cannot speak for everyone, as some people may have had very bad experiences with MF, but I am overall satisfied.

the worst experience of my life
when i was in graduate school at nsu, i rented a one bed and one bath room there because of the location. i did not know what i put myself in until a couple months later. The apts grew molds, and i lost all of my clothes because of the molds.although the landlords were notified consistently, they never cleaned the molds. i had to move out even though i was stillpaying the rent as i was unable to live in this moldy place. a few weeks lafter the lease expired, i received random charges, even charges for cleaning the moldy apts, which they were aware . please renters, do not rent there or else you will regret

Save your money!
The location is good, but after that its all down hill. The leasing office is a joke. The only thing they care about is your money! The maintence and leasing employees are unfriendly and look to nickle and dime you on everything. The work out room sucks and is small with only a few machines. The lay out of the apartments are not placed right and having a two bedroom is really like having a 1 bedroom with the size of it.

Horrible place
I lived in a 1/1 at Mira Flores for a year and it was hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. When I moved in, I could tell the apartment hadn't been cleaned or even checked over - I was missing burners on the stove, the carpet was covered in dirt and the toilet was running. They put burners on the stove, but never found anything wrong with the toilet despite the fact that it flushed itself every so often and you had to hold the handle down for 3 seconds for it to flush. The fridge broke at one point during my time there and leaked water all over the floor and it did the same thing again not long after it had been "fixed". Having a separate laundry room was nice, but the washer and dryer were so old they were rusty in parts. The walls are so thin I could hear every party my neighbor downstairs threw and he had something going on almost every night. There wasn't enough parking for all the residents so I would sometimes have to park down the road at the next group of apartments (still Mira Flores - they have everything in little pods) and walk home through the grass or road. The staff at Mira Flores appear helpful and nice, but it takes them forever to get anything accomplished and you have to keep hounding them. After I moved out, I had all of these charges show up on my account and could never get a straight answer about what they were. Finally, over two months later, I was able to get some of the charges removed and just ended up paying the others because I was sick of fighting with them and just wanted to be done with it. It's a cheap place for the location so if that's your only concern, live here; but you definitely get what you pay for.

place to avoid
I had lived in Chicago prior to moving to West Palm Beach. I looked around for a place to stay , and i decided to go with Mira flores as it is close to everything the mall, the movie theater and so on.. But after living there for a few months, i regretted. There was a mold problem all over the house, and manager did not do anything about it even though they were contacted multiple times. The neighbors are so noisy, and play loud music all the time. Now that i no longer live in Mira flores, i can take a breath. I would not recommend mira flores to anyone unless they want to live in hell.
