We loved it
We lived at mira flores for 3 months while on a travel assignment. We had a choice between them and another brand new complex in W. Palm, which I can't remember the name. Anyway, even though MF is older than the brand new place, we loved it way better and chose it. The new place was crammed with bldgs, hardly any grass and was in a NOISY area. MF is quiet, with gorgeous grounds. They have nice paths that go around the big pond. Great for walking dogs, fairly well lit. Nice flowers/landscaping. Our apt was great, bright, clean, airy. The walls were a bit thin (my neighbor used to throw a sneaker up to the ceiling to tell us she heard our 8lb dog jumping around), but most apts are like that. We had a nice sized balcony off our living room, washer and dryer in apt, (although not sure if they come with it or if my company had it put there). The people in the office are GREAT! They are very nice and down to earth. They let me use their fax/copier anytime I needed. They also had free movie rentals there for residents. There were 2 pools on the property which were well maintained with tables/chairs and chaises. They also had a car wash station in our lot. Some apt's have a garage. Parking was fine for us, but a few residents I heard complain about it in their sections. All in all we loved it and hated to leave. Would definitely live there again.

I have no complaints
All the negative comments have got to be from complete whiners. Do you really expect an apartment complex that you are RENTING not OWNING to be 100% perfect? My experience at Mira Flores has been great. The grounds look great for being as old as they are. The maintenance staff has really improved in the 2 1/2 years I've been here, and I dare you to find a better office staff, especially in Palm Beach Gardens. I've looked around, because I thought It would be nice to have something new, but the "brand new" complexes have the meanest snobbiest people working in their leasing offices, and that is a HUGE turn off.

A really nice place
I am teacher who just transferred from MO. I reviewed all the complexes in the Gardens area. (most are brand new) And I chose Mira Flores because of it's location and pricing. I have been here one month and have to say that I'm very pleased that I made this choice.
My apartment was spotless upon arrival. I did have one maintenance problem, but it was resolved within 48 hours. The staff is very welcoming & pleasant. They have made my relocation a very pleasant epxerience.
The other complexes may be brand new, but the level of customer service at Mira Flores far exceeds their competition. These new properties should take a look at the staff here for an example of what they should one day hope to aquire at their properties.

WORSE, GROSS, UNSAFE
Talk about kids running around in the neighborhood in the late hours, Cops shining lights in your window at we hours in the morning, people in the pool way after midnight partying. Maintenance works show up at your home with no notice and just help themselves right in (so keep your close on). The is never any parking near your home, and whats the since in renting a parking space you will always have to tow someone out of your space. The lake view is horrible! Trashing cloudy and stinky. Not a pleasant place for your kids nor you yourself. Rent should be $400 a month not $900 or above... ITS GETTING WORSE. No matter what they tell you in the front office, its always opposite. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR $$$$ no matter what the reason may be!!!!! TRUST ME AND SOME OTHERS THAT HAVE LIVED HERE! THE washer & Dryers and dishwasher and plastic tile are so cheap and break and ware out just as soon as you move in!

NEVER CLEANED UP ACCURATLY
For some reason there are always maintanace workers around however, nothing seems to be getting accomplished as far as cleaning the apartment premise on the outside. The water is cloudy with lots of trash and algae. The water falls don´t work and the pool and jacuzzi is not pleasant nor enjoyable to look at or be in. The hallways are not clean, cobwebbs everywhere and never sweaped or clorined to get clean. Rent is way to costly for the way this place looks and the kind of service you get. This place doesn´t even decorate the entrances for the holidays. Just not a pleasant place to live. No privacy either.

WORST EVER TO LIVE
I have only been here for a few months and prior to moving in, I heard the negative opinions about this place, but ignored those opinions and unfortunatly found out the hard way. You can here every flush your neignors from all sides make, every sneeze they suffer, every groan they enjoy and every conversation they may have. The waterfalls never are on but two. There is always people at the pool under age drinking, the hot tubs are discusting and the SERVICE SUCKS! Never any parking near your home. AND the lake is always full of trash and algae!

Wonderful Place to live
Mira Flores was the a great place to live. I recently read a review about the place being over run with bug. IT´S FLORIDA!!!!! There are bugs EVERYWHERE. Sounds like someone who hasn´t lived in Florida before or a whiny baby. Anyway, the staff was helpful and friendly, the apartment we rented was clean, new carpet and tile and painted well. My husband and I were impressed. We have lived in apartments in Orlando that were outstanding, but this place even outdid them!I give Mira Flores a A !

obvious plant
The last critique that sited excellent grounds obviously is a planted review. Maintenence of common grounds is deplorable for an apartment home that cost this much. Don´t expect to get any of your deposit back was actually a statement made by one of the employees. Be sure to examine the apartment before you close as they are great with the bait and switch with their model. I guarentee the carpet will be shabby as well as the paint, even though everybody leaving gets charged for these items

A Great Place To Live!!!!!
I have lived at Mira Flores for almost 3 years and I LOVE it! The new office and maintenance staff are incredible, and they seem to really care about their residents! They are hardworking and professional and go out of their way to do nice little "extra" things for us. My neighbors & I absoutley reccomend it to anyone who wants great service and a stylish environment!

Noise
This is a great place to get to know your neighbors REAL well. You will be able to hear every step they take, every flush they make, every sneeze they suffer, every groan they enjoy. Yep! Closeness is this community! Oh wait...."bless you!" (A neighbor two doors down sneezed.)

Overun with bugs despite frequent professional extermination
Cannot get rid of the multitude of bugs no matter what we try. The management is NOT helpful at all.
