Quick and efficient.

The maintenance team is extremely quick, efficient, and professional. In and out within 15 mins. My fiancé was on a call at the time (she works from home), the maintenance man knocked, she let him in, and he did his job and left a note on the way out with a note stating that the maintenance was completed.

This apartment complex offers a beautiful, clean, and secure living environment. I particularly appreciate the swimming pool and fitness center, while my roommate has found the on-site dog park and car wash to be highly beneficial.

Walked in and Isaac was able to squeeze us in and juggle time professionally. Showing the lux room, the cafe, the gym, the pool and show a unit and around the property. When I moved into the community, I feel like it was quiet and clean. Now? I feel like everywhere people are smoking and I can't go on my porch without smelling smoke. In addition to that, our neighbors above are so loud and wake us up at 5am almost every morning. The apartment itself is so nice and I really enjoy where the apartment is! The people who work here are so nice and friendly!

Clean. They are strict about rules. But overall like the complex, love it has a gym. The gym could use more dumbbells. But other than that it's good. Love the pool area plenty of space for other people but not crowded. Very responsive maintenance!

Excellent community with a newly designed dog park with ramp access. The office staff is phenomenal. They know all of us personally. Coffee is always available and snacks too boot in the clubhouse. This place feels like home ??

one year of living here

[Incentivized Review] I can't believe it has been a year since I moved here and glad I chose Avalon. Maintenance crew are quick to fix no matter how small or big the issue is. The dog DNA is great and because of that, you don't see any unwanted "pet bomb" anywhere. The complex is always clean and the office staff are quick to answer when you have any concerns.

On going issues with neighbors dog constantly barking non stop that management says there is nothing they can do. Also moved into an "updated" apartment from the one I was first staying in. Not only was the washer and dryer much older they were also smaller with nothing at all updated from the previous apartment

I love the community. It is clean, safe and well maintained. I love the space my apartment has for the price. I love that my patio is fully screened in as I can use it more often. The only major issue is Parking! There is none. It is beyond full everyday and I walk from 3 buildings down to get to mine.

Top notch apartments and customer service. It's a quiet community with a fantastic dog park and nice people. The clubhouse is a nice hangout, pool table, table tennis, my nephews love playing the big Jenga game outside. Great place to live.

Great place to live in

It is a great place. You will find all you need here. The pool is mostly clean and is in good temperature. The apartment sizes are good. Each apartment has a storage unit, which is very convenient. The staff at the leasing office are friendly.

I moved here from an Independent Living facility. What I have experienced here is 1000% better. What I am getting here is security, activities, dog park, pool, fitness area, and so many friends. The maintenance staff is fantastic; I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to get service for back burner items. I appreciate that they uphold their rules regarding illegal parking and not picking up dog poop. This is a great community.

My air conditioner is working properly! I put in a request due to my air conditioner not turning off. I had to be manually turned off the air conditioner. After calling in the request, maintenance quickly replaced my thermostat and I’ve had no issues since.
