For the most part, things have run smoothly. Ive had issues with the toilet and the kitchen sink but maintenance has responded, which has had to be a few times with the kitchen. The disposal leaked onto the bottom of the cabinets under sink; it was wet and got boxes of cleaning solutions wet as well,

Avalon is a wonderful community. Management and maintenance are very quick to respond to any questions or issues you have. The amenities are very nice. Everything from swimming pool, workout room, tanning bed and a car/dog bathing station. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out Avalon.

We have loved our time at Avalon. The leasing staff is always responsive to concerns and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. They keep the property very clean too! The only concern in terms of location is Pine Forest Rd getting very busy without a light to turn left out of the complex.

For the most part it is OK, I am a night shifter so hearing lawn mower weed wacker is not pleasant. I already have to drown out other noises and can't cover my ears so I can hear my alarm. Other residents don't clean up the pool area when they are done. Poisonous snakes by trash area. You can't can officer during night it goes to voice-mail.

The fact that I have been here for almost four years should speak for itself. I have enjoyed living at the Avalon apartments. The onsite staff has been very responsive and helpful. If the future rent increases are as reasonable as they have been I hope to be able be able to continue to live here!

The manager is great and understands things happen. I wish there was a loyalty program. Rent is too expensive but you have a wonderful staff. Maintenance could be better. I also do not like not having access to change filters. Family allergies are bad.

I've had a pretty great experience with Avalon since we moved in. The maintenance requests we put in are always completed extremely quickly. I've moved around to a lot of complexes in the Pensacola area in the last 10 years and the maintenance staff here is on point compared to many others. The office staff is great and friendly. The "Clubhouse" offers a pool table, T.V.s, ping pong table, tanning bed, bathrooms, Gym, pool access and printers that can utilized for several free print outs a month. There are hammocks, a fire pit and some swings out behind the pool as well. Trash service is great and overall I think the only thing I could complain about is picking a third floor apartment to carry groceries up to a couple times a month! Seriously though, I highly recommend Avalon. Rent everywhere has gone up, but for what you pay you really get your money's worth here.

I don't understand why the basketball court amenity was replaced with a very useless, ugly, and unkept hammock area. Other than that, it's been just okay overall. I would like to see some better parking, maybe get rid of the many unused garages.

I'm starting since 10/2012, used to be had some management and maintenance issues but it's getting better and better. Maintenance team is working very well. Appreciate that. If possible, during after the hour and holiday need security personnel otherwise still sometimes I saw outsiders in the gym and pool area. Some reason those people mess the facilities. I'm happy to pay for security personnel to improve security.

Not enough parking spaces. If you work day shift, your good, but late night workers never have a parking spot near your apartment unless your in the middle apartments. We live in building one?so we're always having to park across the complex or outside the gate. The amenities are great. Apartment is beautiful and spacious. The maintenance team comes to fix anything that's wrong very quickly. Overall we love our apartment, but hate the parking situation. It sucks having to walk across the complex after a physically demanding 12 hour work day. :( if it wasn't for that, we would give 5/5 stars.

Avalon is an exceptional place!

Avalon is an excellent place to live! The grounds are always well maintained, maitenance is extremely quick to fix any issues that arise, and the office staff are always warm and welcoming. They’re very helpful when you have questions or concerns. This is a great place to live!

Great Place to Call Home

Avalon Apartments are in a great location with easy access to I-10 and to Navy Federal. The property is well-kept and the maintenance staff are quick to take care of issues. The apartments are pet-friendly with a nice dog park for your dog to run and play. The apartments are spacious with high-ceilings. I have lived her for going on 5 years and have never had any security issues. Avalon Apartments are a nice place to call home!

Overall a good place! The parking though is HORRIBLE! If you come home after 8 you will have a hard time finding a place to park. The amenities are wonderful here! Grounds are clean for the most part.

Overall good place to live staff is good except the fact another tenant lied on me hitting a car.But other then that great place but can keep the stairways pressure washed every month and more parking space feel like there should be assigned parking in front of building and one visitor for the resident

I have really enjoyed my short stay at Avalon. I love the amenities. Being close to the road, it's surprisingly quiet. My only negative response is parking. I would love it if each apartment had at least one or even better two assigned parking spot in front of close to their apartment.

Living here has been smooth. If i have a maintenance issue they are at my apartment same day in most cases. They area is well kept and clean. It's a nice a peaceful community. Been here for over 2 years and have enjoyed my time.

It's a great community with great staff. Prices have been going up quickly, but I'm sure that's everywhere. Parking could be better, but they are working on that and hopefully it will help some. I've been here this long for a reason.

This apartment complex is becoming unlivable due to the yearly rent increase. I've loved living here - the amenities, staff, and grounds are (mostly) pleasant and satisfactory. But my husband and I will more than likely have to leave this community at the end of our lease term because there is absolutely no control over how much rent price is being increased yearly. Frankly, it's exorbitant and unacceptable. We know of several different faithful tenants that have had to leave due to the same issue and it's a shame.

The Staff there is always helpful Kind and professional. The maintenance staff are timely in any repair that has came uo. The grounds are always kept in great shape. All shoping needs are has never been a problem with safety or break in there.

It was rough when I moved in because I had a legitimate false record on my credit report. I had to fight and show proof that it was false. I get it but I didnt really want to get into more of my private details. My credit score waa actually good but I still feel like I had to pay a higher security deposit because they really didnt believe me. I moved in the end of 2020. Never had any problems paying on time. When my lease was up for renewal, it went up a good $200/month. It was shocking.I know times are rough but I would appreciate loyalty to your responsible, paying tenants. Something is always getting struck by lightning out here: the trash compactor, the gate, the phone lines in the front office, the fire panel. It's odd. They need some better storm/lightning protection before something really bad occurs. Other than that, its ok living out here. It's quiet for the most part. No other issues but those mentioned are major enough and should be considered fof new tenants thinking of moving here.

Empathetic staff, pest control is top tier, never really had any maintenance issues. My neighbors are all quiet for the most part, when a parking issue did occur, they took charge and fixed it quickly by enforcing the towing policy. I would definitely continue to live here if I wanted to stay in Pensacola.

I liked it.

I never had any issues while living at Avalon. The manager and her staff were helpful, and the service team was always quick to repair things if anything came up. I didn't use the amenities much, but they were always kept up. Nothing is perfect, and typically if something was broken, the manager notified everyone by email and gave an approximate date of the repair. It was mother nature most of the time, so I don't know what you can do about that. They are building a new Target right across the street so I think that will be super nice for the folks living there.

The garbage pick up is a hassle and arbitrary. The halls are rarely cleaned. The apartments facing the dirt road are dusty filthy. It is extremely difficult to find parking and there is virtually no visitor parking.
