The entire experience was fast and friendly. Anna made the entire process a pleasure. I am impressed with the facility. It is very kid and pet fiendly. Having access to the gym and tanning 24/7 is a convenience I am going to love. I have told eveyone I know how it is hand down he best Apatment Community in the area.

It is beautiful and clean! The staff has been such a wonderful help with this process! I cannot wait to live here for at least the next year! It is in a great location and everyone seems to be friendly in the community! The inside of the apartments are beautiful!

These apartments are very nice and kept up nice . Parking is my only down fall to this place , not enough parking for amount of people who rent . Pool area is great !!!! Dog park is really nice ! Pretty quiet for an apartment complex . Great place to live

I have lived in my one bedroom apartment since Spring 2010. This is my first apartment, and I have had a wonderful experience thus far. I love the safeness & cleanliness of the apartment community and apartment home. The office staff is very kind and eager to assist. I enjoy a number of the amenities & activities available.

very few problems with unit. a bit noisy from the floor above but those tenants go to bed early. the office staff are pretty enough to bring in new tenants just on looks. They need a pool exposure party. make them wear a bikini at the office sometimes. I'd stay if they did that maybe.

Overall the experience has been good. I was actually lined up for a rental in another community and that office staff fell through so rental at Avalon was last minute. They came through with exactly what I was looking for and were able to work with me long distance. The neighborhood has mostly been quiet, the usual occasional loud neighbor has popped up from time-to-time but nothing out of the ordinary with apartment living. I don't use the facilities much they always seem clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests have been completed in a timely fashion. The location is convenient to the Interstate but it is sometimes difficult to get out as there is no traffic light. There is a bit of a parking issue sometimes but it's not terrible. Other than that, the place is good. If I have to rent longer than 1 year I would stay here and I would recommend it to others.

I have never had an issue at this apartment complex. Those that I have met are extremely friendly and very approachable. I am extremely satisfied with my stay here and will undoubtedly recommend Avalon Apartments to all of my friends staying in Pensacola.

great place to live . the people are always nice they get things done in a timely fashion they provide lots off things to do for the renters .the grounds are kept up and walk ways are very clean but there parking has some issues from time to time which I was could be better with cars not having decals not parking in the there parking lot

I love living here, it's just expensive. So expensive that getting a house makes more sense. The grounds look awesome all the time. The grounds keeper does an outstanding job. I always take photos and send them to my friends around the world to make them jealous. Last week, I did see a lady shave her dog in the carwash area and leave all the shavings on the ground. Some people are just inconsiderate. I think prices for people willing to stay should not be increased.

Great place to live! Very close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Staff is very friendly, apartments are clean, and amenities are fantastic! Been here since April 2014 and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend as a great place to live!

I have been very happy living here at Avalon. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly by the staff. I have enjoyed an Easter egg hunt, and pool side activities this summer with my grandchildren.

The property is wonderful. The management staff are wonderful. The property is beautiful. I will stay until I die!! Chris Horne needs a raise. He is always professional and smiling as he does his work. Helen works hard also to make the property sparkle!

Wonderful staff and excellent service. Always ready to assist you with any and all needs. They keep the grounds up and take care of any maintenance problems immediately. Always freak cookies, and many add entries that most Apartment complexes do not compare!

This is a great place to live. Large dogs allowed, gym, pool, and the staff is friendy and helpful. I like the gated security. I like the lake with the fountian. The area is quite, the pool is shallow, good for a non swimmer like myself. I like the extra events the staff puts on just for us.

Best apartment in town, I have friends who currently stays at other apartments and have issues with their maintenance staff, I told them to come here when their lease is up. It made me realize how great the staff at avalon are, I always look forward to come home and also I admire the activity offered at the complex, such as pool party, yoga classes, and much more!

My experience has not been too great. I have noisy neighbors on top of my apartment which I have complained about. A loud generator outside my bedroom window that makes noise each time the air or geat is on. The previous tenant did not take care of the carpet. There are dark spots and pet hair is all over tge carpet as well. I asked if this could be fixed due to the condition at move in and I have called several times but no reply yet.

Experience is excellent. The staff works very hard to provide a very good living experience and always answers my questions. The community facilities (coffee bar, laundry, exercise room, pool) are well equipped and very clean. The groundskeeping effort is excellent and shows.

My wife loves the landscaping, the pool, & that she feels safe here when I am on the road. We like it's strategic location, just off the interstate, which makes for easy commutes for work, & shopping centers are in close proximity. The staff has frequent "parties & promotions" to draw residents out for a "meet & greet."
