They fix my repairs quickly. Everting is in good shape in the parking lots and the buildings them selves. Getting out is a hassle due to traffic at pine forest. They could host more community events.

Since living here, I've had a great experience. Whenever I have an issue with anything, whether it's a maintenance issue or a question, I have always been helped in a very timely manner. The property manager as well as the ladies that work in the front office are very kind. Once in early summer, my family and I were enjoying the pool and the property manager came out and offered us water if we needed any, which is just one example of how they actually value their residents. The only negative thing is the parking situation. I've had multiple times where friends have tried to visit and had to park at the front Of the property because the visitor spots were full (mind you there are only a few, and a lot of them were taken by residents) and walk over. It's just an inconvenience. However they said they are adding parking spaces in the near future.

Avalon apartments is a very nice place to live. The amenities are wonderful. However, the rent has increased over $200, per month, since 2018. I hear they are increasing rent this year 15-20%? $300 more per month when my renew my lease.

Pretty great, sometimes amenities break and the staff have to inspect things but other than that the place is fantastic. Parking is an issue but it's being worked on. As far as apartments go it's great. Near lots of stores and half way between both military bases.

We love it here at Avalon! We have lived here for 8 years. The staff goes above & beyond to help in whatever way they can. When your at the pool you feel like your at a resort. It's absolutely beautiful here!

I have lived at Avalon going on 4 years and I have enjoyed every day of it. The beautiful and wonderful ladies in the office are always so helpful and caring of my needs. The maintenance is always on their game by making sure the units and property is well maintained. I love the amenities especially the dog park there is enough space for my dog to run around, get some exercise and to interact with other dogs. I’m very comfortable and satisfied with the rules they set in place for the safety of all residents and their families. I call Avalon my home.

This apartment complex provides 10 visitor spaces and will have cars towed if the visitor is not parked in the designated area. I was told by staff that if the visitor parking is full, it is first come first serve and they can not accommodate for not having any other spaces. YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED if you do not have a decal and park anywhere other than visitor parking, or park by the office. Not good for elderly or disabled visitors.

Living here has been a dream come true! Management has been so sweet and patient, and our neighbors are very friendly! Everything is better than we could’ve imagined. The security here is amazing, and the apartments are beautiful.

It has been noticed while visiting that the property manager has many visitors that park in regular parking without a “permit” then she tags other people’s vehicles to be towed late at night when no one realizes. ---------------------------------------------------------------

The apartment complex, apartments and grounds are very nice. HOWEVER, the people who work in the apartment office are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met in my life. I am a very good resident. I keep my place tidy, never get too loud, keep to myself for the most part and always pay my rent on time but they have treated me like I'm on a level beneath them. They don't know how to build rapport or create relationships with their tenants so we feel very ostracized when trying to get help from them. If this isn't a bid deal-breaker for you, then this place is for you but just know if ever you have an issue whether it be maintenance or having to address something with the people who work in the office just be prepared to argue your point and make them treat you like you deserve to be treated. Don't take their crap.

Worst appartments in Pensacola. The complex will slither in a way to always make you pay extra on your rent. Spoke with many neighbors and they said the same thing. They are so petty that they DNA test poop drippings the size of a pebble and send it in for analysis so they can charge you hundred extra. The pool is always unkept here. Also the gates never work here and you have to type your code in over and over. Also it's hard to have guest over because the tow to a of vehicles who don't have parking decals. Maintenance never answers your calls and when I first moved in my carpets smelt like dog piss the whole twelve months here. Most expensive appartments in Pensacola! Not worth the price

I absolutely love living at Avalon! The wide range of amenities and spacious up to date accommodations truly set this complex apart from others. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is always available to meet my needs. The location is tucked away just enough to have peace at home, yet close enough to hop on the interstate and interact with the city in minutes! I'm happy to call this place home.

I moved in July of 2019. This is the first apartment complex i have lived in and it has succeeded my expectations. The staff are very nice and helpful. They listen to your concerns and make sure to take action. Plus, they love dogs. Which my Golden retriever loves because she gets endless attention from One of the ladies up front. Overall, best place to live in Pensacola. I never want to leave. The apartments offer so many amenities. Spacious living, pool, tanning, gym, and the complex even throws parties and has food trucks come out on Friday's. Love it here!

I am obviously computer challenged. I didn't select the stars I wanted before I submitted my review. You can see I am extremely happy with Avalon. Disregard previous review.I have lived here almost a year and absolutely love it! The amenities are awesome. You feel like you are at a resort. The front office staff is amazing! Maintenance is on top of things never had an issue. Location is right by interstate. Easy access to everywhere. If you looking in this area to live I would highly recommend these apartments. Lara A.

Avalon has been my favorite apartment since living in Pensacola (which has been all my life) I have lived in several other apartment complexes and Avalon has been the best by far. I love the area and I feel much safer being in a gated complex. The property management have been great and always helpful. Love the amenities too. They even have a tanning bed! Overall love it and would recommend to anyone looking for a updated, clean, roomy apartment in a nice convenient area right by the interstate.

The facilities are clean, the staff is knowledgeable. Maintenance gets to work within 10-15 minutes of contacting them, which is outstanding. The only problem is the constant noise from the upstairs neighbors, especially late at night. Overall, the Avalon apartment complex is great.

Great apartments, nice staff, my dog loves taking walks around the neighborhood. The gym is great, and the tanning bed. We haven't been to the pool yet because it's cold but it looks great! Only wished the parking was numbered because I have to park down few buildings at night, sometimes

When I first moved in, unfortunately, my apartment was not cleaned, so I had to spend almost 2 days cleaning it before I could even unpack. Thankfully however, the property management team apologized and helped me out with this issue and immediately put in some work orders to get things fixed around the apartment. I am very thankful for Dylan. The only other issue I really have is the loud vents in the bathrooms and the ugly laminate flooring in the bathrooms. I wish the previous renters would have taken better care of the place, but there's not much you can do about that besides replace existing cabinetry, walls, and baseboards.

Move in was seamless, Staff was so friendly and exciting. although I am only here temperately it is a very nice place, I would have love to have assigned space, and with the new pool deck and them resurfacing the pool, I say awesome place.

Staff is rude and maintenance never comes to fix anything when you call.. poor schools..i definitely would not recommend to tell you what u want to hear to get you in there and then they raise price. Very poor quality apartments for the money

I only lived here for a year but it was all around a wonderful place to live. The staff is very sweet and helpful. I have never had any noise issues or safety issues. Parking could be better as I would struggle finding a spot coming home from work at night but all-around a great place to live and I wish I didn't have to leave.
