They really listen. I've lived here with my husband and son since 2021 and recently said we need a way to cover the wood, they put that in before winter I am so happy! Before the wood was on the ground and would get wet which if you have ever biluilt a fire you know how frustrating it is working with wet wood! We also have a new standing tanning bed which is GREAT and more efficient and more sanitary. I only wish there were more poop stations and maybe one for when it rains makes it so hard to get the pups out.

I have lived at Avalon for over 10 years. I truly enjoy living here. Dylan, Morgan, and Isaac are on top of everything. They are so friendly and attentive to my needs. It is quiet and peaceful here. I highly recommend Avalon

Have enjoyed our year and a half stay here! Staff is great, premises are nicely kept. We're very close to medical, dining, and shopping. Our only disappointment has been an unresolved maintenance order. This may have been delayed due to recent lightning strikes creating other emergency repairs to the Avalon electrical system.

We moved to Avalon in 2021 and lived here 1 year. We moved to another RAM Property. We moved to Preserve at Perdido and only stayed 16 months. The manager, Jenni was so rude and unwilling to help you. We moved back to Avalon because of Dylan and her staff. The staff is A+ the apartments and the grounds are also an A+

Great complex. Excellent location, close to interstate so you can get anywhere in town quickly. Staff is amazing and always quick to help with any issues. My apartment is spacious and quiet, the neighbors are quiet and respectful.

Location is great, convenient to local stores and restaurants. Gated community gives a feeling of extra security. The staff and amenities are great. There was a parking issue for a while but management fixed that issue by adding more parking spaces. Overall it is a great place to live.

Best place to rent and best staff

Honestly I lucked out renting at Avalon the value for the price and the staff is excellent. There is so much diversity in the residents and everyone is very friendly. Been here since 2019 and loving it !

Great place, clean and well kept. Up in coming area. The price is right and the facilities are top notch! Really close to grocery stores and other awesome ammendments. They also jave affordable on-site storage units.

Family friendly

We've been here a few months now and the kids love it just as much as us. Avalon is in a great location, we feel very safe (especially with littles) the staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is always on top of things.

Excellent staff at Avalon for Military Members

The community manager Dylan S. really went above and beyond by helping us move in early due to our military orders. She is so kind, caring, and respectful with everybody. I couldn't have thanked her enough. By far the best community and staff I've met. Thank you Dylan and Avalon staff.

The staff at Avalon are absolutely lovely! They show they care in a multitude of ways, are accessible & approachable, and are focused on providing a safe & enjoyable living environment. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of, thanks to the groundskeepers, the routine pest control services, the maintenance workers, & the PooPrints program that is in place. We thoroughly enjoy the resident community events throughout the year, the pool, and all the amenities provided in the clubhouse. If it were at all possible, an improvement would be more parking availability, but that is not within the Avalon staff's control. We love the dog park and the playground for our friends kids when they come visit! The neighbors are also friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

Review of Avalon Apartments.

My experience with the Avalon Apartments had been an excellent. The Community Manager helped me fill out the Rental Agreement; has been very professional and helpful. The Assistant Community Manager Morgan F. is very friendly. Both Leasing Consultants are great and professional. I see grounds keeper Laura M. always busy either cleaning the pool; walking the property looking for things to clean or upkeep. Joe Montez and Taber S. installed a higher and much needed new toilet in my apartment quickly asked efficiently. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Avalon Apartments to my any of my family; friends, and anyone looking for a wonderful; clean, and upscale living community.

The cost of the water is more expensive than ECUA the local water utility and the painted stairs are extremely unsafe when the slightest bit damp or when it is humid out, but other than that everything is okay. The staff is nice and responsive.

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The office staff and maintenance folks are always extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. The grounds are well maintained, and I've never felt unsafe living here. The only things I don't like the apartments are 1) the gate, especially the fact that they got rid of the gate code to let people in. It's inconvenient to use the app to open the gate instead of giving people the code. I honestly just wish they'd get rid of the gate altogether 2) the mail room/Luxer. When I first moved in, packages used to get delivered directly to my apartment (which was amazing), now I have to go to the office to get them, and that's just extra effort on my part. On top of that, we're charged an additional monthly fee for using Luxer, a service I never asked for or wanted and is strictly inferior to what we had before 3) I really wish we had a traffic light at the entrance. It can be challenging to turn left coming out of the complex.

The staff is amazing and the amenities are great. The entrance gate app is awesome and easy to use, incorporating the visitor entrance intercom is a nice touch. The maintenance team is quick and reliable, they leave reports and explain all they did. What sold me was the screened in balcony, no bugs and nice breeze.

Love it here! Great amenities. Maintenance is awesome and extremely responsive!!! Always really clean and quiet. I've already referred someone to live here. Pool is always clean and so is the grill. Like that there is a fire pit, gas grill and charcoal grill with everything provided.

Apartments are ok. Price is higher than what they should probably be for the place. Gate works for 2 months and then is broken and rules are kind of outrageous in some instances. Other than that, a pretty solid place. Definitely nicer than most places

I enjoy being a resident here . It's quiet, clean and the office is always communicating via email when there is maintenance or some sort of issue going on at the complex . The only thing is visitor parking is very limited but I believe in the future more will be added

Good other than the snake infestation. Me and my dog are terrified every walk. We have seen a snake every day for the last week. Other than that the property is well kept and apartment is nice for the price
