I love Avalon Apts as evidenced by this being my second stay; moved in for a year back in 2018 the first time. The unit itself, the complex as a whole, the office/maintenance staff and the amenities are great?the parking (especially the few visitor spaces) was in 2018 and continues today to be my only complaint.

Very nice on outside and amenities. But the units are old. Old refrigerators. Weird things in walls that mean nothing. Too old for the price. Will not be renewing lease. Will move to newer apartments

Avalon is a great place to live! We're just far enough off the busy road that the noise isn't really an issue; the gym has a Peloton!; the big pool is fantastic; maintenance has always been super quick with any issues. The only complaint we have, that really can't be helped, is we have toddlers living above us. Certainly not my favorite but I'm not an irrational person either and know toddlers like to jump and be loud. It's apartment living. It's not going to be perfect 100% of the time. Overall, we enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone.

Overall, a good apartment complex with solid amenities (pool, gym, park, dog park, gym, fire pit, BBQ grills). Apartments are spacious with high ceilings. Management tends to have a lot of rules, are sticklers at times, and not flexible despite requiring flexibility and understanding from the tenants. They will tow your or your guests car if parked incorrectly regardless of lack of parking. Overall good apartment complex but the rules and threat of towing can be frustrating.

We've had a very positive experience living at the Avalon Apartments. We have met some very nice people and have especially found the employees to be exceptionally kind and helpful. We have really enjoyed using the pool, workout room, and grill.

It's been nothing but peace positivity for me. The neighbors are friendly. The vallet trash. It's quiet. The security here is excellent I feel safe at night don't have to worry about certain things and just out the way over all away from everyone.

The property itself is extremely beautiful. They upkeep everything and are always quick to repair anything maintenance wise. The club house is always fun and upbeat. The gym is definitely state of the art in my opinion. The package area is nice and the tanning bed is also a bonus. You just can’t beat Avalon Apartments overall.

I have lived at Avalon Apartments for almost 4 years. It is a very convenient location with access to I10. It is very close to Navy Federal Credit Union. The community is pet-friendly and has a large and small dog park where your dog can run. It has a beautiful pool and clubhouse and a nice fitness center. The apartments are large with high ceilings, so it doesn't feel like you are in an apartment. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but when I do they are taken care of very quickly. It is a nice place to call home.

I’ve been at Avalon for a little over a year and have had no complaints. Living so close to the interstate in such a safe environment makes me love it even more here! We never have to worry about our area being dirty or unkempt!

Avalon is a great place to live. I have been here for almost 3 years and it is pretty quiet with nice grounds and amenities. Maintenance usually comes to fix my issues within a day or two. The only concern I have is lack of visitor parking as I do want my guests to feel comfortable visiting me without getting towed. Many times there are not enough visitor spots.

Neighbors are very excited to put notes on doors to try to handle situations that the office should only be involved in. In matters relating towards security this place is the worst especially when there was no gate for a year.

Avalon apartments in Pensacola is a great community. Very convenient to I-10, shopping, downtown Pensacola and even 25 minutes from the beach! It is quiet, clean, pet friendly and safe. I am very happy in this community.

I lived at Avalon Apartments for about 5 months now and have loved it! I am so thankful for the groundskeepers that do such a great job at keeping our home so beautiful! It’s been nice to take walks around the little community lake and see the differences in the terrain each day! I also love the gym so so much! It’s quaint but the equipment is well kept!

This is an excellent complex. Maintenance is excellent in fixing anything that comes up. Only have one real issue and that is with delivery and moving companies. They need to learn how to drive. Entry gate has been damaged several times due to their negligence. This is a gated community and if delivery is made the receiver needs to help manage entry.

Very friendly neighbors and staff, however I wish the maintenance was better. We lived here for 7 months without our air filter ever being changed. They say they change it during pest control visits, but we were home when this happened and we never saw them change the air filter.

I love living here. It feels like home. It's nice and clean and the staff / management are friendly , professional and respond quickly to needs I have always felt secure and safe here and as single woman, that is priceless! The amenities are superb and I feel like I'm on vacation everyday I walk on my balcony! The grounds are beautiful and pool and club house is awesome who needs to buy a house when you have Avalon! In my book, it's one of Pensacola's hidden little treasures!

The apartment is in a great location next to the highway and a short ride to downtown and shopping. The management is very accessible when I need to talk with them. The maintenance of the complex and common areas is very well done. This community is safe and quiet and the amenities like the gym are very beneficial. I have really enjoyed my stay here. .

I've lived in a few apartment complexes over the last several years doing contract work. Having lived at Avalon for more than a year, I can say it's one of the two best apartment complexes where I've lived. The grounds are always well maintained and the parking lots clean. Management always communicates extremely well about any issue or update. As well, the entire staff is always extremely responsive. Anytime I've emailed or called the office, my rare issue or request is always handled expediently by Danielle, Morgan, or Dylan. I've had to request maintenance only a few times but those requests are also handled quickly by Joe, Danny, and Tober. Avalon really is a nice place to call home.

Love the place. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff. Only downfall is the traffic. Whenever we have had a problem, maintenance has taken care of it right away. The amenities are wonderful and it's quiet.

Staff is very unprofessional and uncharacteristic. Staying here was a terrible experience and the business practice is a joke. Would not recommend staying here unless you like unfair treatment and bad business management. The “manager” is a joke, definitely didn’t go to college for what she practiced.

The apartments are nice, I definitely feel safe living here (most of the time), and it's quiet. It is frustrating that the gate has broken 3 times now, and was out of service for weeks sometimes months at a time, which is why I moved here. During those times, I didn't feel safe. They forced an unnecessary trash service on my monthly rent, $30, which is excessive. They also heavily heavily discriminate against "aggressive breeds" even though no dog in the world is born aggressive. RAM- educate yourselves instead of being ignorant. It is also WAY overpriced. The owners are money hungry.
