My name is Jennifer Paquette and I just moved here 1 month ago, I am very impressed. I must say, I feel that the community manager Melissa Croft is doing a very good job as the manager of Timberlake Apartments. I have seen other communities especially the one that I moved from, and the property is beautiful the facilities are always clean, and everybody in this complex that I have met is very happy here, as am I! She is doing an awesome job as property manager and it shows. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I am grateful to be here! I love my new place:)!

Great complex to live in. Love the trees that line the property on the outskirts and inside the complex. Suzy, the Community Manager, has lived here on site for six plus years. She works hard and treats you with good ol' southern hospitality. Her door is always open to answer questions or concerns. Her assistant Jamie is a true southern belle. Her door is always open as well. She works very hard to make moving in quick and easy and helps keep our community up to speed. The maintenance staff is Outstanding!! Alden, Steve and Connie get the job done on the first or second day of your request. Timberlake Apartments has a great location and is close to UTC mall area.

I rented a one bedroom, 600 ft2 apartment on the second floor. I was happy that Timberlake offered a 6-7 month lease period as I leave during the summer. When I got here with the moving truck the apartment was move-in ready with new flooring and everything worked. I really like the walk in closet, space for the washer-dryer that I used for storage and a kitchen pantry! The neighbors are friendly. This might be because it is a dog friendly place but I felt at home immediately. I had one or two maintenance issues that were dealt with promptly. The office staff was very good to work with. I only got to use the pool once because it got too cold after that but it was nice. I lived on the side facing Timberlake Drive and the traffic was quiet. I am moving for a job, but would definitely come back to Timberlake Apartments again should I need a place in Sarasota.

My husband and I love living at Timberlakes. Everyone in the office and maintenance are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. We have had a few maintenance issues and they were dealt promptly.

I just recently moved out because I was finally able to get into a home but my time spent at this apartment was really good. The area is really nice and I felt safe in the community. It is located close to good shopping, eating and entertainment. The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always quick to send over help if anything is needed. I never really had to call for any repairs but I had my fridge start acting up and not cool like it should, they sent someone over the same day and my issue was fixed. The pool area is nice and well taken care of. All around i had a good stay here at Timeberlake and I would still be there if I didn't finally get into a home.

I lived at Timberlake Apartments for 1.5 years. I only moved because of a change in my occupation. It was like being HOME! FAMILY!! I loved it. Great service, beautiful grounds and the staff was wonderful!

Timberlake apartments are wonderful, I have lived here for alittle over a year now. I used to have a 1 bedroom and just recently moved into a two bedroom. It's a very quiet neighborhood and well kept up with. Also Suzy and Jaime are great! They are very sweet and helpful with making a move or if you have any problems. The Maitnence guy is great as well! Thanks for everything Timberlake staff!??

I have really enjoyed living at Timberlake. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and it has been more like having an extended family than dealing with any type of "management" situation. I haven't lived alone in years and I have always felt safe not only in my apartment but when taking my dog on late night walks around the complex. The complex is quiet at night and noise from other neighbors has never been a problem. My only suggestion is that having the sprinkler system around the complex running would improve the lawns and landscaping. I would highly recommend Timberlake.

I recently moved into Timberlake Apartments, and have nothing but great things to say about them!! The apartment manager and assistant were excellent in the process of getting me my apartment. They provided me with Excellent Customer Service, and Great Professionalism!!! Personally, even though I just moved in, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The Facilities Technician, did an excellent job in preparing the apartment, he completes work orders the same day, very efficient, very helpful!! He even helped me get my couch in. Jamie kept me informed right to the day I moved in, they were so accommodating. They are GREAT!!! Thank You all. The grounds are a little under-construction at the moment due to them repainting, but it is coming out beautiful.

I've lived at Timberlake Apartments for over a month now and I am really happy I made the decision to move here. The buildings are a little dated on the outside but don't let that fool you, the inside looks great. The maintenance staff are top notch and respond to calls within a timely fashion. Moreover, they do a great job keeping the grounds looking nice and the recent addition of palmtrees add to the atmosphere. When walking into the office you're immediately treated with a smile and respect. Management, keep doing what you're doing.

I lived at Timberlake for 2 1/2 years and really enjoyed my time here. I loved the layout of the apt, especially with the 2 entrances into the bathroom...makes it feel like an en suite master bedroom, but then guests don't have to come through the bedroom. For having an apt in town, my view was pretty great, as my balcony faced the pool and pond area. And of course the many, many trees make it look beautiful and feel serene. The A/C worked perfectly and yet my electric bill rarely topped $65, even in the intense heat of summer. The office staff (Jamie, Lisa, and Suzy) were always very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were even kind enough to take my cat into the office with them one day when there was a minor problem in the unit, just so I wouldn't have to leave work to deal with it. That was truly above and beyond and was much appreciated. As a single woman living alone, I always felt safe here. Very nice place to call "home" and I highly recommend it.

my wife, daughter and I have lived here for almost three years now. We couldn't be any happier with our choice to reside here and start a family. The grounds are always kept up very well. The office staff very professional and courteous , helpful, and will do anything to help you. They are always having neighborhood functions very involved with their residents. The maintenance crew is always there to fix or help with anything. The manager susie is the best, always has a smile and great attitude. I would recommend this community to any and everyone i could. The rental prices are very resaonable, the property is very inviting and a great place to call home!!!!

I recently applied for an apartment at Timberlake. I will say I looked around at several different places before rented at Timberlake. The other places I went to the atmosphere was very cold and uninviting. My first visit to Timberlake I spoke with Jamie. She showed me around and I got a genuine feel that she cared about my needs. The manager made sure to come out and introduce herself to me and said she hoped that I made Timberlake my new home. This did not happen anywhere else I went. When I was approved everyone welcomed me home. I do not move in for a while because they have a waiting list. This move will be my last for a while. Timberlake is so convenient to my job and dining in the area to take my new Fiancée'. If you want to be treated with care and respect give Timberlake a call and tell them Bob sent you.

I have lived in Timberlake for about 3 years. Location : First off, it is in a wonderful location, near to 75, near to 301 and nestled in a country club area. It's about a 10 minute bike ride from a gorgeous park. If you enjoy bike rides or walks, this is a great complex to call home. Very, very quiet. Apartments are not huge, so it doesn't attract big families, which is a major plus to someone like myself who enjoys peace and privacy. Buildings : The buildings are from the 1980's, and they are beginning to show it in some areas. That's not to say the grounds are not well maintained, they are. It's just things are beginning to need repair simply due to age. The pools are both recently re-done (One in each 'Phase' of the complex) and well maintained. I'd like to add that in the 3 years I've resided here I've never seen a palmetto bug (big roach looking things with wings) in my apartment. This is Florida, and almost everywhere gets those things. I'm a clean person, but usually you run into these things. Absolutely 0 issue with parking, guests are able to part close to the units, without taking up a resident's spot (Front row of spaces for residents, rear row for others) Maintenance : I've had to contact maintenance 3 times in the 3 years I've lived here. Every time they make every effort to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I had my AC go out in August (on the weekend) and was fairly cranky about it. The next morning, someone was out there trying to fix my unit. When they were unable to, Adella delivered a portable AC unit (In the pouring rain, i might add) and set it up for us. Early Monday morning the expert staff showed up and resolved the issue. Management : I've lived in quite a few apartments over my life, and I will say that the management here is above average. The leasing agent (Jaime) made every effort to be upfront about terms and guidelines of the leases, willing to answer any questions. Anyone who is surprised by something in this lease did not take the time to properly understand it. I wasn't a huge fan of the up-charges for 'amenities', such as a view, or upgraded cabinets, but I was informed up front and made my decision knowingly. The property manager Suzy, every time I've had an issue she's taken a personal interest and followed up with me to make sure I was okay with the resolution. I've seen her in the grocery store, and she greets you with a smile. All in all, these are not brand new buildings, you may run into issues. Take the time to review the lease and make sure you understand it before committing. That being said, taking the good with the bad, Timberlake is a great place to live.

My wife and I lived in the Timberlake Apartments community for almost two years and I must say that we enjoyed our time there. The staff were very courteous and knew us by name. Any time we had a maintenance request it was completed promptly and done right. We lived in the back loop area where parking spots filled quickly. We often times had to park further away which didn't bother us unless we were bringing groceries in. The back area was pretty quiet even though it is near University Pkwy. The grounds were always kept up. I never thought it looked bad. Our apartment itself was clean when we moved in and did not smell which was a plus. We were told if we were unhappy with the carpet when we moved in regarding stains or smell that they would replace it right away which is a nice touch. Overall, our experience at the Timberlake Apartments was very good and we would recommend it to our friends. Thank you!

I never had much of a problem here it's pricey and the apartments are really very small. But the area is relatively quiet, peaceful and has nice views. Also close to almost anything so the location is great. Maintenance staff is helpful and almost always fixes any issue. But I speak for most back, "quiet area" residents when I say we're not cared for like those up front. They are the "image" so of course they get all the perks. In the back is a pool with lots of potential....... However any good it had is now gone. It is ALWAYS dirty. Never presentable like the one up front, I mean this one back here doesn't t even have a working light! We USED TO HAVE I think 4 nice fabric lounge chairs one table with an umbrella and a stack of old ratty metal with plastic weaving ones that are dirty and ungodly hot to the touch when the sun is out and let's face it... It's Florida... So they're like touching lava... Well today I come out with another resident, there are 2 older women all ready out here complaining. The table is GONE. The nice chairs are GONE. we are left with two plastic ugly ------ chairs and a fold up plastic table.. Went to lay on the ugly dirty lava like chairs and to no surprise, couldn't. Conveniently they're left here, but not the nice ones. Trying to stay positive and think maybe they're going to treat the back residents to some nice updated pool furniture.. hoping... Much like all the ones up front have.. You have people back here who pay their rent, I'm sure on time just like those up front. Who obviously choose to live here for a reason, chose you as a company for long or short term living. Stop tossing us aside and giving us garbage. Take pride in your company.. We have people who don't even want to live here any longer because you can't give us nice things in the back. Its truly unfair. Why should we not have the same as up front? We gladly drive to use the hot tub, but taking away what little we have so those UPFRONT can be spoiled more.. UNFAIR. Still staying positive and hoping they're just bringing in newer stuff and this is very short lived. With that said, maintenance staff is great, always helpful and quick. Everyone upfront in the office seems nice and understanding, approachable as well. The two management women there are very friendly and funny. But when I speak to people who claim they called and complained to the office, with no results, I turned to this. It has gone on too long.

Have family visiting. Went to use back pool where I reside.. Dirty, all the furniture is gone! And we're left with the crappy stuff.. What the heck?!? Do I not pay rent here like the folks in the front near the office???? Seriously.. So emmbaressing. Luckily two friends live at the Tuscany across the main street and we went to use their beautiful pool. Such a disappointment for this weekend. And my family flies out tomorrow! They are not impressed by what they see, not at all!
