It's not easy to find a quality apartment in a good area for a decent price, but Timberlake really does have it all. There are two phases, and both have their own perks: the beautiful clubhouse and pool in front, and the huge lake and quiet atmosphere in back. It's really two communities under one management! Close to everything and in Palm Aire so everything nearby is safe, well-lit, and beautiful. Love living at Timberlake!

I had a one year lease at the Timberlake apartments. I thought that the staff was really welcoming and if there was ever a problem they addressed it right away. The apartments in my opinion were well maintained and had a very warm friendly feel. If I wasn't moving out of state I would definitely renew my lease. There aren't washer and dryers in the unit but the laundry facility is nice and the staff does have cards for a place that you can rent a washer and dryer for your lease term. It really paid off. I would most definitely recommend Timberlake

I been living here a year and is gonna be doing another till I get my own property.As a past property owner...this apartment complex is very pleasant,staff is friendly and always,always willing to get my complaints and findings rectified.landscape could be alittle more attractive but been rustic is good for the tree lovers.Leaves are an issue on my car but will live with it till then. Great maintenance staff and office staff on a whole.The two bedroom I live in is ample for the stuff I am keeping for my next house.Will recommend anyone to live here its an experience.

I have lived here at Timberlake Apartments for 9 months. It is so pleasant and today I left a short list of minor repairs (squeaky bathroom door, leak under sink; a palmetto bug in the pantry) at the office and within minutes everything was fixed and the bug gone. The staff is great, a great experience living here.

My husband and I have been at Timberlake for a little under 8 months, and we love it here. We fell in love with the place when we first visited, and actually ended up putting a deposit down that day. We had an issue with our apartment due to a previous tenant's treatment of the unit, and the staff responded to our concerns immediately and offered multiple options to remedy the situation. My neighbors are all very quiet, and the people here are very friendly. It's a great community, and my favorite thing about it is that it's all small apartments, which means it's mostly couples and singles. The location is great too, it's right next to I-75 and there's lots of entertainment nearby on University Parkway. It's also near Palm Aire country club, so the whole surrounding area is well-kept and safe.

I love living at Timberlake. The staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The location is great.... Any store you could dream of is within a few miles of here. I have nothing but positive things to say about living at Timberlake :)

Nope NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Do not do this to yourself. Some of the staff is unprofessional. The apartments has small cracks that bugs come through, and the list goes on. Another sign is that the office staff is never on the same page and leave out a lot of information when talking to you. They will charge you for anything! Just don't do it to yourself. Unless you are ready to be frustrated.

The community staff was awesome from my first walk through the door, up until the present point in time. They know you and will continue to help with anything you need. Maintenance service is through the roof, by the time you get from the office to your apartment, job is done!

I give this place a lot more credit then I think I would've. Just moved in about a month ago and so far everything has been great. I greeted my neighbors and they're completely chill. The pools are always clean but the big one behind the office is BEAUTIFUL. I uploaded a picture of it on here. We have had a couple small problems when we moved in but the day I talked to the office about it they had someone to come fix them within the hour. I'm extremely pleased. I live in phase two so I'm all the way in the back and it's completely peaceful, so far I'm honestly satisfied with my stay here

Timberlake Apartments has been so amazing to me. The staff is courteous, efficient and always available for help. The transition from a state up north could have been pretty difficult but they made it easy. The apartment was clean, painted and ready for me to move in. The maintenance men are available for anything that comes up and are just as courteous and efficient.

I have lived at Timberlake for over 3 years. We have seen many improvements over the years. We have great neighbors. Everyone is like family. The property is very quiet and peaceful. So if you like to party Timberlake is not for you. The wildlife is awesome. The office staff is always courteous and glad to see you. You can tell the manager has years of experience in assuring our needs are taken care of in a professional and timely manner. The assistant and leasing staff also make sure to assist also. The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. The grounds guy is always doing his best to keep the ground well kept. Myself and family would highly recommend Timberlake to all that are looking for a peaceful retreat after a long day at work or school.

Lived in Timberlake for a bit over 2 years now, going into our third. The place is not brand new, and anyone who complains about it must be blind. Buildings do not last in pristine condition forever; however, the apartments are nice and open, and if you are courteous and not pushy or whiny, the maintenance and front desk staff are extremely polite and helpful. You get what you give, so these other reviews where people call the staff rude and unhelpful were likely not very nice to begin with. Is it perfect? No, but honestly if you're looking for perfect go build a house or buy a new condo (in my experience, even those aren't perfect). If you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment that isn't in the boonies, then check it out. Don't whine when you move in and don't like every little detail.

I second that review about how lousy this place is!!!!! and the so called good reviews you see posted here- nothing but false- if you truly do live here- then you know the TRUTH- the office staff is is LESS than undesirable and the grounds- dirty and nasty- as the saying goes "The Truth Always Comes Out" I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! I feel compelled to acknowledge my tenancy experience at Timberlake Apartments. The maintenance staff is not only courteous but completes their tasks in an efficient and timely manner. The office staff is not only warm and professional but treats you as a friend instead of just as a tenant. The property manager is not only professional but is extremely impeccable in ensuring the property is managed efficiently. I am sorry to be leaving Timberlake due to family issues. I would recommend Timberlake Apartments to anyone and everyone I know. It has been an extreme pleasure to live here and will sincerely miss the maintenance, the office staff, the manager and my neighbors. Last but not least the pool, the volley court and the grounds are just beautiful. I will always miss and cherish my tenancy at Timberlake Apartments.

All of the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I'm very happy here and would definitely recommend Timberlake Apartments. My only complaint at this time is the piles of mulch around the complex. I understand that it takes time to get yard waste collected and I don't find the piles to be much of an eyesore. My only issue is that the debris has spread around the parking lot blocking the drains and leaving a layer of debris in the lot making conditions very slippery in the rain on a motorcycle. On the other hand my back yard is gorgeous. There is a large bird and squirrel community and a group of 3 Otters that hang out in the lake a couple times a week.

I have lived at Timberlake Apartments for over two years. I am very impressed with the effeciency, professionalism, and cordiality of the entire staff. Suzie Jackson has proven to be a most effective manager, with the concerns of the residents always foremost on the agenda. All repairs are completed in a timely manner. Timberlake is a very relaxed, beautiful place to live, and we feel very fortunate to be here. Another plus is; it is a very environmentally friendly complex, with lots of thought going into recycling, lake management, and good treatment of the wild live that also live in our beautiful community.

If you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you. If you have a corner unit the a/c units are right outside the master bedroom window. You will hear them turning on and off all night. You can hear your neighbors when they shower or use the rest room. And because the cell service is so bad on this side of town people go out to the porch to make a call. This is disturbing when the porch wraps around to the master bedroom window and your neighbor likes to make calls at 3am. I've heard some very intersting discussions which should have been private. Also the landscaping right now is horrrible. All the trees on the property were trimmed back at the beginning of Feb 2013. The 10ft pile of debris sat all around the property for 6 weeks before the chipper was finally brought in to turn it all into mulch. This happened at the end of March. Now we're coming into May and the mounds of mulch are still there. If you don't believe me drive through the neighborhood and you'll see it. For the price of rent in this neighborhood I would expect the grounds to be better. It looks great from the front, but drive around the block before committing.

We love our apartment and community. The location is great, very close to anything you might want to do or need. The neighborhood is outstanding, everyone is friendly and says hello when passing by. We had a problem with our A/c unit and became aware it was unfixable. They had a new unit installed within 2 days(it was weekend). The staff is very friendly, maintenance smile and wave and know how to fix everything. We are excited to renew our lease as soon as it is up because we feel at home.

Exceptional staff! Very friendly and helpful. The staff actually wants to get to know you as a person. I know most of them by name and bits of their lives. The landscape here is beautiful, a lake with lots of wildlife ranging from ducks to otters. My neighbors are quite and respectful and friendly as well. We all hang out together, have poker nights, etc. It's more like a community here then just a place to live. The pool area is beautiful; it has a fountain that continuously provides soothing background noise. I am in my second year here. I love the location and peacefulness of these apartments. It's not perfect, like any place will have small hiccups like if they are short staffed one day or something similar. But it's one of the better places I have lived.
