Great location and amenities. The pool and gym are world class. Maintenance can use some improvement. Both in resolving issues im the first visit, as well as the service they provide. Tenants should not feel as though they are bothering the staff if something needs to be fixed. That's what we pay for.

    This complex is the worst I have ever lived in. I love the building's location and rooftop pool but otherwise, I do not recommend anyone moving into this building if they want top service from the leasing office. The staff is rude and never helpful.

        Dan fixed our dishwasher and he pulled the whole thing out and fixed it and it has been working! Thank you to him and the maintenance crew for helping us! It was broken for a long time and was not working and he fixed it and took his time.

          When I first moved in the property was amazing but in the last 2 years, there has been a significant decline in prioritizing the resident experience. Issues with other residents are not taken seriously, burdens are often placed on the resident and the amenities are restricted compared to previous access. They have increased the rent while downgrading the quality of the resident experience.

            Best apartment maintenance

            Jonathan runs the best apartment maintenance team I’ve ever experienced! He’s professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to get things fixed quickly and correctly. Altis is lucky to have him and his amazing team!

              Fixed the ceiling fan light

              ? Danny was incredibly professional and helpful when fixing the ceiling fan light in my apartment. From the start, he communicated clearly and made sure to understand exactly what was wrong before showing up. What really stood out to me was how flexible and considerate he was with my schedule. I have a pretty busy workday, but he found a time that worked perfectly, and he even showed up right on time. That kind of reliability is rare and very appreciated. When he arrived, Danny worked efficiently but also took the time to explain what he was doing. He identified the problem quickly, had all the tools he needed, and got the fan light working again without any issues. He double-checked everything before leaving to make sure it was functioning safely and smoothly. He also cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind, which I always value in maintenance work. It’s clear that Danny takes pride in what he does. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. If every repair experience was like this one, maintenance requests would never be stressful. I’d highly recommend Danny to anyone who needs a skilled and dependable repair professional.

                Have had a so so experience with the apartment, facilities primarily parking and the payment platform. Overall the staff has been helpful and great but many practices such as needing to get guest passes for someone to park makes no sense

                  Great Service!

                  I had a leaking sink faucet in my bathroom and Danny came and looked at my sink faucet and was awesome! Very nice and helpful, offered advice that may have caused the sink the have water dripping from the counter and was awesome!

                    So far it's exactly what I pictured. There no many surprised. Very disappointed with the property manager. My car was vandalized in our locked gated garage and she wouldn't go though the cameras to help find who did this.

                      This is a great apartment building with beautiful amenities and great location. The management is horrible though - people are unfriendly and rarely sitting at the front desk during business hours making them difficult to find. The parking is also a nightmare with a significant amount of parking spots "reserved".

                        I <3 Altis!

                        I love living here! Not only do the concrete ceilings look really cool, they prevent me from having to listen to noisy upstairs neighbors. Not to mention the amenities are amazing. The maintenance staff does such a great job at keeping the property beautiful. Jonathon and his team are all super friendly and helpful.

                          Timely repairs

                          We had a water pressure issue with our sink in the shared bathroom for a while and Jonathan got it fixed the next day! Was great to come home to a fixed sink after work. They are always able to answer our questions we have for repairs.

                              The community is beautiful. But some draw backs the fact you can't buzz people in and have to leave to go downstairs to get guest is a big disappointment, the sauna is only opened 9-5 times people are usually working. The noise levels can get annoying at times. You are paying a hefty price to live here and it's like living in a mediocre space. With lower costing apartments you can get more out of it versus living at altis. Upon moving here I had issues with my rent and still til this day I do. And I addressed it once but I don't have the time or patience to deal with the incompetence of the building. So I am just dealing with it. I've seen bugs in the apartment as well. Carpet is super ------.

We felt it best to not allow non-residents free access to roam thought out the community and amenities, we apologize if this has been an inconvenience during your residency. To offer sauna hour clarification, the sauna is available from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. We are a solid concrete block construction community, and typically noise issues are not common. If you are experiencing a noise disturbance please contact our Leasing Office team at 813-940-8450, we are happy to assist in a resolution.                                 Best maintenance team ever!!

                                This is hands-down, the best maintenance team that I have ever experienced at any apartment complex! They always fix issues I have so quickly and efficiently. this team is seriously one of the reasons that I renewed my lease.

                                  Smoke detector battery replacement and dishwasher rack replacement

                                  Danny went above and beyond today when completing a request to replace the battery in the smoke detector. The ceilings are 12ft tall and he was ready early in the morning with the battery replacement and ladder, he came prepared. After completing the job, I had a quick question about getting my dishwasher racks replaced. This was not the request he was originally called for but he didnt hesitate to take a look at the dishwasher and inform me surely this was something they can take care of. He had me open a new request and told me when to expect the next maintenance visit. Danny did an above and beyond job.

                                        I just moved in, and I already feel at home! From the very beginning, the experience has been smooth and welcoming, largely thanks to Wanda. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire process. The building itself is elegant yet cozy, with beautiful touches that make it feel both refined and comfortable. You can really tell that care and thought went into every detail. I'm so grateful for Wanda’s help and for finding an amazing place.
