recently had Jonathan come by to inspect and fix a window in my apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to carefully examine the window, explained what might be causing the issue, and walked me through how he planned to fix it. His attention to detail was reassuring — he didn’t just do a quick patch-up job, but made sure everything was secure, sealed properly, and functioning smoothly

This place was amazing I instantly fell in love with the amenities and the rooftop area is literally my selling point. I submitted an application and completed it fairly quickly, I was surprised by how easy the application process is ! I cannot wait to call this place home ??

Seriously the best maintenance team!

Anthony and Dan are seriously the best, very knowledgeable, efficient, and immediately completed the task! We had an issue with our dryer and they came in and fixed it immediately, literally less than 24 hours from when we put the request in. We’ve been at other apartments, and I have had to wait multiple days before we got some thing fixed so this is awesome and a testament to the quality this complex strives to be at—Luxury. Thank you both so much!!

Awesome maintenance experience

The maintenance staff in the building is awesome! Very few issues with the apartment over my 3 years here but recently had a dishwasher and sink disposal issue, Anthony came by and was able to get everything fixed with great communication along the way with regard to parts availability and scheduling. Not only is he great at the maintenance itself but he is the NICEST guy, always has a smile on his face, always stops to say hi when I see him around the building. Little things like that really make this building stand out relative to other places I’ve lived. -Brandon F

Property is very nice with great amenities There seems to be a lot of renters who abuse the amenities who destroy the gate. And the resident suffer for it. I stay because the apartment amenities are awesome. It's a great location, but I do get annoyed with the noncompliance of community living. I wish there would be enforcement on the destruction of the property.

Lights working great!

Aris came in respectfully and quickly fixed both my bathtub drain and overhead lighting. He emphasized that it was his pleasure and he was ultimately here for us (the resident). I enjoyed his visit and he was great. I had been reluctant as my last maintenance experience wasn’t as positive with the exterminating folks and the drain gnats I had but Aris completely changed my perception.

toilet fix

Aris was able to fix the toilet quickly and was very kind and informative! He showed me what was wrong with the toilet and how he fixed it! He then asked me if I needed anything else and was able to help me with a quick fridge fix!

Emergency AC TICKET

We had an issue on our AC and we ended up needing to open three tickets to have the service taken care of. It was all fixed when Anthony came and went out of his way to make it work as we have a baby with us so it was crucial to have taken care of on that same day. I appreciate his effort to have it fixed.

I love Altis. I have lived in this building ever since it opened in 2020. If I ever have a maintence request, someone comes and resolves what I need. The building is kept clean and we have a beautiful gym and pool area.
