Cleanest apt I have ever seen!

I got to hang out at the pool and explore the gym/ sauna & spa. Everything about this property is breathtaking, the cleanliness, the details, etc. The staff here are so friendly and you can tell this place is truly cared for!

Smoke detector

Five stars to Victor. My smoke detector was beeping so I submitted a maintenance request and he came almost immediately. He was very friendly and completed the job really fast. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Maintenance Team

Huge shoutouts to Victor and Anthony from the Maintenance Team! They provided excellent service and responded to the maintenance requests in a timely manner. I really appreciated when Anthony gave me background information on how a water heater works, when I had an issue with it. Also appreciated when Victor went out of his way to make sure I had a container of touch up paint since I had no viable containers to hold paint. They made sure my issues were resolved and provided helpful information in the process.

The best place to live in Tampa

Absolutely loved my experience touring Altis Grand Central, all thanks to -------! She did an amazing job showing me around the property and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. ------- was incredibly informative, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable not only about the apartment itself but also about the community and all it has to offer. She took the time to answer every question and made sure I felt confident and excited about the space. Excellent service

He was so friendly & fixed my problem so quickly! My dishwasher was rusting and i was worried it be a big deal but victor assured me its no probelm, he retrieved a replace basket for the rusting one i had. The maintance staff is always wonderful and Victor is certainly one reason why :)

I enjoy living at Altis Grand Central. Maintenace requests are always completed in a timely manner. Nobody bothers be while im home. The only struggle I have is not being able to have multiple friends over or having to get a parking pass everytime a friend is over after hours.

Smoke Detector Issues

Aris did a great job! I was having trouble with a couple smoke detectors - he was able to troubleshoot and fix one of them, and determined the other needed to be replaced, which he did expeditiously. He was nice, professional, and told me more about how these specific devices work. Personally, I would like Aris to be my go-to for work orders!

I would categorize my experience as a steady decline since moving here in 2022. The amenities have declined based on poor management or laziness of staff to hold residents accountable for breaking things. For example, we are treated like children with the pool tables having to check out sticks from the management office by leaving my ID. Meaning residents can only play pool during the hours the management staff are at work. I think average rent here is $3k/mo, but new sticks once a month if you have to.

Best property in downtown tampa

Recently sold my home and moved to Altis. I toured several communities in downtown Tampa and Altis was by far the best. Randi the manager showed me the community and was super helpful. Since moving in, maintenance has been quick to respond and are very polite. I enjoy meeting new neighbors at their monthly events. I highly recommend Altis

Best Community in DownTown Tampa

Randi and Ashlynn were so helpful during the move in process. They made the process so easy. The building is very clean, I see the cleaners here all day everyday. Maintenance is quick to respond when we submit a maintenance issue, and are always polite. We love the sauna and events. Definitely will be renewing.
