If you want to live the College dorm life this is the place for you. Loud at night and on the weekends. Want to enjoy the roof top and watch the sunset... roof closes at 6 so nope. Work Monday - Friday no gym for you since its only open from 9am-6pm. Those hours work great for College students. Also none of the amenities are open currently. The Stairwells are littered with trash that has not been picked up. Not sure why anyone would want to pay 2k a month and live in a sub par place.

We have been a part of the community for one week. We have had a great experience so far. The front office staff has been wonderful. We love our unit (minus the size of the bedroom closet), kitchen and view. The parking deck has too many reserved and compact spots, in my opinion.

The process had started on a good not, but then I feel like we were provided a lot of incorrect and wrong information. The building needs a lot of cleaning and replacement. Specifically the doors to the apartments need to be replaced. The hallways need to be vacuumed and wiped down.

Great overall move in experience! Apartment rooms are clean and staff was friendly upon arrival. Pool is accompanied by an incredible view of Tampa and the water! Though construction is still present, the workers are respectful and do not cause much noise at all. Overall recommend this place!

Very nice staff very professsional Randi Bergman was super ! Pedro Lassalle also very helpful I hope my son and his roommates will have a great experience living at altis ! We hope to visit soon and hopefully all the amenities will be available soon to enjoy living at altis

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Moving in was easy and painless. Fellow residents are friendly as well. Clean apartment when moving in and I loves hay the community offers. Great location as far as communizing you and from work. Any question i had was answered in a professional and timely manner

So good so far! Love the staff. Apartment is brand new and gorgeous. Actually surprisingly spacious. The amenities are the selling point! High end. I love the pool and the massive gym. I hope the steam room opens up soo .

I am upset because the balcony holds the rain water because the pitch in concrete is wrong. I have been living in apt 604 for 3 months now and the problem is NOT corrected I can't go into balcony after rain because it has 2 " of water that doesn't drain In this respect your customer service is BAD

If i knew what i would be dealing with before i signed my lease i would've stayed very far away from this place. It has but nothing but a headache and stress due to the staff and their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. For days on end I have tried calling and emailing staff regarding issues and no one has answered me. No one is ever working in the lobby either. They also have broken key fobs therefor i can not access the elevators and I asked them to fix it a week ago. If you are considering living here stay far far away.

Nice clean contemporary building with many amenities, which is also reflected in asking price. Nice kitchen, patio area, neat ceilings, nice brand new appliances, only item lacking in appliances was refrigerator did not include water capability.

I have lived here for a month and I am ready to leave. The front staff isn't very welcoming, and they do not seem to generally want people bothering them. This is conveniently located downtown, but so are the other 20 apartments around. They have been promising the amenities would be finished soon, but it seems like a bucket of lies. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I've been treated horribly since day one.. They even towed my car while parked in RESIDENT PARKING and told me my car wasn't registered yet I had my PARKING DECAL hanging and my GATE PASS ON MY WINDOW. they have no heart and could care less about their residents. Not only that but you can't even sit on your balcony and have a conversation too loud or your neighbors will complain and take videos of you then you will receive a letter from the apt. Complex's lawyers. I pay 2,000 a month rent and don't even feel like I can actually LIVE here without walking on egg shells. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Management is what makes a building, and the staff here is outstanding . This is being written during quarantine, with many of the incredible amenities (gym, bowling, rooftop pool) not accessible. Looking forward to utilizing more of what Altis has to offer.

Great building and amazing staff. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities will likely be just as advertised. The location cannot be bear as well. All in all, this is a great property that seems well run and by nice people.

The move-in process was so smooth and painless. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating, the actual unit itself is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well maintained. It's nice to live somewhere with other young adults and professionals. Highly recommend!!

waited 6 months to move into apartment and was promised more than got, appliances aren't top line, front desk often unfriendly or bothered to help, not allowed to park on second floor of garage due to it being used for amenities yet the amenities aren't even finished yet.
