I submitted four maintenance requests and they were all done by the very next day. Not only were they taken care of but it was done with high attention to detail! Couldn’t be happier how it turned out and kudos to the maintence team for a job well done.

[Incentivized Review] The staff here is amazing with helping get moved in. As an international student studying in Tampa the process was a little more difficult but they were there every step of the way. I love my apartment and all the neighbors are so sweet and you can’t forget the amenities . 100% recommend considering Society Westshore for your next move.

I have had my car broken into 3 times in less than a year, had termites and mold, had to have most of my appliances replaced. My AC also goes out about every 3 months. My AC was out for 5 days over Christmas and management did not seem to care. Maintenance has told me to go to Walmart to purchase items that they are supposed to provide. Many doors are broken. The garage gate is almost always open. Any form of security does not work. I have packages stolen almost weekly. Stairwells are covered in dog poop and pee. Common areas lack toilet paper and items to properly use amenities (tvs without remotes, pool table but no cues, -------- without -------- bags, ac set very high). Overall I pay too much to have this many issues and management does not care.

Unsafe Living Conditions, Dismissive Management, and Months of Ignored W
I've lived at Society Westshore under RAM Management since June 2025. Since at least September, the main entry doors to Building 2 have been unlocked and unsecured. Because of this, a physically and verbally aggressive homeless man has repeatedly accessed the property and used resident amenities. I first saw him sleeping in the pool area on September 13, contacted the Sheriff and reported him on September 16, and followed up with more photos on September 19 and 23. Management didn't respond. On October 31, the same man was found sleeping in the restroom. On November 3, he confronted me in the gym, and I had to run out with two other residents. On November 11, another resident after I warned her RO locked herself inside the gym for safety when he appeared again. Minutes after I left, he started banging on the door and yelling for her to let him in, forcing her to call the Sheriff out of fear. When I met with the manager, Kelly, her tone was condescending and unprofessional. Her first defense was that the lease doesn't guarantee our safety She told us there was nothing they could do, that we should take a break from the gym, and that she wouldn't recommend going back until Friday. She sarcastically said she'd personally go down there every night and sit there for hours to make sure the man doesn't go there, then leaned back saying, "I will, I will, yea absolutely for sure." It was offensive and tone-deaf. She later said there's only so much they can do at the mercy of the vendors and they have no liability because they're taking steps to fix it. When asked for upper management contact info, she said she didn't have it and eventually gave only a generic number. She never followed through on her word to respond to my emails. Their final fix was locking the door that's been broken for months, even though Kelly herself said that makes the building not fire-code compliant. So residents are still unsafe and now the building itself is a safety hazard. This situation has been traumatic and has affected at least five other residents. I've documented everything i've stated here. I don't recommend living here, and I strongly urge RAM Management to reevaluate their approach to resident safety, response times, professionalism, and who they hire to lead their communities.

I have been living here for a year and a half and wanted to highlight a few points. Pros: Management resolves issues quickly. Eleonora from the leasing office always tries to help if I have problems, it is a pleasure to deal with her. Cons: Garbage collection conditions are a constant problem - I have to pay for this service every month, and worry if I took the bucket on time - because you issue a fine. I have paid several fines, as the garbage company does not always collect the garbage on the specified schedule, and I can already sleep at that time. None of the communities I have lived in had this.

Run, don’t walk, away from Society Westshore
Society Westshore Review ????? Living at Society Westshore has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. Here are just a few reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone: Garbage and Valet Trash Charges: There’s often trash left on balconies, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Valet trash service charges you if you don’t bring your trash can in by 9 AM, even if you’re out of town or unable to do so. Meanwhile, they frequently skip trash pick-up on their designated days without informing residents. It’s a one-sided system that benefits them, not you. Pet Waste Everywhere: The sidewalks and designated pet areas are littered with dog feces because many residents don’t bother to clean up after their pets. Management doesn’t enforce accountability, so the issue persists. It’s disgusting, smells terrible and makes walking around the property unpleasant. High Humidity Issues and Mold: The humidity levels in the apartments are terrible. Any opened food—crackers, chips, cookies—becomes stale within two days. The lack of proper ventilation or dehumidification is unacceptable for the rent they charge. Additionally, black mold has been a serious issue for some residents. While I personally haven’t experienced it, I know other residents who have. Management is fully aware of the problem but refuses to address it, leaving tenants to deal with unsafe and unhealthy living conditions on their own. Crime and Safety Concerns: Safety was a major factor in choosing this apartment, but it has been the opposite of what was promised. While all doors around the complex are supposed to have automatic locking systems requiring a key fob for access, many of these locks are broken. When I moved in, I was told the door to my building was being repaired, but 10 months later, it’s still not fixed. Combine this with frequent crime in the parking garage, and it’s clear that management doesn’t prioritize resident safety. Cheap Renovations: The apartments look nice at first glance, but the quality is subpar. They use the cheapest labor and materials to update the units. My flooring (LVT) is already coming up in multiple areas, and there are black glue marks all over, making the floors look dirty no matter how much I clean. Nonexistent Communication: Communication from staff is severely lacking. They don’t notify residents of important issues or updates and are unresponsive to concerns. Overall, Society Westshore is overpriced for the poor quality of living it provides. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a better-maintained, more organized, and safer place to live.

Maintenance guys are the best
Ivan and Jose are excellent at their job. Nice guys as well. I’ve had a few maintenance issues since living here and Ivan has been quick and done a great job fixing them all. For such a large complex and limited staff, these two guys keep it running. Give them a raise.

Worst mistake of my life.
Do NOT believe the hype on this place. It is the ABSOLUTE WORST. If I could give less than 1 star Do NOT live here... UNLESS you like car burglaries - in a parking lot where the garage doors are broken for months in the up position. Expensive cars too. Walls so paper thin you can hear your neighbor sneeze, seriously. Non-working security doors, fire doors and call boxes. (You will have to leave your apt to let everyone in from DoorDash to Publix). To be fair, the doors and call box work for about 3-5 days and then theyre broken for weeks. WEEKS. Its maddening. Oh yeah, then theres the homeless/unhoused individuals that gain entry from the broken doors to the pool and parking areas to sleep, use the bathrooms to wash, etc. Not comforting. There is ZERO security. Last but not least theres the puddles of dog urine in the elevators, dog feces in hallways and stairwells and the unruly neighbors who will refuse to adhere to the quiet hours which is a running joke. Almost forgot the Air BnBers pulling up EVERY weekend in someone's vacated apartment. (wish Id have thought of that one). And management could care LESS. At all. Make sure to call them blocked, because if they recognize your number youre history. But hey, if you like the lifestyle then its there for ya! Good luck. One of the worst mistakes of my life. Any good ratings HAVE to be from managements relatives or friends. And the pools AINT heated, no matter what they tell you.

It's a beautiful apartment with great amenities. However, nothing is kept up to date. The hallways are disgusting, lights are out, garage never works, it smells like dog pee in all the stairwells and anywhere you walk around the building. This place could be amazing but management needs to step up because it's way overpriced right now

The apartments are false advertised as luxury apartments. It took 3 weeks for them to fix my dryer. I had to dry my washed clothes on different people's house for 3 weeks. I was told by the front desk girl Stephany multiple times that they will fix the dryer bc "I just moved in". (Not sure if that meant that if I was to have lived there for longer, I would have not gotten my drier fixed??) The complex hallways and walking around the complex smells like dog poop and urine The gym is extremely small for a "luxury" apartment. So many machines are missing and the treadmills are not safe due that the handles move if you try to hold it while running. My apartment has mold, my shoes and clothes have mold, the maintenance did not even have a humid director to check the apartment. In the communal area, The printer doesn't work, the TV's have no remotes, printer never has paper. The hanging chairs pillows are very dirty, they look like they haven't been washed in years. The doors by the garage are always unlocked which gives access to anyone to walk inside the building My packages have been stolen multiple times

The apartment is pretty, modern, has the bells and whistles. The apartment also I neglected by the office employees, your packages will be stolen due to a system that causes packages to be laid out in the middle of the garage, everything will break in your apartment but it's too hard to call maintenance as they will take 5-12 days to respond and they will barge in unannounced, the parking garage is a mess with people driving at high speeds, they make it difficult for any sort of guest parking, and I want to reempahsis the front office negligence and bad attitudes towards the residents.

My experience has been horrible from day one. I was woken up to a party of about 25 people at 5am at the pool and this continued to happen until I was able to move my unit. Once moved into my new unit my balcony door did not lock I had no drain in my bath tub, my ice and water did not work in my fridge and my dish washer was broken. These issues did not get fixed until 2-3 months after I moved in and had to create multiple maintenance requests since they kept being marked completed when they had not been.

Heads up about this place.
Heads up about this place. two-year resident two-year residents here in Society Westshore, Tampa FL. 1. Materials are cheap and bound to break, maintenance takes forever to come upon request. 2. ----(poop) all over the place, including down the hallway, elevator, and dog park. 3. No camera system, so you better keep an eye on your car. 4. Poor staff, I called the office 2 to 3 times and no one picked up. Went to the office and about 2 to 4 associates just hanging around. 5. Poor service quality, when you lose an item, they will not go above and beyond. 6. No need for RFID keys, because some of the doors are not locked so anyone can come in. 7. The trash room is always full. 8. They send out renewals very early, an aggressive way to close your deal. (Don't fall for this, there are plenty of better deals with better service out there). 9. The AC unit breaks down all the time and Alarms go off all the time. 10. Pest, I highly doubt they spray around the building causing flea infestations. 11. Walls are thin and easily able to hear other tenants. 12. Very demanding with policies but will not serve you the same way the other way around. 13. The garage gate breaks down all the time. 14. Mail packages get thrown around, and lack space and organization. You would think an apartment in Tampa close to International would have great quality service and features. Do not be fooled, but go ahead if you would like to give it a try.

Not the worth the money. Location is great, but the people who live in this building are not considerate and neither is management. They are not very helpful or responsive when I've reached out. The upkeep of the apartment is not bad - it is a beautiful building. Unfortunately, rowdy people trash it most weekends and don't know how to properly dispose of their trash even though we have valet trash pickup and management sends weekly reminders. The parking garage is very tight and again, neighbors are not considerate when taking up space and/or driving a normal speed limit. The apartment looks great, but I've had almost every appliance break since I've moved in and they're slow to come and resolve - sometimes I just fix myself because it seems easier. I love my unit specifically, but have complaints about pretty much everything else. They've also jacked up the price significantly since I've moved in, which is happening everywhere, but management and neighbors have not changed or gotten worse, so it's quite literally not worth it.

The fire alarms are pulled quite frequently as "pranks" and the front office has not taken measures to fix it. The front office is hit or miss when responding to issues concerning its residents. Luxury prices to not always mean luxury living.

Pros and Cons
Pros: location, close to highways and airport, kind of in the middle of everything. Units are nice and updated. Cons: Garbage tends to overflow. Access doors are rarely secure and often broken. Dog droppings frequently on sidewalks. You hear alll of your neighbors. I would not recommend if you're a light sleeper. Also, dont trust all of the reviews, they do raffles for people that leave 5 star reviews.

The picture shows you everything you need to know. Zero security, cars being broken into, packages stolen, & doors to enter the complex are broken so they can never lock or close fully. In short anyone off the street has unrestricted access to your cars & unit, so things like this happen. On top this, there is dog poop & garbage EVERYWHERE around the apartment. The leasing office refuses to address these issues, so nothing will ever change.
