Great place to live, has a bunch of amenities including two pools. Great view of the downtown and westshore area, as well as an spacious apartment. Will be renewing next year just because this is probably one of the best places around.

Overall excellent. The disappointments and is not the community by itself is the people living on it. I own small dog and I clean up after them, but beautifully unrespectfuly some of our neighbors don't do the same. And when you walking your dogs a log of waste is seen on the grass and judging by the same normally should be big dogs. Besides also some of the neighbors should learn how to decrease noise or avoid fight at late nite. Ain't cool to wake up at midnight because the upstairs neighbor is vacuum the house at that time when they apparently don't work. Because you can always here noise 24/7. Just be conscious about the rest. Besides that most neighbors very friendly and nice area. Close to everything in town. Love the place

Society Westshore may be one of the worst places to live around the International Mall. Very cheap material has been used throughout with glamorous cosmetics! Paper thin walls, low-quality floors (look like wood-grained linoleum), C-grade cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, and very cheap hardware. One may not notice all this on an initial walk-thru, but once you start living here, you see everything. One of the 3 treadmills in the gym has been out of order for weeks, and recently the second one stopped working! Every parking spot close to the stairs or elevators on all floors has now been designated as "Reserved" demanding more money over and above the already high rents for tiny apartments! And a few days ago I slipped and fell in the room next to the smaller pool. There was a puddle of water there, hard to notice on a sky-blue floor. There was no mat to absorb water or any floor drain and no one there to mop the water. I have videos of almost a bucket full of water on the floor. I was taken to the ER at Tampa General and have stitches on my forehead and muscle injury on one of my arms. The doctor said I will have that scar on my face forever! I cannot wait to get out of this nasty place.

Beautiful apartment complex. Lived here for 2 years now, and we love it. The pool area is amazing. Staff is friendly. Dog park is kept well, and neighbors are nice. We would recommend this community to others.

Love that the parking is on the same floor as my apartment. Love the doggo community as well. The office staff is very nice and friendly. The pool area & gym area are kept so clean. The mailing room/ package lockers are amazing.

My time at Society of WestShore has been a matter of weeks but I can provide an accurate and unbiased review of my personal experience, along with that of my roommate’s as well. We cannot attest to the experience of others. The buildings and units are great and currently are a good bang-for-the-buck. Most of the residents are classy and professional but about 15% are trash and low-class... and we are still wondering how they afford to live here or why they choose to. The trashy ones seem to invite all of their trash friends who don’t live here to enjoy the buildings ammenities, and none of them seem to respect it either. Slightly annoying. The current front office staff could use some work with professionalism, manners, General courtesies, and above all they need to work on their performance and production. I have stepped into the office several times to not even be greeted and I am the one who must force them to acknowledge my presence when I tell them “good morning” etc. I have called, received no answer, left voicemails and all that jazz just to have them act like I never called and requested to be contacted. Looks like email is the way to catch them and force their hand. Very sad. Buyer beware the unit above you — if they like to stop around or bang stuff you are going to hear it for sure. If they have a pet who barks you’re also going to hear that, and things of this continuous nature could limit your sleep during the night. Otherwise you are going to be fine. It is a luck of the draw. Otherwise this is a pretty good community with mostly great residents. Build quality is high and parking is not an issue. Maintenance team is full of crack-team individuals who get the job done right, and do so the first time. The logistics of ordering a service to your unit is easy and painless. Paying rent is effortless and online. I am mostly happy living here but there are some areas that could use some serious improvement. We are currently undecided whether this property is worth a renewal next year or if we should look elsewhere where these issues do not exist.

Society Westshore is a wonderful place to live. The people we have met that live here are very kind and social. The staff are also very pleasant and the maintenance staff are quick professional and kind. However, we can hear our neighbors above us which can get annoying sometimes.

I've never had a bad experience living here so far. The staff is great and helpful. All features are at par with the neighborhood.! Love the location, everything is less than a mile away, the airport, the mall wonderful restaurants :)

Living here has been absolute hell. The apartment itself is built terribly; I can hear my neighbors talk, sing, turn on lights, go to the BATHROOM, etc. The community is grossly inconsiderate; no one cleans up after themselves, people are loud at all hours of the night. The parking garage is a nightmare; small spaces and people who, for the life of them, do not know how to park or not ding people's cars. I have had problems with my upstairs neighbors being horrifically obnoxious, and although management claimed to have handled it, no improvements have been made for the 9 months that I have lived here. I can't wait to move out.

Had the construction been better, maybe my impression of Crescent and Greystar would have been better. I love living at Crescent Westshore! Nothing beats the convenience to everything Tampa has to offer and I love the gorgeous amenities! It feels like home. It's trendy. The pools on property feel like being on vacatiom. The gym Is stacked. The summer kitchen is great to invite people over. The lockers for large mail packages are a bonus. The lounge areas are great to unwind in. The conference room feels like a work office away from work. I toured other apartments in the Westshore area and nothing else compares. Pet friendly!

Crescent Westshore is a breath of fresh air compared to other apartments- the rent is a bit higher than competitors but well worth it. The amenities are stunning, the grounds are well kept and beautiful and the apartments themselves are gorgeous. The staff has all been helpful and attentive. After seeing and living in other apartments in the Tampa area, this is way beyond the quality of any others and I could not be happier to live here!

Love living here. The people are awesome, management and maintenance is ontop of everything. The kitchens are beautiful, all new appliances, huge walk in closets, good size rooms and bathrooms. The only complaint I have is the noise factor from other apartments but that's apartment living. Will definitely resign my lease here. They actually care about you as a resident.

Best apartment community in tampa bay area. Love the pool area. Club house is amazing. Just SUPERB !! Ill recommend everyone thinking to move in this area. There few more apartments nearby but the crescent westshore is the best.
