Interior unit problems commenced immediately upon moving in. Fleas, ants, palmetto bugs, broken appliances, cracked window, leaking toilet, etc....It has been a horrible way to start off my 15 month lease at Society Westshore. Management has worked with me to solve these issues which should have been handled upfront. The reimbursement of $180 is nominal and not anywhere close to a fair amount for what I've been through. The property's location is great and common area amenities are competitive for the area.

This community is amazing. The property manager and office staff are so kind and helpful. The maintenance team works fast and diligently to make sure things are fixed. I highly recommend this community to anyone!

When I first moved in things were kept clean and addressed in a timely manner. Overall the last year the property and staff have significantly decreased in their helpfulness and value. I would highly recommended paying more to stay elsewhere where youre treated like more than a rent payment.

i do not have that much to say about society westshore. it is not that special. it is nothing great, nothing horrible either. it is an okay place to live. solid location, not a great area to go for long walks.

Its a beautiful place with great location, I just wish it was quieter with less young kids who want to party and I wish the gates werent so loud when opening and closing, there should also be a time where the gym closes since I live above it and its loud

Overall, the staff is very accommodating and will assist in whatever you may need in a timely manner. The location is perfect and close to everything. The amenities are well kept along with the grounds of the apartment.

Its a great community but maintenance sucks. I love the security here, its quiet, everyone in the leasing office is so sweet but when I submitted a work order, it took them 5 days to do it and I dont notice a difference in the issue at all

Overall good experience living here (1 major instance of flooding from the apartment above me-but no longer an issue). Neighbor to my right side (share wall with) is a major smoker- stinks up the entire hallway area from the parking garage to her door. There also seems like she is in a volatile relationship (frequent screaming, broken glass heard through the wall and down the hallway). These are reasons why I rated noise & maintenance lower.

Fun and inviting community and ability to walk around and feel welcome and in place at all times while on and around the complex. The surrounding areas are fun a good restaurants that allow for socialization and meeting new people and trying new things.

It is loud. Theres a roach stuck in my oven, where the numbers appear. The neighbors are loud. The parking lot smells like dog pee. The management doesnt do a good job following up with maintenance. Trash in garage. The gates are never closed in the garage. They took away all visitor parking in garage and now charge for visitor parking in garage and added way more reserved spots so if u want a good spot youll have to pay. I moved in on a discounted rate due to Covid and my rent was raised $600 upon renewal.

Outstanding location with superior apartments. Staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. Location is superior; across from the International mall. Facility and grounds are well appointed and maintained although there is occasional some pet urine smell in the hallways. Noise in the apartments is a bit loud (road noise and other apartments), but we are transitioning from suburban living in an independent house which is obviously quite a different circumstance. We are exploring ambient noise apps to help reduce the impact when sleeping.

It would be nice to see the garage a little more cleaner and free of any trash on the ground. Have the cleaning team hit the garage a few times a week would help. Other than that everything is clean in my eyes.

Its fine. Definitely have seen and lived in better places. Overall not bad besides cleanliness issues ie. the dog poop inside the stair ways and broken glass all over the road. Cant say I would want to live here longer than I already have to.

Overall speaking, I had pretty good experience living here, the maintenance team and staffs at the leasing office are super professional. But I have to say, the floor of the building is really thin, and the window doesnt isolate any noise outside. I am always able to hear what my neighbors are talking and know when the garbage truck come early in the morning.

The office staff provide great customer service. The maintenance team is the best! I just don't like the unlocked, non-secured doors. This is out of the staff's control. They get the doors fixed and the tenants ensure they don't have to use the 'pod' thingy. It's awful. They don't adhere to the garbage 'drops' rooms etc. I'm extremely grateful that I don't live on the first floor.

Ive been living here since the middle of February and i love it. I have no cpmplaints really. The only thing that I wish was different is that the club house and common areas close at 10pm and sometimes i wish it was a little bit later.

Good location, excellent customer service. They are very receptive and willing to assist when you need them. Good experience overall. I would recommend Society West shore to my family and friends if they need a good place to live.

Hard to park, loud, pool is crowded etc. I decided to move closer to where I work downtown and wouldn’t move back because of the traffic in the area making it loud and this place is hard to park in the garage.

Overall a great place to live! Close to many of things I like to do in my time off and very close to work. The upkeep of the pool is amazing. The gym is great. It is a nice quiet place to live. Looking forward to another year here!

I was a resident at Society Westshore for 30 months, over 2x15 month leases. I enjoyed everything about this complex. The attention to detail is apparent from the high-quality cabinets (hidden hinges with soft-close), stainless steel appliances, the two large saltwater pools, dog park with dog washing station, etc., Even the toilet seats are soft close. The location is very safe and near everything you may possibly need. I would always leave my vehicle unlocked and my front door as it was never a concern. If you need to buy a car, do groceries, take a flight, go to a lightning game, go to the beach, literally everything is nearby. The area is more affluent than other parts of Tampa which is a major plus. I regret ever leaving this complex and only left because they did not have availability that matched my moving schedule. The complex is also very dog friendly The staff was always helpful and professional. I never had any issues. I will deduct points in the close quarters of the parking garage but this only becomes an issue when residents do not park correctly or speed within the garage. I will also deduct points in cleanliness in some portions but again, this is due to residents leaving trash around. This could be fixed by adding more trash cans around the complex. Overall, a great complex.

The worst experience ever. Load cars in the garage dogs wast all over the place specially in the stair cases. Noise in the pool area thin walls where you hear everything going on next you. The tenant above you stumping their feet so hard, if you are a sleep you will be woken. Dogs left alone in the apartment barks constantly till they return.

I think society westshore is a good place to live. its easy to navigate through, the staff is very nice, the amenities are good, the parking isnt too bad, the set up for floor plans are nice. there are some bugs problems occasionally.

Modern, great location, good value with excellent urban feel. Young professionals. Restaurants within walking distance. Two salt water pools. Excellent common areas. Convenient parking. Convenient mail/deliveries/trash disposal. Not many add-on charges. Very comfortable apartment complex.
