I am happy with my overall experience here. My only suggestion would be to focus on upkeep and cleanliness of common areas, especially the hallways, as many walls have chips or dings and the carpets could be cleaned more regularly.

Dirty, no security, doors always broken, dog urine and crap everywhere, roaches, stairwell smells and covered with dog hair. Constant floods in the hallways, which leaves file odors from the unclean carpets. When carpet is wet you can smell every dog that urinated the past few years. This is a dog hotel, with inconsiderate people that walk with their dogs off the leash even when management states they will issue a $50.00 fine. The people don't care and still do

I love living here, its a great place to live, the staff is wonderful & the Maintenance Team is Excellent, when ever, Ive had to call them with an issue, they respond quickly. I have no complaints. The Maintenance Manager is very professional & proficient!

We moved to this complex to be closer to work. We love the staff, and the amenities. However, there is not a lot of compliance coming from many of the other residents. Mainly with not picking up after their dogs, and speeding on the grounds. There have been a few times where even though we walk close to the side and out of the way through the parking garage, we have almost been hit a few times by oncoming cars speeding through and not paying attention. We like the location, and again, the staff In the office/maintenance/housekeeping is fantastic. I would recommend this place to a younger crowd looking to be on their own for the first time or just out of college. But, probably not recommend for those looking to retire, or have a family with young children here.

I have a month since I first moved in and I honestly cant wait to move out. Staff is amazing and friendly and help tons. Maintenance is as usual, they seem very lazy and rather do work on the easy way out instead of actually solving the problem or issue. Sadly, I dont feel satisfied here due to several issues on my apartment specifically. It was not move-in ready at all. Ive had to play handy mandy y fix several issue myself besides several appliances inside my apartment are somewhat damaged and seem like they couldnt even bother to check and change them from the previous resident.

the community isnt taken care of properly and lacks a sense of management. The pool area is the worst with the broken furniture and bad landscaping. Rules of the lease arent followed by a majority of the residents.

Overall, I really love Society Westshore and the community really makes me feel at home, which is important considering I just moved by myself 20 hours away from my home state. Society Westshore has great amenities and the location is even better! It takes me minutes to get just about anywhere I need to go!

People are so friendly here! My pup and I moved in this month and have already met many new friends at the dog park. The amenities are great. My apartments appliances, appearance, high ceilings, big closet, and natural lighting have me in love! Definitely feels like my dream apartment Ive always wanted. The location is amazing as well. Its quiet, not a lot of traffic, but a 5 minute drive from so many places! Definitely excited to live here. I also want to add that as a single young woman I feel very safe here. That was definitely one of my top priorities when moving to this new city! Also, I have to say they have a great parking situation as well. They have enough room for guests and residents. So many apartments forget to plan for that, and this one definitely raised the bar!

I have lived in this community since it first opened in 2016, it was gorgeous. Well built and was well maintained for the first 2 years. Management has changed at least 3-4 times since i moved in and each time things have progressively gotten worse. I have a dog and if you want to walk your dog around the property be prepared to watch where you step- even on the sidewalks. No one picks up after their pets and the dog parks are disgusting. Covered in dog droppings every day of the week. The security of the building is non-existent. Almost all of the exterior doors to the complex are broken and the doors don't close properly. Makes the access control a waste of time as anyone can get into all 3 buildings quite easily. In addition to this the gate to the parking garage has been broken for months at a time- basically all of COVID at this point and parking in the garage has become a nightmare. There is also no access control to the doors once you're in the garage so again- this defeats the purpose. In my 4 years of living here i've never once had an issue parking on the 4th floor of the garage, but because of so many guests are now parking in the garage it has become a huge problem. Also not to mention the large number of cars that i've noticed haven't moved spots in over 4 months and are clearly covered in dust and spider webs at this point. I can also agree with the comments about smokers. The hallways smell like cigarettes and weed and i'm not able to sit on my balcony without smelling smoke. Basically the bottom line is management doesn't upkeep or enforce anything at this point, i have complained about the garage and smoke on many occasions. While i did love living here for a while and the inside of my unit is very nice since i'm the only one thats lived in it so far, its no longer worth the expense and frustration and i will not be staying.

The amenities are great, but security and safety needs improvement. The gates and entrances to the community are not working and they are kept open by duct tape. The maintenance team is quick and attentive to any in-home needs.

I absolutely love the layout of my unit. Modern everything. Maintance staff is awesome, Alberto and Perdro. Any noteworthy concerns you can take to the new property manager. She cares and resolves it. It did take some serious adjustment due to the previous property manager. Day VS night.

When I moved in I was almost shocked at how clean my apartment was. It looked as if no one's ever even lived there before. The unit (A8) itself is extremely spacious, has an awesome balcony, and has new appliances. So far, I've been extremely happy with my experience living at Society Westshore.

I love living here however the walls are razor thin, my upstairs neighbors walk loudly, owners walk their dogs off leash and don't pick up after them, most of the entrance fobs don't work, and my car has so many dings from the tight and small spaces. It would be nice for the community to place SEVERAL speed bumps around the building and in the garage. I like the fixtures of my apartment and I love the maintenance staff. But the "running" of this property needs work. There are people that smoke cigarettes and pot and have loud parties. For the price you pay it shouldn't be this way.

While I overall like my apartment here, there are issues. They are very noisy but also to be expected since they are made cheaply. They have issues keeping the locks on the doors working properly and most have to be propped open with a rock... the hallways are dirty, the garage is hard to find space... The apartments are laid out nicely and have thoughtful touches like a trash cabinet with a drawer, extra outlets, USB plugs etc. the location is good.

Apartments in Tampa are expensive. These are in that model but unlike a lot of others I feel like I actually get what I'm paying for. Since the management change things have improved a great deal. I'm worried about potential rent raises.

So far it has been a great experience. The community seems nice. Appliances and apartment features are modern. It would be nice if the pool and outdoor chairs were cleaner. The gym is very nice. The staff have been more than helpful throughout the entire process
