Get ready for Trash. Literally, on every floor of every garage, piles and piles of trash. You might occasionally mistake your residence for a landfill, and no it will not be cleaned up for weeks, and no the trash chutes aren’t empty. They’re full to the brim. All the way to the top floor, and so are the rooms they’re located in. Fire hazards? Check. High prices? Yes. Usable amenities? Yes, but with extra steps and usually covered in my old wet butts from joints and white cow cans. If you’re a fan of litter, a ridiculously tight Parking garage, high prices, and noises neighbors then this is the place for you! I’ve lived in 3 different models since society opened and they continue to disappoint. Good luck if you swindled out of your $. Stay blessed

    Apartment is poorly maintained. Stuff breaks all the time. Our garage gate has busted four times in the last week. We’ve had mold in our apartment. Maintenance regularly says they will fix things and then just never returns. Most recently, they ensured us they’d be back within 24 hours to paint our ceiling after cutting it open to remove mold (which they denied existed in one of the many circumstances we’ve had it). The ceiling remains unpainted now almost two weeks later. Also, our dryer remains barely operational almost 6 months since our first work order request to fix it. There’s a laundry list of complaints I could lay out, but I don’t have the energy. The point is, I am not a person to leave reviews (maybe 3 all time), but this place is so poorly run, and issues are so poorly resolved, it deserves to be called out for being as bad as it is.

      No thanks - it will not be positive. Noise levels are terrible. No one has any respect for “quiet hours.” People use the parking garage like it’s a race track. Rent is absolutely outrageous. Only good thing about this property is the location.

        The front office you have to call them over and over if you need something done in your apartment and constantly call them throughout the week because they won’t get it done unless you literally bug them about it

          Very positive and great atmosphere. Neighbors and folks in the building are all very kind and pleasant. Have not had a bad experience so far. I love the fact that I am across the street from my job and have grocery and shopping and entertainment and food all around the apartment area.

            I’m very unsatisfied with my overall maintenance experience. Work orders take months to respond to - upon move in my toilet was broken and various items have continued to break. The safety of this community is my number one concern for myself and my personal property. The garage is left open over 90% of the time, the gates never work, building doors are ALWAYS open. This poses a great safety risk, especially to young women living in this complex. The garage is the most dangerously put together parking garage I have ever seen. There are HUGE blind spots and people drive like idiots. There is absolutely NO MONITORING done and zero surveillance. Mt car and another car were hit months ago accumulating $4000 in damages and nothing was done and the communication was terrible. Cars are hit, damaged, and dented almost daily in this apartment and there is zero liability. IT IS AWFUL

              Maintenance closes requests after me waiting for a month without completing the work or even contacting me. Community spaces are dirty and are not maintained properly. The gym equipment is missing. I’m also concerned about my safety. There are no security cameras in common spaces with an exemption to the club space. I had an incident at the parking garage when somebody hit my car and left and two incidents when someone was shooting at me and my guests with a paintball gun from the roof and parking garage.

                My experience has been terrible I’ve been living in these apartments for over four months and I’ve had mold for three out of the 4-5 months. Still have mold. Manager is unprofessional and unwilling to help his residence when contacted multiple times. Maintenance chooses to not fix the work orders that were sent or requested of them to fix “4 orders so farâ€�. They take months before they even acknowledge you or any problem you’ve had within the unit.

                    The maintenance team that visited our apartment on 18 August 2022 was terrific. The gentlemen were PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMEN, immaculate groomed and uniformed. They introduced themselves, state why they were visiting, and asked if they could come in. They were efficient and clearly knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They completed the work, briefed us on what was done, demonstrated that the dryer was now working perfectly. They cleaned up the area, and departed. They were textbook standards for what an organization would want the world to see and understand about the high quality of its maintenance personnel and program.

                      Very nice staff. I asked maintenance to call prior to servicing my work order they did not. There was no prior notification of when they might be coming to fix my issue. It was done days later with no notification or call that the service was request was still operational. This was mystifying. They did enter the dwelling unit in my absence, which is fine but I asked for PRIOR NOTIFICATION. Which gives the impression that there is absolutely no expectation of privacy. Parking lots are trashed. Garbage chutes are trashed. Stairway have dried up vomit and dog feces. Hallway carpets are stained and need regular vacuuming and cleaning. Interior of apartments and pool area no complaint. EXCEPT frequently the pool water recycling filter doesn’t work and debris in the pool.

                        A car was stolen out of the parking garage last night. Not just broken into, the entire car was taken. The leasing office is going to make up some excuse of why this isn’t their problem instead of actually doing something to address the glaring security issue.

                            Society Westshore is a great place to live for working professionals that need to commute nearby, or even people like myself that work from home 100% of the time, the various common spaced make it ideal to get up and go to a different spot for a call. The amenities are beautiful and you even have a covered parking garage which is a nice to have in the Florida heat in the summer. The mall is across the street and some of the best restaurants in Tampa are a 5 min drive, you cant complain with this place.

                                The community has the potential to be very nice, however they do not take care of their amenities. They also did not make sure our apartment was move in ready.                                     This place is beautiful location and has potential to be great place to live but the management may be the worst i ever seen, the hallways smell like pee and carpet hasn’t been changed in years, they decided to raise my rent 700 dollars after a year yet not one thing has been improved and i have had broken washer for 4 months and they send someone to fix it and it never works then instead of changing it out they keep changing part that isn’t the problem

                                      Great Place/Community to Live and Be a Part of

                                      I moved into Society a year ago, and I'm sad to leave due to my office location change. The location and amenities are amazing. Super close to the airport and walking distance to Raymond James and The International Mall. However, the best part of this complex is the staff. Bonita Page is not only an amazing and understanding manager, but an unbelievably fair and caring person. Every other person on the staff has been incredibly kind and easy to work with. Ivan on maintenance is the absolute jam. I always appreciated the sense of community living here. I had some unfortunate breaks that ultimately caused me to have worry over my safety for a month or two; and I don't know how I would have handled it were it not for the camaraderie and understanding of the staff at Society. Highly recommend

                                        I'm utterly disappointed on how the management team treat us when it comes to maintenance. We are paying the rent on time, but they are failing to provide a quality service. Dog poop are everywhere in the community. Very stinky and the management team does nothing to clean them or prevent it. They just keep putting notes on the walls about the fines. But it doesn't do anything. People are dumping their trash all over the garage and the management does nothing about it. Common doors locks are either broken and opened all the time or some of them are locked and cannot be open. I have been living in this community for 4 years but this is the worst management team I've ever seen.

                                            The place is dirty and lacking any sort of security measures. Dog poop everywhere, no one cleans up after themselves and management will not do it either so it becomes disgusting and a health concern for yourself and your pets. Parking is in tiny spaces with great risk of your car being hit.

                                              Ive been living here for three years now. Managements much better than it used to be, which is nice and maintenance staff are super nice when you see them on the grounds and they always take care of work orders quickly. Doesnt seem as though management has enforced routine hallway maintenance so carpets are dirty, smell musty and are stained from years of residents taking their pets to relieve themselves in hallways. Aside from that the community is quiet enough- when its not the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. The amenities are nice (the gym is tiny and could be way better) and the building is pretty central to lots of things to do in the area. Security wise- could definitely be better. One of the controlled access doors to my building was down for months before finally being replaced so anyone and everyone had access to the building and residents like to manually disable the garage access door from some sort of power box? thats easily accessible to anyone inside the garage so people who arent residents or dont have garage remotes can get in. Then they stay open for days or weeks at a time, again allowing anyone access to the units until its fixed.

                                                Its luxury apartments that are poorly maintained. The amenities are nice, great area. The rent has increased each year, trash has piled up in the garage, the apartments are a mix of young professionals, families and college students. The walls and floors can be thin. These apartments have potential.

                                                  Overall I have had a good experience at this apartment complex, however there are some major issues when it comes to package security and staffs response to it. I have had two packages stolen in the past month due to luxer boxes not being utilized. When I brought this up to the leasing office I was told to make police reports as if this is going to prevent it in the future. So I do not feel as though I can order online without my stuff being stolen. I have never had this issue at any other apartment and I’ve lived in 5 in the south Florida area. Other than this I have not had any issues and love my apartment but I do feel this needs to be addressed as I’m sure I’m not the only one.
