Bad communication between staff and renter. Not enough structure and consistency. I have lived at the other crescent on Bayshore, element, Skypoint, and skyhouse and this building is much noisier. The walls a much thinner and you can hear the one above you. Trash could be picked up much better. They only have dog trash ao people throw trash in it and it fills up. Would be nice to clean things out of my car. Also with the required trash pick up they are messy and trash comes out and onto the floor, usually stays in the halls. Also ant piles everywhere so my poor puppies have to watch out ??. As far as safety I heard someone tried to jump off the top floor. Nothing the building can control but scary. Someone pulled out a gun and put it on the seat of the car in front of my boyfriend by the side entrance when he asked them to pull forward. I asked the building if they had cameras pointed at the door so that I could look into the license plate but they don't. I like the area. A few great restaurants around and central to a lot. Upon move in a lot of building features were not complete. Maintenance had to come to fix things and tweak a lot. One annoying thing was the cable... They didn't even have the connection spots on the back end for spectrum so my Cable Guy spent over 3 hours in my house instead of 30, because I had nothing else to do.

I took a tour in this apartment and i was very impressed. I visited 6 different complexes in the areas and i think Crescent Amenities top them all. garage building so your car is not in the sun all day long, great security system, very nice Gym and great friendly staff. The best Amenity from my perspective was the electronic delivery notification system in the mailbox. the layout of the Apt's was pretty cool and the prices were competitive for the area. I ended up renting in a different area for now but if i consider the Westshore area this apartment will be without a question the place to live.

Crescent Westshore is a great community in an amazing location. Everyone who lives here is very nice and courteous. The staff is also very accommodating and have the best office hours in the market. The floor plans use ever bit of space to create a modern/functional apartment that feels very high-end. This place is a MUST to add to your list of apartments to tour.

The location is perfect!! Close to everything (airport, malls, grocery, nightlife). soo in love with the swimming pool view . High secured community. And the staff is amazing and personable. Definitely makes me feel 'at hom

Our experience with Crescent Westshore has been great so far. Management is always professional and pleasant and seems to be genuinely concerned about our needs. It is a nice, new, clean community and the apartments are great. Location can't be beat. Looking forward to a wonderful time living here at Crescent Westshore!

I lived in the neighborhood and had been watching and waiting for this apartment complex to build and get ready. As soon as I was able to come and have a look at the floor plans I knew this is where my home would be. The ladies at the leasing office are awesome,friendly and very helpful. I have just moved in a week ago and already feel welcome. The floor plans are great with every inch of space used very wisely. The maintainence staff are very efficient and prompt in completing the work order. All in all everything about this place is great. Can't wait for the part construction to be completed so we have more people moving in. I would highly recommend to consider this complex to move in.

I had the pleasure of taking a tour of Crescent Westshore and meeting the wonderful ladies of the leasing office. I toured the two bedroom apartment and really liked what they had to offer. After looking at the other apartments in the area I would have made Crescent Westshore my next home. At this time my job took me to Orlando but when I can come back to the Tampa market, I will be going to Crescent Westshore my next home. I felt like the ladies in the office truly cared about my needs and what I was looking for. A+ customer service all around. Because I don't live there at this time I couldn't comment on noise or the maintenance staff, so I couldn't rate it honestly.

Crescent Westshore is amazing! From the incredible management team, to the location, to the top quality furnishings and everything in between, we could not be more pleased. We recently sold our home in the Westchase area and found ourselves caught up in the rat race of trying to find a new house in a limited amount of time in what has truly become a sellers' market and we thought, let's shift our thinking and take our time, find a nice location and rent for a while. What a great decision and what a great place Crescent is. Big thank you to Beth, Emily and the entire onsite team that are so helpful, friendly and accommodating, can't thank you all enough. -Brian & Lori
