Not kept up to date, hallways are always dirty, parking properly is not enforced in garage. Garage gate always left open, staff communication is pretty decent. Definitely overpriced for what you get and for somewhere that is not upkept

So far, so good! Unfortunately, any time you have a lot of people living in a community like this, it only takes a few to do things like make a mess in common areas or break things like common area door handles, etc. Society does a pretty good job of keeping up with these repairs and cleaning, etc. although sometimes I wish they were a little more strict about it. Sometimes it's pretty obvious who the offenders are. (Such as those that put stinky garbage outside their door on days that there is no pick up). I'm pretty sure there are fines for that, but if they were getting fined, would they keep doing it? Otherwise, enough of the negative, because this place is beautiful and the people are very friendly. We haven't been here very long, but so far, we love living here!

I love the look of the apartment, especially the kitchen and the general layout - bathrooms are an ample size and lead into enormous closets for both bedrooms. The amenities are all beautiful and modern, and the location of the complex is prime. Right in the heart of the Westshore area without being too close to the main roads.

Really good! Staff is friendly and the building is comfortable. The only complaint that I have I wish could be cleaner. Sometimes the trash is not picked it up when it should and I don't know why. Since we are paying extra for this, I think it should be something better scheduled.

So far, everything has been great! Josh was so super helpful and Pedro was very nice. I love the amenities and the aesthetic of the building. The closet space is a huge bonus as well as the balcony. The location is great, too!

Society Westshore is for the most part responsive to the residents. They also provide monthly social gatherings which allows us to get to know one another as well as the staff. There are monthly social gatherings which allows the residents to mingle and as well as a chance to meet the staff.

This community has been really great! I haven't had any issues. If there is a maintenance issue (there has been few & minor in the 6 months I've been living here), the office/maintenance staff is really quick to answer all requests. It is super easy as well to use the app to put in any issues. The community is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond. People drive extremely fast in the parking garage, and sometimes the residents above us are really loud... but these are minor issues and can't be avoided when you live in an apartment community. Overall, this is a great place to live!

Nice and clean apartments in a location that works well for me. Amenities are great. You will have to pay an additional $50 per month for trash service whether you need that or not. Seems a bit much but it is what it is.

We have been here for almost two years and have been enjoying it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's events that take place such as food trucks, group training, and holiday events. Which is all nice to have living in an apartment; keeps a positive energy.

it's alright. too much dog waste on the sidewalks, broken elevators, and constant dog crying are main cons, pros are location, facilities, demographic of people, floor plan, overall luxury of apartment, no security deposit

Lovely apartment with reliable staff. maintenance is timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. The gym is convienient with the 24 hour access. I also enjiy the events that periodically occur such as catered social gatherings.

Only have lived at this community for 2 weeks and have loved the experience thus far. Staff and maintenance is super attentive. While parking spaces are a little snug, I've had better experience here in finding a spot near my apartment even after a long work day.

Horrible. I moved into this complex because I had such a good experience the first time. The apartment I moved into was disgusting. Hairs from the previous tenet everywhere, dirty floors, hairs and dirt in the tub, washer and dryer gone. It was as if they had no idea I moved in that day. I went back down to the complex and told them my apartment was not clean, they sent one of their cleaning ladies to come reclean the unit. While she did the unit I drove back to my old complex to get my things. Upon arrival, I realized she did not clean anything. I don't even believe she mopped the floors as she had said. Again, I've been in contact with the complex and have not received a proper solution.
