Several older people and families so usually no crazy college kids. The walls are super thin- I can hear my neighbor cough. Ceilings are also very thin- can hear my upstairs neighbor at all hours. The staff is very helpful and respectful. They have free events frequently with food. Our apartment is very nice and if anything is broken maintenance is very helpful. No cockroaches, had a slight ant issue and they sent an exterminator and no problems since. They do have valet trash and recycling.

Very stylish and mostly updated. Quiet. Professionally run. Dog friendly. Close to lots of top restaurants and entertainment. I've never had any issues that are not resolved immediately. Ample parking and great staff.

Love this place. Convenient, fun, modern, and great staff. I recommend this place to anyone who likes style and a friendly neighborhood. We have a good time in and out of the community. A plus is the beautiful pool and game room they have to offer.

I really enjoy this complex they do a great job taking care of it, very modern, and the location is excellent so many things near by. They are pet friendly; has a dog run. A very nice club house with a pool off of it; another nice pool with grill areas off of it.

I haven't lived here very long, but I can already tell that the people (both the residents and the complex's employees) are wonderful! Everyone is friendly and very willing to help. I'm also so impressed by how nice both the complex/its amenities and the surrounding neighborhood are!

Love the enormous closets & amounts of storage. I love the white kitchen cabinets & they soft close which is amazing. Love the farmhouse style sink & that the refrigerator has water dispenser & ice machine. Each room has a ceiling light & fan. The hallways always smell good, too.

Society Westshore is a beautiful apartment complex, both on the inside and outside. The move-in process was smooth and very user-friendly. My only word of advice would be to ensure that all apartments are throughly cleaned prior to move-in for new residents, as opposed to just cleaning the "visible areas" within eyesight.

Society Westshore was owned by Greystar in October, 2017 when my daughter and I became residents. I was proud to share my pride in the beautiful, well maintained, luxury apartment complex and competent staff with anyone who asked or would listen! Everything about the property was high class. There were two social events each month managed by a lovely couple who lived on-site. The community feeling and friendships that evolved, in addition to the professional management team, created a vacation-like living experience. All of that came to a screeching halt the following year when the complex was sold to a different company. Severe decline of the beautiful property was hard to watch. The previously well managed, pristine, thriving community has become a neglected, trash ridden, dirty environment run by incompetent, unprofessional, corporate grunts. I was a low maintenance resident, paid rent on time and kept a clean home. When I actually requested help with maintenance issues, competent staff were nonexistent. A roach infestation took two months to resolve and required an inordinate amount of follow up after placing the maintenance request on the resident portal. Request for shower caulking resulted in 3 missed (no call, no show) appointments. I asked for help from the Assistant Community Director to secure the third appointment and she "forgot" to follow through with maintenance staff. In the end I hired a handyman to get the job done to avoid additional frustration. There's more but this will suffice. After several months of horrible service in addition to observing the saddening state of the complex, I decided breaking the lease was worth the early termination penalty fee. I've found my new paradise and glad to have closed that chapter. And that's all I have to say about that.

Beautiful community, friendly residents and great management team. Apartment was in great condition at move- in. They had a "bark in the park" for residents with pets the same day I moved in and have Food Trucks come to the property on Tuesdays. Great environment to meet people and socialize.

I'm not thrilled with the downward spiral this complex is going down. None of my neighbors are happy here anymore. I would not sign another lease here and might not even consider matrix residential at all.

We've been living here about a week now and haven't had any issues. Our neighbors are great, and the community is very nice and convenient. The leasing staff was very accessible through email when we needed help, as well was maintenance. The drive to get on the highway is a breeze, as is getting out of the parking garage.

Society Westshore is the best building in the area. The location is amazing right on restaurant row and right across from International Plaza. Everywhere you need to go is 10 mins away or less. The building has all the amenities you need and then some. Neighbors are friendly and the whole building is more pet friendly than any other building I have ever been in. What really makes this building though is the staff. I have never met such friendly people. The maintenance men are always prompt and friendly and you see them all the time. The work hard and quickly , but the office staff is the most amazing. You can't find better people than this group. They go out of their way to make living here an amazing experience for you. They are like family.

Recently moved from out of state and happy to call Society Westshore home. The apartment complex is clean and everyone has been friendly from interactions in the elevator to the office staff. Haven't had any maintenance issues so can't speak on that but so far so good! Walking distance to shops and restaurants and convenient to the airport and highways. I work late hours and hate dealing with parking so I signed up for a reserved spot and they let me choose where I wanted it. Recommend anyone to live here!

This complex is always well taken care of, the pools are great and there are lots of monthly activities to participate in. Overall though, the quality of the apartment is by far my favorite part. This is literally the nicest place I've ever lived!

Monthly bill fluctuates constantly, hidden fees not disclosed upon moving in were my only issue that I have had with this rental. The valet trash is laughable as it is rarely used by me but i'm still forced to pay it.

A lot of young professionals live in this complex. Old enough to be respectable to each other and the complex but still have fun. Lots of cool FREE events and plenty of parking (most of the time). Clean community areas. Appliances work well and apartment will fix/ update anything requested, at no cost to you.

Centrally located to everything you could possibly need. Very happy with my decision to live here. Nice dog park, 2 pools, luxor package retrieval, on-site dry cleaning pickup, etc. Ask for Manny in the leasing office!

I have lived here a 15 months and cannot wait to move out. While the tour may be impressive (nice pool and "seemingly new" finishes throughout the unit) you will be sorely underwhelmed post move-in. Noise has been a HUGE problem - the neighbors are always having large parties with music so loud the walls and floors shake until 1 or 2 am. I 100% feel like I'm living in a frat house. I asked for managements help in resolving this issue and did not even receive a response which indicates a low level of care for resident concerns. Also, we were the first to ever live in our unit so everything was supposed to be "new." A couple of months ago it was discovered there was a hole in the bottom of the bathtub that had been haphazardly patched and causing water to leak into the hallways and into our bedroom from underneath the ground. Maintenance was friendly but ultimately we were told we "wouldn't be able to shower or bathe for a couple of days." No apology from management - nothing. But, on the exact same day we were told we couldn't bathe here, we received a notice we were 1 day late on our rent (obviously some things were going on!) but again management didn't care or apologize or offer any assistance. The carpets in the bedroom are still stained from the bathtub issue so thats a huge eyesore now. The parking garage is like a rat maze with everyone racing around/ honking at each other etc. I am petrified every time I park that my car will be dinged by the inconsiderate people of the complex. As I'm typing this I'm listening to the neighbors scream the song "I woke up in Chris Brown's body" and that's a summary of living here.

The amenities at society are great- the pool and gym are my favorite, although I haven't figured out how to work the grills. The huge windows in my apartment bring in a ton of natural light. I've never had a problem with anything not working correctly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything is always broken. Good luck getting the office to answe the phone. Packages lost multiple times. Rent is too high for quality of apartments. Parking garage sucks and spots are too small Location is the only good aspect. Can't wait to move.
