For the most part it's been an okay experience. I've had a few issues with the office stay since moving here. I do love that they offer a promise to pay especially horn the financial crisis a lot of us are facing. Neighbors could be better and violence outside could be better.

    Great location. I looked at two different apartments and was told I would have the same appliances as those apartments when I moved in my apartment doesn't have the appliances that I was told I would have apartment was supposed to be a renovated apartment but it's not . They are forever, shutting off the water here for maintenance. There's a lot of cars with expired plates or broke down in the parking lot.

      I absolutely love living here. For the first time in my 7 years in Georgia, I felt right at home which helped me make the decision to renew here. The ladies in the office are absolutely AMAZING, and beyond sweet. They go above and beyond for their residents!

        My experience with this complex hasn't been the best but it's also, haven't been the worse. My main issue is never getting my maintenance done! It's been almost a year since I have moved in and none of my request have been fixed. Yet maintenance has been in my apartment numerous times without fixing anything.

          if you removed the entire management team from this property and gave out free rent plus an additional $2,000 for free weekly, I'd still give this place a rating of 2/5.. everything about this place is half asked. Hands down worse place I've ever lived and I'm originally from the Bronx lol (They did just bring in a new property manager and it seems she's trying to fix all the problems but unfortunately the moment my lease is up I'm leaving)

            The community is nice but the process to get approved can take a good amount of time, it took me 2+ weeks from the time I submitted documents and paid the fees to get an apartment. The maintenance can be slow if you are not pushy. Avoid first floor apartments as during the raining days it can potentially begin to creep water into your apartment.

              The whole experience from the beginning has just been horrible. The only good thing about the place is the leasing agents at the office. Although they change management what seems like once a month so not sure how accurate that is to date. We moved in with mold (that we fixed ourselves and still came back), broken utilities (including the AC), and the property look at par at best. There's trash scattered around the property, the buildings are settling, the units are old themselves and they just slap paint on over and over again to make it look presentable. It's just not worth the money they charge. I def would recommend someone look elsewhere for an apartment, something worth the money they charge.

                Staff doesn't truly care about tenants. Staff is changed out frequently. I wish they would take more pride in making sure we are all served and cared for like they portray. They will tell you anything

                  Maintenance never show up

                  People pay too much rent to not get things fixed in a timely manner. If you are one day late with your rent they are quick to put a late notice on you door. I've filled out maintenance issues online, went into the office personally, and even called and still no one has showed. Office staff does not understand communication is very important. I don't know who to contact about repairs getting done.

                    The apartment is beautiful, high vaulted ceilings, fireplace, loft. I would be extremely happy here if it wasn't for the other residence. Over the last year there has been an influx of new residence, smoking weed in there apartments, fighting, yelling and throwing things at the wall in the middle of the night. I have also heard gun shots at night on multiple occasions. The maintenance crew, has gone down hill, I refuse to put in a maintenance request because I don't want them in my apartment. They drive recklessly through the complex, reek of marijuana, and have not fixed the items I've requested to be fixed.

                      Look elsewhere!

                      I just found out that all the peeps in the office are gone just the two white people are left. Neither of them are worth the chairs their butts sit in. no one ever answers the phone, maintenance never does anything and when they finally do make it to you they tell you the need a part and then never come back. This place used to be a nice and quiet but after the shootings, stabbings that have happened here in the past few months you'd be better off some place else. Trash is piled up all the time, trash every where.

                        Community is great. The lease is worded funny so if you haven't paid before the 3rd even thought thats the final day to pay you will still be contracted with a late fee, as well as the valet trash is never picked up but you are always charged flr services

                          Experience has been pretty good. Only issue is with the trash pick up being inconsistent. Have had my trash strewn about the front of the property by wildlife several times waiting for trash to be disposed of.

                            My experience have been average. Nothing impressive, stand out. An upgrade of resident windows and doors could use work. Draft seeping in and causing improper sealing resulting in unwanted bugs and critters.

                              It could be worse, but it's not great. Most importantly, I DO NOT APPRECIATE management recently threatening to invade my privacy randomly. It's not my fault if people are doing drugs in the parking lot. I don't appreciate my privacy being threatened, AT ALL. That was disgusting.

                                  The experience hasn't been all that pleasant. The front office rarely answers the phone. The trash company used does not pick up the trash as scheduled and then wants to give out trash violations. There has been an infestation of roaches, spiders, etc and pest control does not come out as it should not even when you put in a request. Maintenance sometimes say they have completed a job when in fact they have not. For the amount of money paid in rent l, there should be better service and better upkeep of the property

                                    good office and maint staff, grounds well kept. too many residents have no clue about common courtesy regarding general aparment noise and the fact that they have neighbors, fireworks which are prohibited, picking up/properly disposing of their dogs' poop, and their random trash such as drive-thru eats which they toss out of their cars onto the grounds/parking lots. Can't fix stupid.

                                      My girlfriend and I moved in on January 11th. We have had a great experience in the community over the last 6 months. We are relatively solitary people and have not really used the community facilities (pool, grills, etc.) but they appear to always seem clean and ready for use by anyone in the community. We've had few noise problems, and what noise occurs is usually on the weekends when we don't have to work anyway.Overall, we are enjoying the community, and we love our apartment.

                                          The community has been nice. The pool areas are nice just wish the fire pits were back. Also some issues were not resolved by maintenance very such my bath tub. Everything is really easy to get to around the complex.

                                            Community is adequate and the buildings are what I expect at this price range. The issues I see stem primarily from a lack of maintenance team to support community. I have waited weeks to have my A/C fixed, garbage disposal replaced, and now almost 2 months and still waiting to have my garage fixed. The roads in the community are pretty bad at spots and although they get patched, potholes continually keep coming back and seemingly are getting deeper. The fitness center doesn't get cleaned regularly and I generally pick everything up when I go in. The pools are nice but also, it doesn't seem as though they get cleaned often.

                                              I would not recommend here, as if you needed to transfer into a bigger apartment the require you to move out and reapply. Which makes no sense for a current resident to have to do that. I've never seen this done anywhere else. They could do better with that.
