I would not recommend anyone to move here ! There's maintenance problems all the time . Power goes out frequently , the washer and dryer backs up sewer water , or doesn't work efficiently. Under the kitchen sink ALWAYS gets molded from leaks . There's NEVER any parking , because management allows unidentified cars to park here versus towing them away . Dogs are always off the leash, and they charge for trash to be valet .. which we don't need . They FORCE us to pay it , and if you use the valet trash .. it's 100 different rules you have to follow , and if you don't they charge what you pay monthly plus some for the violation .. there's animals in the roof that has yet to be fixed .. it's just INSANE . Unfortunately there's nothing else available on the housing market to allow us to move from here .

    Nice location. Wish that carpet could be cleaned a little often and a mold check could be done periodically due to living area. Did a request for trash company to check my porch on pick up days because I don't have trash daily but have been looked over many times when I have placed trash cans out at the proper times to be picked up.

      This complex is a mixed bag. The staff at their office are kind and the maintenance staff are very courteous but the curb appeal and amenities are not satisfactory to the amount you are paying to live there. The rent is extremely disproportionate to the quality of the gym which has not been updated. The roads within the complex have not been upgraded (which they are rough) and the pools are in serious need of upgrading. If you're going to charge luxury rent, you must keep your amenities luxury quality.

        The community isn't bad but for the price compared to ammenities received, it doesn't match. The trash is an eyesore, no assigned parking, thin walls, and lackluster "gym" definitely should drop the price of rent. Water run off is a problem in front of certain buildings as well.

          All I wanted to say if u rent a apartment at links u will know it better then to say anything if you are finding to rent apartment links is best. With All kind of things. there maintainence team and the houses everything is good.

            My experience at this community has been bitter sweet. The people are amazing, but management and maintence are bad. Things take forever to get fixed if ever and management is rude. They will try to tell you you don't have specific documents and then when you show proof they say they weren't accusing you of not having it. The dog park is disgusting and not well maintained. For instance the fence is broken. Trash is never picked up consistently on the days that we are told it would be. The fireplaces and grills have been broken for months and not fixed. There are homeless camps in the woods behind some of the apartments. They rent out some houses as BnBs. Whenever you file a complaint, they never follow through with what they tell you is going to happen. Im continually smelling weed in the apartment from the people around us and there's nothing ever done about it besides a letter to the whole building about it.

              I love living here. I'm single and I always feel super safe. The office staff are awesome! Always so nice and super helpful! I also love that there are 2 pools and a gym that's always open to tenants. Anytime you have a maintenance issue they get to you incredibly fast. You don't even have to call. The app lets you put in any request. I highly recommend these apartments!!

                It was a Simple and streamlined application process with a quick acceptance response. The community is quiet which is attractive to night shift workers. The property is clean and maintained with Timely response to Maintenance requests. I'm pleased with my decision to move here.

                  Fire pits keep breaking, social area bathroom always locked or nasty, second pool was not clean during the summer, took them 2 days to fix my tiolet, tilting tree across my pathway that they won't cut down, pot holes in the roadway, the big problem is my neighbors upstairs who I reported several times about noise complaints, with no change

                    The community is relatively quiet. The biggest thing is that there are occasional issues with theft, but if I'm honest I think that happens to more than just this community. As long as your vehicle is locked, you're fine. Lots of people go for walks, have pets, and spend time with little ones at the included amenities

                      Wonderful, the leasing office has always been very friendly and accommodating. They always reach out to me to follow up on maintenance orders, packages, etc. they also have fun events. I love their hours of operations also.

                        I really don't have many complains about the links at Georgetown! I only wish that you would hire someone specifically for incoming mail or just allow mail to be dropped at the front door instead. Several times I've had mail sent back even when it's only been a few days. My work schedule sometimes doesn't allow me to pick up until several days later and it's really disappointing when my mail has been sent back without any notice.

                          It is a nice community! Enjoy the events that are hosted monthly. They use multiple ways to communicate with tenants vis text messages, emails, and flyers posted throughout the complex. Great place to raise your family!!

                            The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes. The maintenance crew is mediocre at best and do not come to service your needs until you send in several work orders. They are nice guys generally though. I had a problem with lizards, millipedes and centipedes in my home. I even had a snake in my house one morning and the leasing office said they do not handle removal of snakes. Since then I have lived with high anxiety and lack of sleep for fear I have multiple snakes/animals in my home, or that it could easily happen again. No one cake to check the interior and exterior for possible entryways either after asking multiple times. I've had packages sent back because the leasing office failed to contact me and inform me I had one waiting at the office. When confronted they said they emailed and called but I show no record of that. The neighborhood is clean enough. The back pool/playground/lounge area is nice however the gym needs upgrading. I would rate my living experience here a 3 out of 10. For what I pay, ($1550/month) I am not pleased with the conditions or services and will not be renewing with the Links at Georgetown.

                            Maintenance take forever to complete anything. Your charged a community fee every month but it goes to absolutely nothing. You're also charged for the trash service and they collect trash only when they want to. Your changed for a pest control service but I haven't seen a worker out in the complex since I've moved in. Rent is completely overpriced. Worst living experience.

                              The community is safe. The grounds could be upkept better. They should clear the shrubbery from around the apartment porches. There's a snake problem every now and then. The staff isn't on one accord with new and old rules: only one, the older light skinned lady is genuine and pleasant at all times.

                                  It's great! I wish the walls, seals, doors, and dryer and washer were more up to date for the price of rent, but I do really like the floor plan and space. The leasing office is very professional and likable. The gym being 24/7 and 2 pools is great as well

                                      We have had multiple instances where the valet trash doesn't come (on the specified days that they're supposed to) so after my garbage sitting out all night, I'll receive a note on my door with a photo of my garbage still outside. I'm not bringing garbage inside thats been sitting outside overnight, especially in the hotter times. Getting in touch with the office is almost impossible, 3 voice-mail over 2 days, 2 emails, and even opened a maintenance request and no response at all.

                                        Communication with the office is not the best. Our property doesn't have a main office so that's a part of the reason. People who does valet trash doesn't come on time and sometimes leaves trash there overnight where pests come and destroy the trash cans. I'm paying for valet trash when I'm the one who is always taking my own trash out. It's a rip off and very inconvenient

                                          No maintenance orders are ever fixed on time. Thankful i got the apartment when rent was cheap because i would not pay 1800 dollars a month for these apartments. The manager never responds to any concerns you have. After emailing her multiple times. You're better off making the trip to the main office to get your concerns addressed because nobody answers the phone.

                                              we are charged a community fee but the community is 5 miles aways which is a inconvenience. They do not pressure wash the outside of our apartments. Valet service is horrible which we are charged for.

When our company took over The Place at Georgetown, there were no amenities onsite and unfortunately not enough space to add as many as we want you to have access to. While we were able to add the Bark Park and Playground areas to the community, there was not enough space for an onsite pool and fitness center. That is why we want to offer you access to those amenities at our sister community, The Links at Georgetown, that is located less than two miles from The Place at Georgetown.
