The leasing agents and maintenance technicians have always been very kind. I've accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and there were 2 representatives that stopped what they were doing to come to my aid. Also, I was not charged a lock out fee!

Your basic everyday community. I would like to see more security patrolling. I would also appreciate people picking up behind their dogs more. I would also appreciate people not letting their kids play in the street and use the playground that is available to them instead.

It's good and semi-private. There needs to be a few more parking spots. The neighbors all keep to themselves and it's never too loud in the actual building. It's a good apartment complex. Just a few more parking spots is all it needs.

Overall, I am not very pleased with my stay here at the links. Have had some issues with the apartment since we moved in and for the most part everything had been resolved quickly until recently. I have put numerous work orders in to fix the garage I've been paying for and nothing has been done. It's been three months now

Amenities provided have been amazing and are well maintained. Leasing office staff is always available to help. Our unit has worked well for our family, however, the walls are very thin and can hear neighbors dogs and screaming. Maintenance staff is well educated and responds swiftly to maintance ge requests.

So far everything has been amazing anytime I need something fix or replace the community is on it. The employees are nice and respectful. My only complaint is the trash valet they never get your trash on the days they're supposed to , you have the trash sitting on your porch for days until you decide to just throw it out because they aren't and If you have to pay for something like that i expect to have the trash removed and not have to take it on the days they are supposed to get it. Either get the trash or stop charging people for things that aren't happening.

Nice community overall, apartments could use some overhaul on the inside. Small things are not fixed in between tenets if it's not worth the maintenance teams time. The "gym" at the front office isn't with much, treadmills and row machine are in bad condition. Staff at the front office are very friendly and helpful.

It has gone downhill over the years. They used to have community get togethers, wine tasting, etc.. Now they have added exit, extraneous, costs such sd trash patch up when you have to walk past the dumpster to get to the mail box.

My first year living at The Links at Georgetown was probably one of the best renting experiences I've ever had. Maintenance was friendly and prompt, pest control was an ongoing endeavor and I never felt unsafe. Every year after that first year has been a very difficult experience. I've gone years (3 years. Only fully operational as of July of this year) without a functioning air conditioning, my fianc? was accused of fraud by the then office manager because of an error the office made with our payment and I've had my car broken into so many times that now, when I find my car door completely open in the morning with all of the contents of my glove compartment thrown about, I don't even shrug anymore. I know what you must be asking, "If it's that bad, why don't you just move?" The pandemic has ravaged not only our reserve resources but also our ability to set aside the necessary funds it would take to move. Couple that with the current state of the housing market, and you have a perfect storm that keeps us right where we are. I don't expect anything positive to come from me voicing my opinion like this but I do appreciate the cathartic benefits of putting everything out. For that, I thank you.

The initial tour was amazing and convinced us to move here instead of a cheaper option. I wish we didn't do that. Our leasing consultant lied and delayed our move in and the office staff is incredibly rude except for 2 people. The maintenance does what they want when they want. And always triple check your bill/rent before paying. We were over charged for 3 months before someone would do anything about it. My apartment was NOT move in ready. The windows were painted shut. My guest bathroom was all chipped and dinged up. There is a whole in my stairwell which has allowed nothing but bugs in. I had and still have items missing from my apartment like the chandelier, towel holder in both bathrooms and a missing railing to my loft. This place sucks and is not worth the headache

My apartment unit has had the smell of dog urine on the entry staircase since I moved in. I think that for the price I pay for rent, that if I don't own a dog myself, that I shouldn't have to smell dog urine each time I enter my residence.

The area is comfortable and safe. We enjoy the pools, as long as they are cleaned regularly. Maintenance items are hit and miss; there are still items from June that haven't been addressed. We pay for pest control and have yet to see anyone from pest control. Mold in unit covered with paint. Residents with dogs don't clean up after their pets and you have to watch where you walk near the pool. Usually a stench of fresh dog poop as well. Had to provide our own garbage receptacle for outside garbage pickup. Resident disrespect for pool furniture and fixtures. The constant smell of the cigarette smoke from the upstairs neighbor is disgusting. Upstairs neighbor stomping on the floor at all hours of the late night and early morning. Needed a short term lease and this has done it for us. As with all rentals, the monthly rate is ridiculously high and watch your statements carefully for overcharges.

No accountability
This place welcomes you with planted flowers, a dog park, and the front office. The office always smells good, almost like cinnamon. Inside you'll see a small gym, the office of the leasing agents and a.m./m, followed by the main pool on the outside. Beautiful pool by the way, especially when the sun goes down. There is another pool and playground in the back with two grills and two firepits. You can also enjoy some of the hungry little ones who pass by. The apartments are spilt in to eight units, some being a duplex. Upon entering the paint is gray/white, big windows, nice sized rooms and bathrooms with one closet. So far so good. Here's the WARNING! The appliances are worn out, the inside of the bathroom sinks are rusted and the shower heads are flimsy. The outside of the windows are covered in dirt, with some form of cloudy substance that's hard to remove. Some of the floors seem to be sinking, or unleveled. From the year and a half of being in this unit (504), I've come to realize the structure, lack of maintenance workers with the proper tools and understanding of HVAC, the unit should have been off the market. God only knows about the other places. I've had flooding in the home three times. The flooding happens in the laundry room every time it rains, yet, the maintenance workers and manahave no idea how the water gets in. Flooding also happens in the main bedroom from the top of the window. You can see a hole in the top of the window. On the outside of your bedroom, is where the water comes in and still, no resolution to fix the problem, not even a chance to change apartments. Moving on to the A.C. I've had to change the filter a few times because it only blew out hot air, followed by freezing and leaking. The second bathroom needs a new sink because the faucet has no pressure and the shower head is very loose. The garbage disposal needs to be fixed from the outside out. It constantly gets stuck, which also causes the dishwasher to take-in some of the water from the clogged sink. You will have a few bugs in there so ask for the exterminator. Please read your lease thoroughly, and I mean THOROUGHLY! HIGHLIGHT ANYTHING YOURE NOT SURE ABOUT AND ASK OR CLARIFICATION. Keep away from the office unless there's an emergency or you fix the problem as best you can. The office staff are not your friends. They work for a business and their best interest is in the interest of the business, not the tenants. Pay or don't stay. Make sure you Make sure you know your rights as a tenant and get free legal aid if you need to.

I enjoy living in this community, however, my partner and I did not have an easy start with the company. Customer service was not held to a satisfactory level and seemed unprofessional. Other than that everything is great.

maintenance takes weeks, parking is a pain (be prepared to park a building over) the only good is the office ladies! Overall the price is not worth what you're getting. We pay for pest control (which never comes) & definitely be on the lookout for snakes because they're everywhere.

Honestly, this place used to be great. Affordable, clean, well kept up- my husband and I loved it when we moved in about 3 or 4 years ago now. It WAS a great place to live. However, every year we have renewed, our rent has increased significantly, and the property has gone downward quickly. Three times since fall of last year we have had no water for entire days as the main pipes have been broken, and repaired poorly as it continues to break in the same location. We now have 0 water pressure on the regular. The property isn’t well kept, garbage everywhere and recently we even received an email essentially telling us not to have packages delivered to our own doors because of porch pirates- so not only do I pay a ridiculous amount to live here, but it’s better I get my packages delivered to work because their inability to keep the community a safe place. To add on to the mail situation, we also received an email that if we didn’t pick up packages within 24 hours during the holidays, they would RETURN THE PACKAGES TO THE SENDER! 90% the time they fail to even notify me when I do have a package! You will be charged monthly for a “community” fee, to which I have no idea where that money goes since half the “amenities” on site are not fully working. For example, the”gym” has barely any working cardio machines anymore and it’s been like that for months. They closed and moved the dog park right next to the main road, the grills are GROSS and the fire pits rarely work. Had we had time to find a new place before renewing our lease this most recent time, we would have. The leasing center staff has had so much turnover since we moved in, it seems the only ones who remain constant are Tiffani and Erica, both of whom are great. However, I have had some incredibly unpleasant experiences with the coming and going staff members even though we are probably one of the longest renters this property has. For the first time in the near 4 years we have called this place home, our rent payment was never sent through, they complex changed payment systems for like the MILLIONTH TIME, I thought I had set auto pay but it never worked ( probably them doing it so they can’t make extra $$) and instead of contacting us to let us know, they instead just charged a ridiculous “late fee” of $150, and demanded in email we immediately bring the money or face eviction proceedings. Please for the love of god do not move in here. It isn’t worth your time, and it sure isn’t worth your money.

This is the trashiest apartment complex I have ever lived. If you like online shopping, get used to your packages being stolen and multiple accounts of suspicious activity. The management are MISERABLE and should not be working in customer service. They don't care about anything and never have answers. Do not live here.

Noisy neighbors, rude and unprofessional staff, never completed work orders, $350 replacement for one set of blinds. And after I moved out and did a walk through they said nothing and then a year later charged me hundreds of dollars.

They charge you whatever they want when you sign my lease I have a 3 bedroom and I'm paying $1465 now and today they are renting the same apartment for $1115 a complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else.

I would never recommend this place. Roaches and spiders everywhere. They lie and say that pest control will come to your home but they never do even though you pay for it. Repairs don't get done. Staff are rude. Maintenance workers are hostile, aggressive and don't understand personal boundaries. UNSAFE. Grilling area is a spider and snake paradise. Second pool is nasty. Valet trash leaves your trash for days, which gives the neighborhood cats buffet. You never know what you'll find when you open the door.

The management and name changes more than my kids change socks. Gave up on getting things fixed because they don't get anything fixed correctly. Our toilet was loose and leaking for probably 9 months out of the year we were there because when we tools them about this all they did was purchased something underneath to keep it from wobbling, didn't bother to actually set it as caulk it. Our fridge was broke for over 2 months and nothing was done about it. We stayed a month longer after our lease was up but were still told we had to give them a 2 month notice to vacate. We got a flea infestation thanks to all the other tenants walking their dogs in front of our apartment. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend to anyone. Oh yeah and to top it all of they decided to keep most of our security deposit, we were always early with the rent but had to wait over a month to get our crappy little deposit refund and they couldn't even say why they kept most of it. Will make everyone knows about such terrible service.

this place is not worth it. The quality of residents has gone all the way down. Might as well live in a "trailer park". STAY AWAY. don't even waste your time touring this place. It's cooler in Pooler! 4

I have lived at ARIUM Links for 1 year and I am glad that I have moved out. It's overpriced, poor insulation, walls are so thin that you could hear your neighbors conversation and they don't work with you on rent. If you explain to them that you will be late, they will hit you with the "if you don't pay by this day, we will file for an eviction" phrase. The apartment had damages in it that was never fixed, and I was never aware of it until after I paid my money and moved in, and they still never fixed it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY or you'll regret it.
