Arium Links is fantastic. It's quiet, clean, and affordable. The front office and maintenance staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They offer a military discount, which was nice also. The location is perfect. It is close to I-95, but it is not so close that you can hear the highway.

I love the community, very nice apartments as well. Office staff is friendly and quick to respond. Wish I could say the same for maintenance. I know emergencies come first, but sending out a notice of when the work will be completed would be nice.

I have had a great experience so far moving into this community. Management has been great and the move from my home to hear was very smooth. The online management system to apply, pay your bill, and put in maintenance requests is very easy and convenient to use. Also, any maintenance issues that have come up have been handled promptly. The community so far is very quiet, the grounds are well kept, and they are very pet friendly. I have an Akita and majority of apartment complexes do not accept Akitas or dogs of their size. I love that this place accepts her living here.

All is well with an exception of taking care of the problem with my toilet. It should not matter how many times we call the office with a problem it should be handled in a timely manner. As long as I pay my rent on time and I don't have to be tracked I should receive excellent customer service.

The rules changed with the new management. We bought a brand new grill when we moved in. Nothing on our lease stated you couldn't have one. Two days later, we can't have grills. Use our grills, they say. I'm not going to tote all my cooking gear to the pool area and hope that someone is not having a party so I can even get a grill. There is no cover over the grills either, so hope it doesn't rain. we had to get a storage unit for said grill. They charge you for garbage pickup, yet it's not valid on the weekend when most of your garbage is generated. They took all the umbrellas off of the tiny, tiny pools so you can't get any shade when needed. We are living in a flood plane also. Our apartment leaked in the closet and all my husbands work shoes got moldy. My upstairs neighbors constantly slam the front door, which shakes my entire apartment. And apparently, their kids and grand kids don't know how to use a doorbell because they pound on the front door and yell until someone comes down to let them in. They have a car wash area, but good luck using the vacuum as it rarely works. Very few people pick up after their pets, dog poop everywhere. People speed through the parking lots. Our carpets were worn and coming apart when we moved in, rust on doors, closet doors don't shut, Our refrigerator you can barely access because the area is so small. Toilet flooded, constant plumbing issues, cigarrette butts in garbage disposal when we moved in. New management is rude and never gets anything done, you have to leave several messages. Very dark in parking lot and around my apartment at night. Low visibilty. Have to wade through water when it rains. Electric and water bill very high, higher then when we lived in four bedroom, huge house. I don't think the air conditioner is well maintained. All in all, can't wait to move out!

The community was better before whomever this last company that took over it went from good to bad but its the truth. Ignorant neighbors and everyone is a speed racer we have toddlers and families that enjoy walking around outside but thats not possible when the speed limit is 10 and there coming around the corner doing 35 or 40. I've walked my dog around and alot of individuals stop me asking about the neighborhood and i tell them the truth its not worth the hassle go find another apartment complex.

A nice and quiet community. The staff are friendly especially Julie who worked with us through the rent process and make it easy. The whole experience is very good so far and we wish it continue in that way. Almost no noise, clean and convenient access to many places around.

It's okay. The rules keep changing but the place is cute. When I first moved in with my family Directv was okay as long as it was in the bushes. The initial apt we wanted was given to someone else but we accepted 2804 because there was a dish out front. Three months later management changed and our dish wasn't allowed. one year later neither was the grill we'd kept out of storage when we moved in.

The office staff is not personable and maintenance issues are not handled promptly. My first two years were great, the staff was great. But since the apartment's office staff changed I feel that they are very cold in the office and issues are not handled. There is also a very bad snake problem.

The staff is very friendly however the property, for the cost is a little disppointing. Apartments are in "ok" conditions but need MANY updgrades and maintenance and the overall cleanliness at move in was a bit disappointing. The common areas and amenties are are in better condition than the apartments and the exterioir and overall community is quiet, clean and nice. I a saying I would recommend, but for the cost would tell them to look elsewhere first. For temporary housing, it is fine.

Online is totally misleading about the property and they charge for trash and I have been staying there for almost a month and no one has got my trash off my door step. And upon my moving in my apartment or carpet was not clean its smell like animal urine in the apartment

Run! Run far away! And fast! Maintenance sucks! Leaking window since March that has yet to be fixed! A snake in your apartment is a force of nature and therefore not an emergency! You are then told to go back inside because there had been other calls about the same thing. Then why not put something out to prevent them? Glad to know my refrigerator going out is an emergency though! So you will have cold food and drinks while you hope you don't step on a snake again!

Love it here! Great people. Easy location. I love that everyone has there own private entrance and that I get to park in the same two parking spots pretty much every day even though there's no assigned parking. To me, this place is home sweet home

I just moved in, but it is going well so far! There are a few maintenance issues that still need to be fixed, but it seems like it is all going to be fixed quickly. The staff has been extremely helpful though. I'd say my move in went 90% well. I cannot give it a 100% because of the maintenance issues that were present when I moved in.

The management has changed multiple times. The new management team is trying to pick up the slack from previous management teams. The pool has only been open 4 months in over a year and a half. It was filthy last time I went. The pools are TINY for the size of the complex. Apartments are nice and maintenance has been the best part of my experience here. They are always willing to help.

I like the gym and valet trash pickup. The exterior of the apartments are nice however all interior needs to be upgrade and keep at the same price. The complex has snake problems because of the ponds on the facility and that needs to be fixed...

Staff and maintenance personnel are extremely responsive to my requests. The community needs to enforce residents to pick up after their dogs as I and my wife have both stepped into dog mess. I had my furniture delivered to my apartment with key release form filled out prior to my arrival. Lease office was closed for 2 hours during lunch causing the furniture rental company to wait until they return. They should have staff the office with at least one person.

This is a lovely area to live in. Everything seems to be centrally located. Within our neighborhood we have access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools, public transportation, major roads, etc, which is a major plus to have.

great until last few months: satisfaction has went downhill dt coldness of staff, difficulty getting repairs,& less than reputable neighbors making kids uncomfortable walking dogs, intimidating fliers left on doors, not very cleverly disguised as "friendly announcements". The sign on door to office after the 3rd of the month "RENT IS NOW LATE" is incredibly tacky.

I love the apartment and the surroundings, however, the service is lacking, even though, all the employees are friendly and courteous. I would like the repairs completed immediately or I would like to void my contract so I can move out of this
